When an operator forgets to stick the masking paper, if the outer surface of the prefabricated slab is a decorative surface, redundant colloid is removed by shoveling, but the decorative surface layer cannot be damaged; if a subsequent decorative surface layer is arranged on the outer surface of the prefabricated slab, the construction is carried out after coating the surface of the cured sealant with a bonding promoter (PR106) before the construction of the decorative surface layer, so that the good coating effect is ensured, and the falling of the decorative surface layer is avoided.
Sixthly, brushing bottom coating
Waterproof sealants generally have good adhesion to cementitious substrates, but take into account the complexity of the construction site. In order to better guarantee the performance of the waterproof sealant, a joint base layer is carefully cleaned before the sealant is constructed, and a primer is uniformly brushed in a glue joint by using a hard brush, wherein the primer is a special matched product of the waterproof sealant.
The primer solution has the main functions:
1. the stability of the surface of a porous substrate (such as a cement concrete PC board and an extrusion molding board) is enhanced, and the influence of dust on the bonding performance of the sealant is reduced.
2. Prevents the surface of the adherend component (e.g., water, alkaline substance) from migrating to the sealant layer 2, thereby affecting the adhesive performance.
3. The adhesive property of the precast concrete plate (PC plate) block is stabilized, and the residual PC plate release agent and the sealant are prevented from acting, so that the performance of the adhesive is influenced.
Seven, filling and sealing glue
The sealant is constructed on a dry substrate in a clean environment with the temperature of 18-30 ℃ and the relative humidity of 59-69%, preferably the temperature of 24-26 ℃ and the relative humidity of 63-65%. Too low an ambient temperature can reduce the adhesion of the sealant because the surface wettability of the sealant is reduced and frost and ice can form on the cold substrate, affecting the adhesion of the sealant. On the building surface of too high ambient temperature and direct sunlight, the actual temperature on substrate surface may be very much higher than ambient temperature, receives the influence of high temperature, and the sag resistance of sealed glue can worsen, curing time can accelerate, live time and finishing time can shorten, produce the bubble easily simultaneously. Too low a relative humidity will slow down the curing speed of the sealant, and too high a relative humidity may form a condensed water film on the surface of the substrate, affecting the adhesion of the sealant to the substrate, and possibly also causing the sealant to form bubbles. The sealant is constructed within 60 minutes after the primer coating liquid is coated for 5 minutes, otherwise, the use effect of the primer coating liquid is influenced.
The bottom coating liquid is not dried and then is subjected to gluing construction or the construction gap between the bottom coating liquid and the sealant is too long, so that the effective service time of the bottom coating liquid is prolonged; or when the primer liquid is covered by dirt or dust, the unqualified sealant is removed by using a proper tool, the inner wall of the joint is cleaned by using a grinding wheel machine until the concrete base surface is exposed, the dust in the joint is cleaned by using a soft brush or a powerful blower, and finally, glue is applied again strictly according to the regulations.
1. When glue is injected into the horizontal joint, construction can be carried out from any end part to the other end along the glue joint;
2. when glue is injected into the vertical seam, construction is carried out along the glue seam from top to bottom;
3. when the cross joint is injected with glue, construction is performed downwards along a vertical joint, and then construction is performed towards two sides from the cross position;
4. if the same glue seam is not constructed in the next time, a shovel knife is used for trimming a 45-degree oblique angle to the inner side of the glue seam at the joint part, so that the next seam treatment is facilitated.
Eighthly, mounting a drain pipe
A cavity is reserved in the vertical joint and behind the sealant isolation layer, a vertical drainage channel 10 is formed in the cavity, and the drainage channel 10 is communicated with the transverse joint; the drainage channel 10 is a straight line structure, the top end of the prefabricated plate is provided with a groove positioned on the extension line of the drainage channel 10, and the groove is communicated with the drainage channel 10; the groove is located between the first top and the second top to conveniently block the high and low seams into which the outside water flows and block the water flow at the low seams, and the water flow directly enters the drainage channel 10 through the groove. The groove is funnel-shaped. The size of the bottom end of the funnel-shaped groove is larger than the size of the joint of the drainage channel 10 and the groove, so that excessive water is prevented from remaining in the high and low seams when the excessive water falls into the drainage channel 10 from the upper side. The outlet at the lower end of the drainage channel 10 is positioned on the outer side of the prefabricated panel where the drainage channel is positioned, so that water in the prefabricated panel can be conveniently guided out to the outer side. Above-mentioned first bottom 301 inclines 5 ~ 15 for the horizontal plane, and the inclination is too big, and is not very convenient when filling in above-mentioned liner 1, and is comparatively suitable when first bottom 301 inclines 5 ~ 15 for the horizontal plane.
When the drainage design of a cavity of a construction fabricated concrete structure is carried out, one drainage pipe 11 is arranged at the bottom of each vertical joint, one drainage pipe is arranged at intervals of 12m along each vertical joint, the horizontal distance is not more than 9m, and the specific distance can be determined by a design unit.
The material selection is as follows: the drain pipe 11 must be made of flexible material compatible with waterproof sealant, and is preferably provided with an insect-proof and rain-proof backflow device.
The installation mode is as follows: when the vertical seam foam rod liner 1 is installed, a foam rod (with a high inside and a low outside and a gradient larger than 20 degrees) is obliquely installed at the position of the drain pipe 11 and fixed, masking paper is pasted, bottom coating liquid is brushed, glue is injected from top to bottom along the glue seam, when the elevation of the drain pipe 11 is 100mm above, the drain pipe 11 is installed on the specified liner 1, the periphery of the drain pipe 11 is tightly wrapped by sealant and is tightly connected with the sealant at the upper part and the lower part, and the redundant sealant is removed by a scraper.
Nine, tear off the beautiful line paper
After the glue seam is trimmed and leveled, the glue seam is slowly torn off from one end of the masking paper, and the corners of the sealing glue are not damaged.
Ten and later maintenance
After the glue is applied, the surface of the sealant is not deeply cured, so that the sealant cannot be pressed within 48 hours, cannot be disturbed and constructed within 28 days, and is kept still to ensure the service life of the sealant. If sundries are contained in the sealant and the sealant is separated from a wall body, the unqualified sealant is removed by using a proper tool, all residues in and around the joint are cleaned by using a grinding wheel machine until a concrete base surface is exposed, dust in the joint is cleaned by using a soft brush or a powerful blower, and finally, glue is applied again strictly according to the regulations.
The temperature and humidity contrast test is set for filling the joint of the sealant, the sealant is placed in a temperature and humidity control box, two concrete plates are arranged, a gap is arranged between the two concrete plates, the sealant is filled in the gap for 28 days, then the two ends of the cured sealant are stretched, and the cohesiveness of the sealant under different temperatures and humidity is tested (the test is a gradual stretching process for stretching a sealant layer with the thickness of 1cm, whether a crack appears between the sealant and the concrete plates is observed from short to long through the stretching length, and the test is sequentially poor-medium-good-excellent).

In a detection maintenance period, the scheme does not need maintenance, the maintenance work amount of the scheme II is completely determined by the operation level of constructors and cannot be actively controlled, and hanging baskets need to be erected during maintenance, old glue is cut, and a decorative surface layer is damaged, so the maintenance cost is very high. Therefore, when the construction method is adopted for construction, the reliability and the economy of the water resistance of the outer wall of the building are effectively guaranteed, and the benefit is more practical and obvious as time goes on.
The construction method can prolong the service life of the sealant and reduce the maintenance times, thereby reducing the influence on the surrounding human environment and having good social reverberation. The waterproof structure built by the construction method has reliable quality of waterproof sealant, and the later stage is not easy to leak water. Meanwhile, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved.
The construction method and the waterproof structure are applied to a certain guaranteed housing construction project, the construction method and the waterproof structure can greatly improve the waterproof construction quality of the outer wall of the fabricated concrete building, the reliability of the waterproof structure is guaranteed, the construction method is low in maintenance frequency and environment-friendly, a large amount of consumables are saved, a large amount of energy consumption is reduced, and great economic benefits are realized.

the sealant isolation layer is formed by at least one flexible strip which is extruded by the inner wall of the joint, embedded in the joint and extended along the joint;
the sealing glue layer is arranged at the opening of the seam and used for plugging the seam;
the lower end of the prefabricated plate is of a stepped structure and comprises a first bottom end and a second bottom end higher than the first bottom end;
the upper end of the precast slab is of a stepped structure and comprises a first top end and a second top end higher than the first top end;
the first bottom end corresponds to the first top end, and the second bottom end corresponds to the second top end to form a reverse ridge structure;
the waterproof layer is arranged between the first top end and the first bottom end;
a cavity is reserved in the vertical joint and behind the sealant isolation layer, a vertical drainage channel is formed in the cavity, and the drainage channel is communicated with the transverse joint;
the drainage channel is of a linear structure, the top end of the precast slab is provided with a groove positioned on the extension line of the drainage channel, and the groove is communicated with the drainage channel;
a gap gradually narrowing from outside to inside is formed between the first bottom end and the first top end, and the first bottom end is obliquely arranged.
