Fig. 1 is a side view of a related art liquid crystal television. As can be seen from the figure, the back of the liquid crystal television 01 has a convex portion 011. The protruding portion 011 causes a large gap between the lcd tv 01 and a wall after being hung on the wall, which not only affects the installation effect, but also easily causes dust deposition on the back of the lcd tv 01.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display device particularly suitable for wall-mounted installation.
In the present disclosure, for a display device whose screen is perpendicular or almost perpendicular to a horizontal plane in a use state, a side on which an image is displayed is defined as a light exit surface, a side closer to the ground is defined as a "ground side", a side farther from the ground is defined as a "sky side", a side on the left hand side of a viewer is defined as a "left side", and a side on the right hand side of the viewer is defined as a "left side".
As shown in fig. 2a and 3, a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the frame comprises a frame 1 and a plane back shell 2, wherein the frame 1 comprises a frame body 101 and a first bulge 102 extending from the inner wall of the frame body 101; the planar back shell 2 is fixed to the inner side of the frame body 101 and a side of the first protrusion 102 away from the light emitting surface 3.
Wherein, the frame 1 can adopt a metal frame, such as an aluminum frame. The plane back shell 2 can adopt a toughened glass back plate or a stainless steel back plate. As shown in fig. 2a, in one embodiment, the frame 1 includes a top side portion 1a, a bottom side support frame portion 1b, a left side portion 1c and a right side portion 1d, and the top side portion 1a is detachably connected to the left side portion 1c and the right side portion 1d, for example, by screws, and the bottom side support frame portion 1b is detachably connected to the left side portion 1c and the right side portion 1d, for example, by screws. Due to the design, the metal frame can be conveniently manufactured, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2a and fig. 3, in order to realize the basic display function, the display device further includes a lamp set 15, a reflective sheet 16, a diffuser plate 401, an optical film 402, a liquid crystal panel 5, a front frame 17, and the like, in addition to the bezel 1 and the planar back case 2. As shown in fig. 3, the planar back shell 2 is fixedly connected to a side of the frame 1 away from the light-emitting surface 3, the front frame 17 is fixedly connected to a side of the frame 1 close to the light-emitting surface 3, and the planar back shell 2, the frame 1 and the front frame 17 form an accommodating cavity for supporting and spatially positioning the lamp set 15, the reflector 16, the diffuser 401, the optical film 402 and the liquid crystal panel 5 accommodated therein.
As shown in fig. 3, in the receiving cavity formed by the planar back case 2, the bezel 1 and the front frame 17, the lamp set 15, the reflective sheet 16, the diffusion plate 401, the optical film 402, and the liquid crystal panel 5 are sequentially disposed in a direction away from the planar back case 2, wherein the optical film 402 may be one sheet or a plurality of sheets stacked. The Light group 15 may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED) Light group, such as an LED Light bar or an LED Light panel including a plurality of LED chips 151. The reflection sheet 16 has a hole 161 at a position opposite to the LED chip 151. After the lamp assembly 15 is assembled with the reflector 16, the LED chips 151 pass through the holes 161 formed in the reflector 16, and the emitted light is directly emitted to the diffuser 401. The diffusion plate 401 optically diffuses and homogenizes light. The light passing through the diffusion plate 401 is then brightened and atomized by the optical film 402 to achieve higher brightness and uniformity, thereby providing a higher quality backlight for the liquid crystal panel 5.
The display device of the embodiment of the disclosure can be installed on a wall or directly placed on a table top through the base. Because the back shell is in a plane shape and is embedded in the inner side of the frame, the appearance of the display device is thinner. As shown in fig. 8, when the wall-mounted display device 100 is mounted on a wall, the display device is almost attached to the wall, and dust is not easily deposited on the back surface of the display device, resulting in a better mounting effect.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fixing manner of the planar back shell and the frame is not limited. For example, the planar back shell may be fixedly connected to a side of the frame away from the light exit surface by a countersunk screw. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the first protrusion 102 is plate-shaped, and the planar back shell 2 is bonded to the surface of the first protrusion 102 away from the light emitting surface 3. Thus, the number of screw holes in the flat back case 2 can be reduced, thereby making the back surface of the display device more beautiful.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment of the disclosure, the bezel 1 further includes a second protrusion 103 extending from an inner wall of the bezel body 101, the second protrusion 103 includes a first step 1031 and a second step 1032, the first step 1031 is closer to the bezel body 101 than the second step 1032, and a step surface of the first step 1031 parallel to the light emitting surface 3 is closer to the light emitting surface 3 than a step surface of the second step 1032 parallel to the light emitting surface 3; the optical structure layer 4 of the display device is located on the side of the second step portion 1032 close to the light emitting surface 3 and located inside the first step portion 1031, and the liquid crystal panel 5 of the display device is located on the side of the first step portion 1031 close to the light emitting surface 3 and located inside the bezel body 101. The optical structure layer 4 includes a diffusion plate 401 and at least one optical film 402 sequentially arranged in a direction away from the planar back case 2, where the optical film 402 is, for example, a prism sheet or a diffusion sheet.
The liquid crystal panel 5 is positioned in space by the first stepped portion 1031, the bezel body 101, and the front frame 17. The optical structure layer 4 also needs to be spatially positioned before assembling the liquid crystal panel 5. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, a first clamping slot 1033 is formed at a side of the first step portion 1031 close to the light emitting surface 3, and a second clamping slot 1034 is formed at a side of the second step portion 1032 close to the light emitting surface 3; the display device further comprises a positioning elastic sheet 6, the positioning elastic sheet 6 comprises a first clamping plate portion 601, a second clamping plate portion 602 and a connecting plate portion 603, the first clamping plate portion 601 is clamped with the first clamping slot 1033, the second clamping plate portion 602 is clamped with the second clamping slot 1034, and the second clamping plate portion 602 is provided with a strip-shaped jack 604 extending parallel to the light emitting surface 3; the edges of the diffuser plate 401 and the optical film 402 have bosses 4011, and the bosses 4011 are inserted into the strip-shaped receptacles 604.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, each positioning elastic piece 6 is engaged with one first card slot 1033 and one second card slot 1034. As shown in fig. 6, the diffuser plate 401 has four lugs 4011 at the edge, two on the left and right, and asymmetrically distributed, so as to prevent reverse assembly. The optical film 402 is similar in structure to the diffuser plate 401 and has a distribution of lugs corresponding to the diffuser plate 401. As shown in fig. 4, the lugs of the diffuser plate 401 and the optical film 402 located at the same position are inserted into the strip-shaped insertion hole of one positioning elastic sheet 6. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, due to the asymmetrical design of the left and right lugs of the diffusion plate 401 and the optical film layer 402, the first and second clamping slots 1033 and 1034 are not seen in the cross section of the left first stepped portion 1031 and the second stepped portion 1031, and the first and second clamping slots 1033 and 1034 are seen in the cross section of the right first stepped portion 1031 and the second stepped portion 1031.
As shown in fig. 5, the first clamping plate portion 601 and the second clamping plate portion 602 have a protruding hook 605 on the side away from each other, and a hook groove is correspondingly disposed in the first clamping slot 1033 and the second clamping slot 1034, respectively, so that the positioning elastic sheet is mounted on the frame by the cooperation of the hook 605 and the clamping groove.
Before assembling the diffuser plate 401, the positioning elastic sheet 6 is first assembled with the frame 1, then the lug 4011 of the diffuser plate 401 is inserted into the strip-shaped insertion hole 604 of the positioning elastic sheet 6, and the diffuser plate 401 is placed on the step surface of the second step portion 1032 parallel to the light emitting surface 3. The optical film 402 is then assembled in a similar manner. After the optical structure layer 4 (i.e., the diffusion plate 401 and each optical film 402) is assembled, the optical structure layer is positioned in the space by the first stepped portion 1031, the second stepped portion 1032 and the positioning elastic sheet 6.
The positioning elastic sheet 6 can be a metal positioning elastic sheet or a plastic positioning elastic sheet. The number and the specific arrangement position of the positioning elastic sheets 6 are not limited, and the corresponding design can be carried out according to the specification and the size of the display device. For example, in one embodiment, the number of the positioning elastic pieces is 4, wherein 2 positioning elastic pieces are arranged on the left side part of the frame, and the other 2 positioning elastic pieces are arranged on the right side part of the frame.
As shown in fig. 5, the step surface of the first step portion 1031 parallel to the light emitting surface 3 has a sinking groove 1021 for accommodating the connecting plate portion 603, and the depth of the sinking groove 1021 is not less than the thickness of the connecting plate portion 603. Thus, the connecting plate portion 603 does not protrude from the step surface of the first step portion 1031 parallel to the light exit surface 3, and damage to the liquid crystal panel 5 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a logic circuit board 7(T-CON board) and a SOURCE circuit board 8(SOURCE board) are fixed on the ground-side support frame portion 1b of the bezel 1 on a side close to the light exit surface. The source circuit board 8 and the liquid crystal panel 5 are connected by a flexible circuit board and folded toward the back side of the reflection sheet 16 after assembly. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the logic circuit board 7 and the source circuit board 8 are at least partially overlapped in a direction perpendicular to the light exit surface 3. Thus, the occupied area of the logic circuit board 7 and the source circuit board 8 on the ground-side support shelf portion 1b can be reduced, and the layout design of the electronic components on the ground-side support shelf portion 1b can be optimized.
In addition, a horn 9 and a transition outlet plate 10 are fixed to the ground support frame portion 1b on a side close to the light exit surface. The speaker 9 is not overlapped with the circuit boards such as the logic circuit board 7, the source circuit board 8 and the switching outlet board 10 in the direction perpendicular to the light emitting surface. The number of the loudspeakers 9 can be multiple, and the loudspeakers can be symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal central axis of the display device, so that the sound production effect is improved.
In one embodiment, a pair of base mounting brackets 11 are further fixed to both left and right ends of the ground support frame portion 1 b. The pair of base mounting brackets 11 have mounting sockets that open to the ground side. The pair of base mounting brackets 11 are hidden inside the display device, and the wall-mounted mounting effect of the display device cannot be influenced. When the display device does not need to be wall-mounted, but is desired to be placed directly on a table top via a base, a matching base (not shown) is inserted into the mounting sockets of the pair of base mounting brackets 11. The user of the display equipment can flexibly select the installation mode of the display device according to the actual situation.
