Seat bracket structure and seat
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of furniture equipment, especially, relate to a seat bracket structure and seat.
Background
At present, more and more seats with the function of leg rest are available in the market, but the structures of the leg rest generally have the problems of complex structural design, inconvenient operation, large volume, heavy weight, high production cost, small overall design space of the seat, narrow application range and the like; particularly, the turning of the leg rest is usually realized by adopting at least two switches in the existing leg rest structure, and meanwhile, in the turning process, multiple components are turned synchronously, so that the structure is complex, the size is increased, and after the leg rest is folded, the leg rest often occupies a lot of space below the seat, so that the difficulty in setting other functions below the seat is increased, and further the seat is single in function, heavy in appearance and not attractive.
In view of the requirement of the current market on novel structure of office chairs, the seat parts of a plurality of chairs can be made into novel structures with double layers, hollow middle parts and the like, if the existing leg rest structure is applied to the seat parts, the whole seat structure is extremely heavy, and the addition of the functions of leg rest and the like to the chairs is more difficult; as a conventional article, the seat is particularly a market trend for novel office chairs such as light, thin and thin type and double-layer hollow type, so that how to provide a footrest structure which is compact and simple in structure, convenient to operate, small in occupied space, convenient to modularize and wide in application range is one of the problems to be solved urgently in the prior seat type.
In order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, the utility model provides a compact structure retrencies, the operation is convenient, occupation space is little, the modularization of being convenient for more, the wider seat bracket structure of range of application and seat.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the utility model aims at providing a compact structure retrencies, the operation is convenient, occupation space is little, the modularization of being convenient for more, the wider seat bracket structure and seat of range of application.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
a seat footrest structure comprising:
a support shaft having a first lock position and a second lock position in a circumferential direction;
the footrest comprises a root end and a free end which are oppositely arranged, wherein the root end is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the supporting shaft, and the footrest can rotate relative to the supporting shaft;
the movable locking piece is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the footrest, the movable locking piece moves along the radial direction of the supporting shaft, when the footrest rotates until the movable locking piece is jointed with the first locking position or the second locking position, the footrest and the supporting shaft are kept relatively fixed, and the footrest is in a locking state; when the movable locking piece is separated from the first locking position and the second locking position, the footrest is in an unlocked state and rotates around the supporting shaft.
The utility model discloses at the bracket take the in-process that the activity locking piece is synchronous round the back shaft is rotatory, when the activity locking piece along the motion of back shaft radial direction and the epaxial first lock location of back or second locking position joint, the bracket is in the lock state of opening or drawing in, when activity locking piece and first lock location, second lock location separation, the bracket is in the unblock state and the bracket is rotatory around the back shaft, realizes the upset of bracket. The utility model discloses to realize that the structure of footrest locking, unblock concentrates on the root end of footrest, specifically place back shaft, activity locking piece etc. of footrest root end in including, the structure is very compact, and occupation space is little, more makes things convenient for the modularized design, and is more nimble, and the operation is convenient, and is very little to the holistic design influence of seat, and the range of application is wide, is applicable to the seat of different grade type structure, the die sinking of also being convenient for.

When the movable locking piece is jointed and abutted with the first locking position of the transition step or the second locking position of the transition step, the footrest is in a locking state and cannot be turned over; when the movable locking piece is separated from the first locking position and the second locking position, the footrest is in an unlocking state, the movable locking piece slides along the fan-shaped cambered surface to rotate, and the footrest rotates around the supporting shaft.
Preferably, the inner wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a convex clamping block, when the movable locking piece is in positioning joint with the first lock, one end of the convex clamping block is attached to the second locking position, and when the movable locking piece is in positioning joint with the second locking position, the other end of the convex clamping block is attached to the first lock.
The phenomenon that the footrest slightly rocks, overturns after the locking has been avoided in the setting of protruding fixture block, guarantees that the locking state of footrest is more stable, reduces the error, guarantees the travelling comfort, improves user experience.
Preferably, the accommodating cavity is provided with an accommodating groove, the movable locking piece is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the movable locking piece can realize displacement action of protruding from or lower than or equal to the notch of the accommodating groove.
When the movable locking piece moves towards the outside of the accommodating groove, the movable locking piece protrudes out of the inner wall of the accommodating cavity (namely the movable locking piece protrudes out of the notch of the accommodating groove), and the movable locking piece enters the first locking position or the second locking position to realize the stable locking state of the footrest, namely the footrest is completely opened or completely folded; when activity locking piece was to the inside displacement of holding tank, activity locking piece was less than or is on a level with holding intracavity wall (promptly activity locking piece is less than or is on a level with holding tank notch), and activity locking piece is fixed a position, the second lock and is locked the looks separation with first lock, realizes the upset of footrest.
Preferably, the footrest is rotatably connected with a key switch, and the key switch includes a rotating portion rotatably connected with the footrest, a pressing portion abutting against the movable locking member, and an external force pressing portion.
When external force presses the key switch, the abutting part on the key switch acts on the movable locking piece, inward displacement of the movable locking piece in the accommodating groove is achieved, the movable locking piece is positioned with the first lock and separated from the second lock, the movable locking piece enters an unlocking state, the footrest can be turned over relative to the supporting shaft, the key switch can be loosened when the movable locking piece contacts with the fan-shaped cambered surface, when the footrest rotates to a certain angle, the movable locking piece is separated from the fan-shaped cambered surface and automatically enters the first lock positioning or the second lock positioning, and the footrest or the locking state of opening or closing is achieved. The utility model discloses a mode of a key locking, a key unblock, the operation is convenient, and the operation is smooth and easy, labour saving and time saving.
Preferably, the pressing part of the key switch presses against the middle position of the movable locking piece.
Make the effort be located the intermediate position of activity locking piece, whole activity locking piece atress is even, high-efficient stability when having increased a key locking, unblock, and user experience is good.
Preferably, an elastic member abutting against the movable locking member and the bottom of the accommodating groove is arranged between the movable locking member and the accommodating groove.
The elastic piece is used for realizing the displacement action of pressing down and automatic resetting of the movable locking piece in the accommodating groove, and further realizing the displacement action of the movable locking piece or protruding out of or lower than or flat on the groove opening of the accommodating groove.
