The fixing portion 5 includes a top portion 5a, an inner portion 5b and an outer portion 5c, the inner side surface of the top portion 5a is a side wall surface of the positioning groove 4, the inner portion 5b is connected to the bottom surface of the positioning groove 4, and the outer portion 5c is located outside the inner portion 5 b. The pin hole 11 is provided in the top area 5a, one mounting hole 8 is provided in the inner area 5b, and two mounting holes 8 are provided in the outer area 5 c. The brake block assembly 17 comprises a back plate 17a attached to the fixing surface 1a1 and a friction block 17b fixed on the back plate 17a, wherein the back plate 17a is provided with a fixing hole 17a1, the fixing hole 17a1 is a blind hole, and the axial depth of the fixing hole 17a1 is not less than half of the thickness of the back plate 17a and not more than the thickness of the back plate 17 a. A positioning pin 1a2 is inserted and fixed on the fixing surface 1a1, one end of the positioning pin 1a2 protrudes out of the fixing surface 1a1 and is inserted into the fixing hole 17a1, and the positioning pin 1a2 is in clearance fit with the fixing hole 17a 1. At least two positioning pins 1a2 are provided, and the fixing holes 17a1 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning pins 1a 2. A pressing plate 18 is detachably fixed on the top of the clamp body 1, one end of the pressing plate 18 is inserted into the transmission part 1b, and the other end of the pressing plate 18 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the installation part 1a through a bolt. Or the two ends of the pressure plate 18 are fixedly connected to the transmission part 1b and the mounting part 1a through bolts respectively. The pressure plate 18 acts on the brake shoe subassembly 2 to keep the brake shoe subassembly 2 abutting against the bottom surface of the positioning groove 4, and the pressure plate 18 acts on the brake shoe subassembly 17 to make the top side surface of the fixing hole 17a1 abut against the positioning pin 1a2, so that the brake shoe subassembly 17 cannot fall out of the positioning pin 1a 2. Two lugs are arranged on the top of the back plate 17a, an elastic pressing strip 17c which is arched in the direction deviating from the top surface of the back plate 17a is fixed between the two lugs, and the pressing plate 18 is abutted against the top of the elastic pressing strip 17 c. Or a protruded pressing block is arranged on a back plate 17a of the braking block assembly 17, a supporting plane corresponding to the pressing block is arranged on the mounting part 1a, and the pressing block is abutted against the supporting plane under the action of the pressing plate 18 and the elastic pressing strip 17 c. The fixing surface 1a1 of the mounting portion 1a has positioning blocks on both sides of the back plate 17a, respectively, which are in contact with the back plate 17a, and the brake pad assembly 17 can be inserted into and removed from between the two positioning blocks.
The brake disc 13 and the hub 14 are fixedly connected through a flange structure, the hub 14 is mounted on the axle 15 through an inner bearing and an outer bearing, and the whole formed by the brake disc 13 and the hub 14 is called a hub assembly. After the assembly of the brake is completed, the brake is mounted to the suspension by the bracket. When the bracket is installed, the positioning plane 7 is abutted against the suspension, and then the bolt on the suspension is matched with the mounting hole 8 to fix the bracket on the suspension. After the brake is installed, the brake disc 13 on the axle 15 is located between the brake block assembly 17 and the paired brake block assembly 2, the paired brake block assembly 2 is located in the positioning groove 4 of the bracket and is connected with the transmission mechanism, the brake block assembly 17 is fixed on the installation part 1a of the caliper body 1, the matching surface 6 on the bracket is arranged opposite to the inner side surface of the brake disc 13, and a certain gap is formed between the matching surface 6 and the matching surface 6 to prevent the brake disc 13 from rubbing against the matching surface 6. Because the positioning plane 7 is positioned on the mounting boss 10, and the mounting boss 10 protrudes out of the reverse side of the fixing part 5, the fixing part 5 cannot interfere with the positioning plane 7 and the suspension in positioning, so that the bracket is accurately mounted in position, the position relation between the bracket and the brake disc 13 is accurate, and a designed enough replacing space is ensured after the bracket and the brake disc 13 are actually assembled. Meanwhile, the matching surface 6 is not protruded at the outer side edge of the fixing part 5, the bracket is only positioned at the inner side of the brake disc 13, and the bracket does not limit the outer side and two radial sides of the braking part of the brake disc 13, so that the interference of the bracket structure on the assembly and disassembly of the hub disc assembly is reduced, the operation of disassembling and replacing the hub disc assembly can be realized without disassembling the bracket, and the hub disc assembly can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. In addition, the pin holes 11 are formed in the positioning plane 7, so that the position relation between the caliper body 1 and the bracket is accurate, the installation error of the caliper body 1 is reduced, the limitation generated in the process of assembling and disassembling the hub disc assembly by the caliper body 1 is reduced, and the hub disc assembly is convenient to disassemble and replace. Because the brake block assembly 17 in the brake is fixed on the mounting part 1a of the caliper body 1, and the outer side edge of the bracket fixing part 5 does not protrude out of the matching surface 6, the bracket only has the single-side frame body 3 positioned on the inner side of the brake disc 13, the weight of the brake can be reduced, and the light-weight design is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, and 6, the hub disc assembly can be removed without removing the bracket. When the hub disc assembly is disassembled, the pressure plate 18 is firstly disassembled from the caliper body 1, then the brake block assembly 17 and the matched brake block assembly 2 are taken out from the top opening 1d of the caliper body 1, then the inner ring of the outer bearing between the hub 14 and the axle 15 is taken out, then the hub disc assembly is moved outwards and downwards for a certain distance, the inner ring and the outer ring of the inner bearing between the hub 14 and the axle 15 are separated, and then the hub disc assembly is taken out along the axle 15 while continuously inclining. The reverse operation is sufficient when mounting the hub plate assembly. In the dismounting process, in order to ensure that the clearance between the mounting part 1a and the brake disc 13 is enough, the hydraulic pressure on the transmission mechanism can be firstly removed, so that the caliper body 1 is returned to the initial position, the brake block assembly 17 can be guaranteed to be dismounted from the positioning pin 1a2, after the dismounting is finished, the transmission mechanism is returned to the hydraulic pressure state, and the brake block assembly 17 and the brake disc 13 are in the minimum clearance position after the caliper body 1 is moved, so that the brake block assembly 17 is prevented from falling out of the positioning pin 1a 2.
In the above description, the hub disk assembly is entirely removed from the axle 15, but it is needless to say that in the actual removal process, the hub 14 and the brake disk 13 may be removed from the axle 15 after the hub 14 is removed from the axle 15, and then the brake disk 13 may be removed from the axle 15 according to the hub disk assembly removal method. The reverse operation is sufficient when mounting the hub plate assembly. In addition, positioning side surfaces are arranged on two sides of a back plate 17a of the brake block assembly 17, and a positioning bottom surface is arranged on the bottom surface of the back plate 17a, so that the brake block assembly 17 can be mounted in the positioning groove 4 of the bracket by means of the positioning side surfaces, the positioning side surfaces are abutted against the side wall surfaces of the positioning groove 4, and the positioning bottom surface is abutted against the bottom surface of the positioning groove 4.
