Claims (19)

1. A reel change head for strip material, comprising:
a reel changing head body;
the fixing piece is arranged on the reel changing head body and used for fixing the first strip-shaped material;
the cutter assembly is used for cutting off the first strip-shaped material after the fixing piece fixes the first strip-shaped material;
the reel changing head body can rotate after the fixing piece fixes the first strip-shaped material and the cutter assembly cuts off the first strip-shaped material, so that the first strip-shaped material is wound on at least part of the surface of the reel changing head body and then is spliced with the second strip-shaped material.
2. The head of claim 1, wherein the securing member includes a first driving member and a pressing block, the first driving member configured to drive the pressing block toward the head body to secure the first strip material to the head body.
3. The reel-changing head according to claim 2, wherein one end of the reel-changing head body is provided with a material penetrating seam in the radial direction; the material penetrating seam divides one end of the reel changing head body into a first body and a second body;
the pressing block is movably arranged in the material penetrating seam, and the first driving piece is used for driving the pressing block to move towards the first body or the second body so as to press the first strip-shaped material between the first body and the pressing block or between the second body and the pressing block, and further fix the first strip-shaped material on the reel changing head body.

The head of claim 3, wherein the pressing block is disposed on a side of the first body near the feed-through slit, and the first body is provided with a first sliding connection component for guiding the pressing block to move radially in the feed-through slit, so that the pressing block can slide between the feed-through slits relative to the first body.

The head according to claim 4, wherein a first movable hole is formed in the first body, the first movable hole is perpendicular to a plane of the feed-through slit and communicates with the feed-through slit, the first sliding connection component comprises a first guide sleeve disposed in the first movable hole, and a first guide pillar slidably disposed in the first guide sleeve, and an end of the first guide pillar adjacent to the feed-through slit is connected to the pressing block.

The head of claim 3, wherein the first body is provided with a stepped hole perpendicular to the plane of the feed-through slit and communicated to the feed-through slit, the stepped hole has a smaller diameter near one end of the feed-through slit than at the other end, an elastic member is disposed in the stepped hole and sleeved on a first cylinder, one end of the first cylinder is connected to the pressing block, the other end of the first cylinder is provided with a blocking piece, and the elastic member is located between the stepped hole step surface and the blocking piece.

The reel changing head according to claim 11, wherein a second sliding connection part is provided between the movable cutter and the first body or the second body, the second sliding connection part comprises a second guide sleeve, a second guide post slidably disposed in the second guide sleeve, and the second guide post is connected with the movable cutter; and a second movable hole is arranged on the first body or the second body, is perpendicular to the plane of the material penetrating seam and is communicated with the material penetrating seam, and a second guide sleeve is arranged in the second movable hole.

The head of claim 3, wherein the cutter assembly comprises a movable cutter, a lifting block and a second elastic part, the driving end of the first driving member is connected with one side of the lifting block, the second elastic part is arranged between the other side of the lifting block and the pressing block, the movable cutter is arranged in the area of the pressing block outside the orthographic projection of the lifting block, and the movable cutter can cut off the first strip-shaped material after the pressing block is driven by the first driving member to fix the first strip-shaped material and the second elastic part deforms.
14. A reel change drive assembly for strip material, for cooperation with a reel change head for strip material according to any one of claims 1-13, comprising:
