As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the sheet cutting device 240 includes: a second fixing frame 241 installed above the conveying platform 210; a plurality of cutter assemblies 242 vertically slidably mounted on the second fixing frame 241 for cutting the paper being conveyed on the conveying platform 210 into a plurality of strip-shaped paper sheets along the conveying direction; the cutter driving structure drives the cutter assembly 242 to vertically move so that the cutter assembly 242 is matched with the conveying platform 210 to cut off the paper; the cutter assembly 242 is a second cutter which is longitudinally slidably mounted on the second fixing frame 241 and has a cutting edge horizontally arranged. The cutter driving structure can drive the second cutter to slide up and down along the two opposite side walls of the second fixing frame 241 in a servo motor and cam transmission mode, and can also directly drive the second cutter to vertically reciprocate by one or more cylinders arranged above the second fixing frame 241 so as to realize the function of cutting off paper. The second cutter can cut off a plurality of strip-shaped paper sheets into a plurality of paper sheets which are arranged side by side and are mutually independent.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the frame 100 is further provided with a shifting device 260 for driving the paper suction platform 250 to reciprocate between the paper feeding station and the paper suction station of the paper suction platform 250 along the conveying direction of the paper. The shifting device 260 can drive the paper suction platform 250 to reciprocate between the paper feeding station and the paper suction station of the paper suction platform 250 along the conveying direction of the paper, and the shifting device 260 is arranged between the conveying platform 210 and the paper feeding device 310, so that full automation of paper cutting, paper separating and paper feeding processes can be realized, and the paper adding and separating efficiency of the PCB is improved. Specifically, the shifting device 260 includes two truss beams fixed on the frame 100, a bottom plate installed on the truss beams, a servo motor fixed on the bottom plate, a screw rod driven by the servo motor to rotate, and a slider structure in threaded connection with the screw rod and fixedly connected with the air suction platform, and the shifting device 260 drives the air suction platform to reciprocate through the screw rod, so that the shifting device has the advantages of high control precision and high corresponding speed. The displacement device 260 is a design structure that can be conceived by a person skilled in the art according to the written description, and is not shown in detail in the drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, two paper collecting grooves 270 are installed on the frame 100 at opposite sides of the paper suction station of the paper suction platform 250, and a cleaning device 280 is slidably installed on the frame 100 and is located above the paper suction platform 250 and reciprocates between the two paper collecting grooves 270 to clean paper scraps above the paper suction platform 250. The arrangement of the cleaning device 280 can effectively sweep away the waste paper on the paper suction platform 250 in time, the influence of the waste paper on the added partition paper is avoided, the paper collection groove 270 can collect the waste paper, and the waste paper is convenient to collect and treat. Specifically, the cleaning device 280 includes a servo motor installed on a truss beam, a lead screw driven by the servo motor to rotate in the truss beam, a slider structure connected to the lead screw in a threaded manner and slidably connected to the truss beam, a connecting plate connected to the slider structure and extending above the paper suction platform 250, and a brush portion installed on the connecting plate and extending toward the paper suction platform 250 for sweeping waste paper above the paper suction platform 250.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5 to 8, in the present embodiment, the paper feeding device 310 includes a plurality of sets of suction cup assemblies 311 mounted on the frame 100 for respectively sucking a plurality of paper sheets arranged side by side on the paper suction platform 250, a paper separation assembly 312 for driving the plurality of sets of suction cup assemblies 311 to be separated from each other along the side-by-side direction of the plurality of paper sheets to increase the distance between two adjacent paper sheets, and a driving module 313 for driving the plurality of sets of suction cup assemblies 311 and paper separation assembly 312 to reciprocate between the paper suction station of the paper suction platform 250 and the stacking position of the plurality of PCB boards; a mounting plate 314 driven by a driving module 313 to reciprocate between a paper suction station of the paper suction platform 250 and a stacking position of a plurality of PCB boards; and a vertical driving cylinder 315 mounted on the mounting plate 314 and used for driving the suction cup assembly 311 and the paper separation assembly 312 to do vertical reciprocating motion.

The vertical driving cylinder 315 drives the paper separating assembly 312 and the sucker assemblies 311 arranged on the paper separating assembly 312 to do vertical reciprocating motion, the driving module 313 drives the mounting plate 314 of the paper feeding device 310 to do reciprocating motion between a paper sucking station of the paper sucking platform 250 and a stacking position of a plurality of PCB boards, a plurality of driving motors 3123 respectively monopolize the corresponding horizontal sliding frames 3125 to do horizontal transverse motion on the guide rail 3122 in a synchronous belt 3124 transmission mode, so that the distance between the horizontal sliding frames 3125 can be adjusted, and the adjustment of the distance between the side-by-side sucker assemblies 311 is realized; through the synergistic effect of the driving module 313, the vertical driving cylinder 315 and the plurality of driving motors 3123, a plurality of paper sheets sucked by the plurality of groups of sucker assemblies 311 can be simultaneously conveyed to the corresponding stacking positions of a plurality of PCB boards; it should be noted here that, because the stacking positions of a plurality of PCBs need to be separated by the corresponding partition positioning mechanism 350, and the partition positioning mechanism 350 itself needs to occupy a certain space, after the paper sheets obtained by direct cutting are absorbed by the suction cup assembly 311, if the space between the plurality of suction cup assemblies 311 arranged side by side is not enlarged by the paper separating assembly 312, the paper sheets on the suction cup assembly 311 cannot be placed on the stacking positions of the PCBs one-to-one; if a plurality of paper sheets arranged in the same line with the stacking positions of the plurality of PCBs are correspondingly cut according to the stacking positions of the plurality of PCBs, a large amount of waste paper is inevitably cut among the cut paper sheets, which causes waste of the paper, and in the case that the stacking positions of the PCBs have a certain size, the size requirements of the paper feeding roller 211, the paper cutting device 230 and the paper cutting device 240 are increased, so that the paper feeding device 310 provided with the paper separating component 312 greatly improves the paper separating efficiency of the PCBs and reduces the generation of the waste paper without increasing the sizes of the paper feeding roller 211, the paper cutting device 230, the paper cutting device 240 and the like.
