When the brake block assembly 2 and the brake block assembly 3 are installed, a back plate 2a of the brake block assembly 2 is inserted through an opening 1d at the top of the caliper body 1, a positioning block 2a2 is embedded into a positioning groove 1a4 through the opening 1d, the back plate 2a is attached to the inner side surface of the installation part 1a, and a projection 2a1 is embedded into a small notch 1a2 and is attached to a positioning surface 1a 3; inserting the matched brake block assembly 3 from the top opening 1d of the caliper body 1 and into the positioning groove 5a of the bracket 5, wherein the bottom surface of the matched brake block assembly 3 abuts against the bottom surface of the positioning groove 5a, and meanwhile, the transmission mechanism is connected with the matched brake block assembly 2; the pressing plate 4 is fixed on the top of the caliper body 1, under the action of the pressing plate 4, the bottom surface of the convex block 2a1 is kept to abut against the positioning surface 1a3, and the matched brake block assembly 3 is kept to abut against the bottom surface of the positioning groove 5 a. The cooperation of the positioning slot 1a4 and the positioning block 2a2 forms a circumferential positioning for the backing plate 2a, the inner side of the mounting portion 1a forms an axial limit for the backing plate 2a, and the positioning surface 1a3, the projection 2a1 and the pressure plate 4 form a radial positioning for the backing plate 2a, so that the brake pad assembly 2 is positioned and mounted on the caliper body 1.
The brake is fixedly connected to the suspension by the fixing portion 5b of the bracket 5, the brake disk 6 is fixedly connected to the hub 7 by a flange structure, the hub 7 is fixedly connected to the axle 8 by the inner bearing and the outer bearing, and the brake disk 6 and the hub 7 constitute a hub disk assembly, which can be disassembled without disassembling the bracket 5 as shown in fig. 4 and 5. When the hub disc assembly is disassembled, the pressure plate 4 is disassembled from the caliper body 1; then the brake block assembly 2 is taken out through the opening 1d at the top of the caliper body 1, the positioning block 2a2 is separated from the positioning groove 1a4, and the matched brake block assembly 3 is taken out from the positioning groove 5a of the bracket 5 through the opening 1d at the top of the caliper body 1; then the inner ring of the outer bearing between the hub 7 and the axle 8 is removed, the hub disk assembly is moved outwards and downwards by a certain distance to separate the inner ring and the outer ring of the inner bearing between the hub 7 and the axle 8, and then the hub disk assembly is removed along the axle 8 while continuously tilting the hub disk assembly. The reverse operation is sufficient when mounting the hub plate assembly.
In the process of replacing the hub disc assembly, after the brake pad assembly 2 is taken out, an axial replacing space is formed between the brake disc 6 and the mounting part 1a, the bottom space of the mounting part 1a has no bracket 5 structure, so that a radial replacing space occupied by the original bracket 5 structure is increased between the brake disc 6 and the caliper body 1, and meanwhile, the edge of the fixing part 5b of the bracket 5 does not protrude out of the matching surface 5b1, so that the bracket 5 does not limit the brake disc 6 on the radial side. In addition, the positioning block 2a2 is arranged on the back plate 2a, the positioning groove 1a4 is arranged on the inner side surface of the mounting portion 1a, and the opening 1d is arranged on the top of the mounting portion 1a, the positioning groove 1a4 can be matched with the positioning block 2a2 to realize the positioning of the brake pad assembly 2, and can avoid the arrangement of a part which prevents the hub disc assembly from being disassembled and replaced on the inner side surface of the mounting portion 1a, therefore, the bottom and two sides of the mounting portion 1a are not provided with other protruding structures which can prevent the brake disc 6 from being disassembled and assembled, the structure of the mounting portion 1a also enables the radial disassembling and replacing space and the axial disassembling and replacing space of the hub disc assembly to be increased, so that the hub disc assembly can be disassembled from the axle 8 without disassembling the brake, and the hub disc assembly is. This stopper structure can make the hub disc assembly tear open and trade the convenience when location brake block assembly 2.
In the above description, the hub disk assembly is entirely removed from the axle 8, but it is needless to say that in the actual removal process, the hub 7 and the brake disk 6 may be removed from the axle 8 after the hub 7 is removed from the axle 8, and then the brake disk 6 may be removed from the axle 8 according to the hub disk assembly removal method.
