A valve assembly for one-way supply of sauce as defined in claim 5, wherein a plurality of said struts form a conical cartridge holder, said spring being located within said conical cartridge holder, the smallest cartridge diameter of said conical cartridge holder being no smaller than the diameter of said ball-shaped cartridge.
