9. The hand-held cleaner of claim 8 wherein the hand-held cleaner further includes a first cover that is snap-fit to the housing assembly to close one end of the mounting cavity and that is adjacent to the rotatable cover.

The hand-held cleaner of claim 9 wherein the first cover has a deformed portion and each of two sides of the deformed portion has a stopper, wherein when the first cover is mated with the shroud assembly, the deformed portion is disposed in the first insertion slot while the stoppers are disposed in the two clamping slots, respectively, thereby defining the position of the first cover.
