It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaner 20 and a cleaner storage device 40. The dust collector 20 is used for absorbing dust and sundries in the external environment, the dust collector storage device 40 can be mounted on different positions of mounting surfaces such as a wall surface and a cabinet surface, and the dust collector 20 can be limited on the mounting surfaces through the dust collector storage device 40. Preferably, the cleaner housing apparatus 40 may be mounted to a vertical mounting surface perpendicular to a horizontal plane, thereby not occupying floor space.
Referring to fig. 1, the vacuum cleaner 20 includes a main body 21 and a suction pipe 23 disposed at one side of the main body 21 in a radial direction, wherein one end of the suction pipe 23 is provided with a suction port 232 communicating with the outside, and the other end of the suction pipe 23 communicates with the main body 21. A motor (not shown) is disposed in the main body 21, when the motor works, a negative pressure is generated to make air in the external environment form an air flow and flow into the main body 21 through the air inlet 232, dust and impurities carried in the air flow also enter the main body 21, and the air flow can be filtered by the filter structure in the main body 21, so as to realize the cleaning function of the cleaner 20. It should be noted that, since the vacuum cleaner 20 is not a main utility model of the present invention, the detailed structure of the vacuum cleaner 20 is not described herein.
The vacuum cleaner housing device 40 includes a housing body 41 and a vacuum suction unit 43 attached to the housing body 41, and the vacuum suction unit 43 is attached to the mounting surface so that the housing body 41 is fixed to the mounting surface. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the vacuum cleaner housing apparatus 40 is detachably fixed to a mounting surface such as a wall surface by the vacuum suction unit 43. Compared with the accommodating device which needs to be placed on the ground, the dust collector accommodating device 40 fixed on the wall surface occupies a smaller space; compared with a storage device which needs to be fixed through screws, the dust collector storage device 40 cannot damage the integrity of the wall surface. Moreover, when the vacuum suction assembly 43 needs to be moved, the vacuum suction assembly can be conveniently detached from the original position, so that the use experience of a user is effectively improved.
Specifically, the receptacle body 41 includes a fixing wall 412 and a limiting sidewall 414. The fixing wall 412 includes a fixing surface and a limiting surface that are disposed opposite and parallel to each other, and when the receptacle body 41 is fixed to the mounting surface, both the fixing surface and the limiting surface of the fixing wall 412 are parallel to the mounting surface, and the fixing surface faces the mounting surface. The restricting side wall 414 is formed on the restricting surface and surrounds a part of the edge of the fixing wall 412 to form a restricting space for restricting the cleaner 20 together with the fixing wall 412. It is to be understood that the specific configuration of the receptacle body 41 is not limited and may be provided in various shapes as needed.
Further, the fixing wall 412 is formed with a circular connecting hole 4121, the connecting hole 4121 vertically extends from the fixing surface to the position-limiting surface to penetrate through the fixing wall 412, the connecting hole 4121 is used for communicating the position-limiting space with the vacuum suction assembly 43, and the vacuum pumping device can be connected to the vacuum suction assembly 43 through the connecting hole 4121.
The vacuum suction assembly 43 is mounted on the fixing surface of the fixing wall 412 and located on the side of the receptacle body 41 away from the limiting space. The vacuum suction assembly 43 includes a vacuum unit 432 and a suction cup 434 connected to the vacuum unit 432. The vacuum member 432 is provided on the fixing surface and is provided corresponding to the connection hole 4121, and air between the suction pad 434 and the mounting surface can flow out through the vacuum member 432. The suction cup 434 is connected to a side of the vacuum part 432 away from the connecting hole 4121, the suction cup 434 has a substantially conical structure, an outer diameter of the suction cup 434 is gradually increased from a side close to the vacuum part 432 to a side away from the vacuum part 432, and the suction cup 434 is made of a flexible material, and thus, can be restored to be deformed to be adsorbed on a fixed surface.
In this manner, when the receptacle body 41 is attached, the suction pad 434 may be first brought into contact with the attachment surface, and then a vacuum extractor (for example, a vacuum pump) may be connected to the vacuum extractor 432 through the connection hole 4121, and the vacuum extractor may extract air between the suction pad 434 and the attachment surface through the vacuum extractor 432. When the air between the suction cup 434 and the installation surface is completely sucked, the suction cup 434 is tightly adhered to the installation surface under the action of the external atmospheric pressure, and the vacuum part 432 is in a closed state to prevent the external air from entering between the suction cup 434 and the installation surface. When the main body 41 needs to be removed, the vacuum part 432 can be opened to allow the outside air to re-enter between the suction cup 434 and the mounting surface, so that the suction cup 434 can be removed from the mounting surface.
In some embodiments, the vacuum extractor is a vacuum cleaner 20 that mates with a vacuum cleaner receiver 40. Specifically, the suction pipe 23 of the vacuum cleaner 20 may be inserted into the connection hole 4121, and the suction port 232 of the suction pipe 23 is connected to the vacuum part 432 through the connection hole 4121. When the vacuum cleaner 20 is in an operating state, the motor in the main body 21 operates to generate negative pressure, so that the air suction pipe 23 sucks air between the suction cup 434 and the mounting surface through the vacuum part 432, the suction cup 434 is firmly adsorbed on the mounting surface under the action of external atmospheric pressure, and finally the vacuum cleaner storage device 40 is fixed, and the vacuum cleaner 20 after being vacuumized can be limited on the mounting surface through the vacuum cleaner storage device 40.
The vacuum cleaner housing device 40 and the cleaning apparatus 100 described above use the vacuum cleaner 20 housed in the vacuum cleaner housing device 40 as a vacuum-pumping device to pump vacuum to the vacuum suction module 43, so that the vacuum cleaner housing device 40 is firmly fixed to the mounting surface without providing any other vacuum-pumping device such as a vacuum pump. Because dust catcher 20 fixes installation face such as wall, consequently can not occupy too much space, the integrality of wall can not destroyed to vacuum adsorption's fixed mode moreover, and can remove to different positions as required, has brought very big facility for accomodating of dust catcher 20.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
