A fabricated cable node for a single-layer cross-cable network structure in accordance with claim 1, wherein the connection of the upper and lower halves relies on spherical hinge connection members; the component consists of a high-strength steel ball (31) on a spherical hinge connecting component, a high-strength steel ball (35) under the spherical hinge connecting component, an upper fixing piece (33) of the spherical hinge connecting component, a lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting component, a connecting rod (34) of the spherical hinge connecting component and a bolt; the opening form of the fixing piece (33) on the spherical hinge connecting part is that the upper part is big and the lower part is small, the radius of the opening at the small end is smaller than the radius of the high-strength steel ball, and the radius of the opening at the big end is larger than the radius of the high-strength steel ball; the opening form of the lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting part is that the opening radius of the small end is smaller than the radius of the high-strength steel ball, and the opening radius of the large end is larger than the radius of the high-strength steel ball; the function of the fixing piece is to only allow the connecting rod (34) of the spherical hinge connecting part to freely rotate, wherein the upper fixing piece (33) of the spherical hinge connecting part limits the high-strength steel ball (31) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece, and the lower fixing piece (37) of the spherical hinge connecting part limits the high-strength steel ball (35) on the spherical hinge connecting part to be separated from the fixing piece.

The assembled cable node for the single-layer cross cable net structure according to claim 1, wherein the node is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and the number of cables of the upper part and the lower part is arbitrary, namely the node where N cables and M cables intersect; n is more than or equal to 1 and M is more than or equal to 1; that is, the two cables may be the intersection node of a single cable and a single cable, or the intersection node of a plurality of cables and a plurality of cables, or the intersection node of a single cable and a plurality of cables, and the numbers of the upper and lower cables are not necessarily equal.

step two: the spherical hinge connecting part is connected with the central part of the upper half part by bolts;
Fixing a central part lower cover plate of the central part of the upper part and a spherical hinge connecting part upper fixing piece of the spherical hinge connecting part by bolts;
step three: the spherical hinge connecting part is connected with the central part of the lower half part by bolts;
Fixing a central part lower cover plate of a central part of the lower part and a spherical hinge connecting part lower fixing piece of a spherical hinge connecting part by bolts;
Step four: fixing the central part of the lower part with the cable of the center of the lower part;
the upper cover plate of the central part of the lower part and the lower cover plate of the central part of the lower part are fixed by bolts, so that the cable at the center of the lower part is fixed;
Step five: and (5) checking the installation condition of each component bolt, ensuring that each component is installed in place, and finishing the installation of the node.
