Referring to fig. 9, as shown in the figure, the cutting group 61 includes a cutting frame 611, a cutter driving member 612, a driving follower 613, a cutter connecting member 614, an upper cutter 615 and a lower cutter 616, the cutting frame 611 is disposed at the discharging end of the wire feeding supporting plate 521, the cutter driving member 612 is disposed on the cutting frame 611, the driving follower 613 is connected to the cutter driving member 612, the cutter connecting member 614 is disposed on the cutting frame 611, the upper cutter 615 is connected to the driving follower 613, the lower cutter 616 is disposed on the cutter connecting member 614, and the cutter driving member 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move toward the lower cutter 616 to cut the wire. The cutter driving component 612 can adopt a driving cylinder and also can adopt a driving motor, and in order to ensure the accuracy of the cutter driving component 612 driving the upper cutter 615 to move, the cutter driving component 612 of the embodiment adopts a motor to drive.
Referring to fig. 10 again, as shown in the figure, the driving follower 613 includes a driving gear 6131, a first rack 6132 and a second rack 6133, the driving gear 6131 is connected to the output end of the cutter driving member 612, the first rack 6132 is connected to the upper cutter 615, the second rack 6133 is connected to the cutter connecting member 614, and the driving gear 6131 is engaged with the first rack 6132 and the second rack 6133. When the cutter driving member 612 is started, the driving gear 6131 rolls in the first rack 6132 and the second rack 6133, and drives the upper cutter 615 connected to the first rack 6132 to move up and down.
Referring to fig. 10, the stripping set 62 includes an upper stripper 621 and a lower stripper 622, the upper stripper 621 is connected to the upper cutter 615, the lower stripper 622 is connected to the cutter connector 614, the upper stripper 621 has a blade height higher than the blade height of the upper cutter 615, and the lower stripper 622 has a blade height lower than the blade height of the lower cutter 616.
Referring to fig. 9, as shown in the figure, the air blowing set 63 includes an air blowing joint fixing plate 631 and an air blowing joint 632, the air blowing joint fixing plate 631 is disposed on the cutter connecting member 614, the air blowing joint fixing plate 631 is provided with an air hole penetrating through the air blowing joint fixing plate 631, and the air blowing joint 632 is disposed at one end of the air hole. The air holes are aligned with the locations between the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616. In operation, the air blowing connector 632 may be connected to an air pump. When the lead passes through the space between the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616, the cutter driving component 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616, and the skin on the lead is cut firstly to form a first cut; then the moving group 53 drives the lead to move forward a distance towards the welding assembly 2, and then the cutter driving member 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616 again to cut the skin of the lead to form a second cut; then, the moving group 53 drives the wires to retreat a distance toward the welding assembly 2, so that the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616 are positioned between the first notch and the second notch; finally, the cutter driving component 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616, so as to cut off the lead; meanwhile, as the upper peeling knife 621 and the lower peeling knife 622 are pressed on the wire skin of the wire, when the wire leaves the cutting assembly 6, the wire skin is pulled down from the limit of the cut wire; then the cutter driving member 612 drives the upper cutter 615 and the upper peeling knife 621 to reset, and the air blowing group 63 blows air to the wire between the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616, so that the thread skin of the thread end of the wire falls off from the wire.

Meanwhile, the lead feeding assembly 5 is started, the pressing group 51 presses the lead, then the moving group 53 drives the pressing group 51 and the feeding group 52 to move towards the welding assembly 2, when the lead passes through the space between the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616, the cutter driving piece 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616, and the skin of the lead is cut firstly to form a first cut; then the moving group 53 drives the lead to move forward a distance towards the welding assembly 2, and then the cutter driving member 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616 again to cut the skin of the lead to form a second cut; then the moving group 53 drives the wires to retreat a distance to the welding assembly 2, so that the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616 are positioned between the first notch and the second notch; the front end of a wire is placed on the inner wall of the conductive ring, finally, the welding component 2 and the cutting component 6 are started simultaneously, the welding head driving group 21 drives the welding head 22 to move downwards, the lower surface of the second part 222 presses the wire placed on the inner wall of the conductive ring, the second part 222 of the welding head 22 discharges to weld the conductive ring and the wire, and meanwhile, the cutter driving component 612 drives the upper cutter 615 to move towards the lower cutter 616 to cut off the wire; meanwhile, as the upper peeling knife 621 and the lower peeling knife 622 press on the skin of the wire, when the wire leaves the cutting assembly 6, the skin is pulled down from the tail of the cut wire; then the cutter driving member 612 drives the upper cutter 615 and the upper peeling knife 621 to reset, and the air blowing group 63 blows air to the wire between the upper cutter 615 and the lower cutter 616, so that the thread skin of the thread end of the wire falls off from the wire.
