If a plurality of water outlets are arranged at a short distance and are lower than the wall-mounted pipeline 100, the water outlets can be connected and collected by adopting the pipeline and discharged into a micro pump station 500 for lifting and discharging. The power supply of the micro pump station 500 can be led from the surrounding residential buildings, and a special power line can also be erected. The control of the micro pump station 500 can be controlled by a self-contained system, and can also be networked with a control center through a network and adopt centralized control.
