fixing a standardized component upper cover plate (14) of the standardized component and a central component lower cover plate (15) of the central component by using bolts; fixing a standardized component upper cover plate (14) of the standardized component and a standardized component lower cover plate (13) of the standardized component by using bolts; fixing an end part upper cover plate (12) of the end part and a standardized part lower cover plate (13) of the standardized part by using bolts; fixing an end part upper cover plate (12) of the end part and an end part lower cover plate (11) of the end part by using bolts; fixing a standardized component upper cover plate (18) of the standardized component and a central component lower cover plate (15) of the central component by using bolts; fixing a standardized component upper cover plate (18) of the standardized component and a standardized component lower cover plate (17) of the standardized component by using bolts; fixing an end part upper cover plate (20) of the end part and a standardized part lower cover plate (17) of the standardized part by using bolts; an end member upper cover plate (20) of the end member and an end member lower cover plate (19) of the end member are fixed by bolts.
Step seven: and checking the installation condition of bolts of each component to ensure that each component is installed in place and the node is installed completely.

Claims (6)

1. An assembled cable node for a single-layer cross cable network structure, characterized by comprising at least C-C type nodes, C being defined as a central part;
the central component upper cover plate (41) and the central component lower cover plate (45) are fixed by a central component upper cover plate bolt (42), wherein a concave hole of the central component upper cover plate (41) and a concave hole of the central component lower cover plate (45) form a central component cable hole (43);
the spherical hinge connecting part comprises a spherical hinge connecting part high-strength steel ball (31), a spherical hinge connecting part lower high-strength steel ball (35), a spherical hinge connecting part upper fixing piece (33), a spherical hinge connecting part lower fixing piece (37), a spherical hinge connecting part connecting rod (34) and a bolt; the upper fixing piece (33) of the spherical hinge connecting part and the lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting part only allow the connecting rod (34) of the spherical hinge connecting part to freely rotate, wherein the upper fixing piece (33) of the spherical hinge connecting part limits the high-strength steel ball (31) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece, and the lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting part limits the lower high-strength steel ball (35) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece;
the C-C type node assembly comprises two central components, namely a C component and a spherical hinge connecting component;
the connection mode of each part of the C-C type node is as follows:
the central component upper cover plate of the central component of the upper part and the central component lower cover plate of the central component of the upper part are fixed by bolts;
the central part lower cover plate of the central part of the upper part and the spherical hinge connecting part upper fixing piece of the spherical hinge connecting part are fixed by bolts;
the central part lower cover plate of the central part of the lower part and the spherical hinge connecting part lower fixing piece of the spherical hinge connecting part are fixed by bolts;
the central member upper cover plate of the central member of the lower part and the central member lower cover plate of the central member of the lower part are fixed by bolts.

An assembled cable node for a single layer intersecting cable network structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the central component is fixed by a central component upper cover plate (41) and a central component lower cover plate (45) through a central component upper cover plate bolt (42), wherein a central component cable hole (43) is formed by a concave hole of the central component upper cover plate (41) and a concave hole of the central component lower cover plate (45); two ends of a central component lower cover plate (45) of the central component extend out, and the extending ends of the two ends are used for being lapped with a standardized component upper cover plate (51) of the standardized component or an end component upper cover plate (61) of the end component; the bolt hole at the bottom of the central part lower cover plate (45) of the central part is connected and fixed with the fixing piece (33) on the spherical hinge connecting part in the spherical hinge connecting part by a bolt.

The fabricated cable node for a single-layer crossing cable net structure according to claim 1, wherein the standardized component is fixed by a standardized component upper cover plate (51) and a standardized component lower cover plate (55) by a standardized component upper cover plate bolt (53), wherein the recess hole of the standardized component upper cover plate (51) and the recess hole of the standardized component lower cover plate (55) form a standardized component cable hole (52), and the standardized component upper cover plate (51) of the standardized component extends out on the left side and the standardized component lower cover plate (55) of the standardized component extends out on the right side for overlapping with the cover plates of other components.

An assembled cable node for a single layer intersecting cable network structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the end pieces are secured by end piece upper cover plates (61) and end piece lower cover plates (63) with end piece upper cover plate bolts (62), wherein the recesses of the end piece upper cover plates (61) and the recesses of the end piece lower cover plates (63) form end piece cable holes (64); only the upper cover plate (61) of the end part is extended for overlapping with the lower cover plates of other parts.

The fabricated rope node for a single-layer crossing rope net structure of claim 1, wherein the connection of the upper half part and the lower half part is by means of a ball hinge connecting part; the part consists of a spherical hinge connecting part high-strength steel ball (31), a spherical hinge connecting part lower high-strength steel ball (35), a spherical hinge connecting part upper fixing piece (33), a spherical hinge connecting part lower fixing piece (37), a spherical hinge connecting part connecting rod (34) and a bolt; the opening form of the upper fixing piece (33) of the spherical hinge connecting part is big at the top and small at the bottom, the radius of the opening at the small end is smaller than that of the high-strength steel ball, and the radius of the opening at the big end is larger than that of the high-strength steel ball; the opening form of the lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting part is small at the top and big at the bottom, the radius of the opening at the small end is smaller than that of the high-strength steel ball, and the radius of the opening at the big end is larger than that of the high-strength steel ball; the function of the fixing piece is to only allow the connecting rod (34) of the spherical hinge connecting part to freely rotate, wherein the fixing piece (33) on the spherical hinge connecting part limits the high-strength steel ball (31) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece, and the fixing piece (37) on the spherical hinge connecting part limits the high-strength steel ball (35) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece.
6. The fabricated cable node for the single-layer crossed cable net structure according to claim 1, wherein the node is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the number of the cables of the upper part and the lower part is arbitrary, namely the node where the N cables and the M cables are crossed; n is more than or equal to 1 and M is more than or equal to 1; that is, the node may be an intersection node of a single cable and a single cable, an intersection node of a plurality of cables and a plurality of cables, or an intersection node of a single cable and a plurality of cables, and the number of the upper and lower cables is not necessarily equal.
