As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of an egg tart machine is provided, and the arrow indicates the direction of conveying the egg tarts.
Specifically, the egg tart cooking machine comprises three major parts, namely a feeding device 100, a baking device 200 and a discharging device 300, which are arranged along the conveying direction of an egg tart.
The feeding device 100 is used for conveying egg tart raw materials to the baking device 200 in order, and the specific structure is shown in detail in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6.
The baking device 200 is used for heating the egg tarts, and the baking device 200 can also convey the egg tarts towards the blanking device 300, and the specific structure is shown in detail in fig. 7, 8 and 9.
The blanking device 300 is used for arranging the manufactured egg tarts, so that the egg tarts are convenient to pack, and the specific structure is shown in fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 14.
Since the feeding device 100, the baking device 200 and the blanking device 300 are all capable of conveying the egg tarts, the feeding device 100, the baking device 200 and the blanking device 300 each include at least one conveying mechanism 210.
In the feeding device 100, the conveying mechanism 210 is shown in fig. 5 and 6.
In the toasting device 200, the conveyor 210 is partially shown in fig. 7 and partially shown in fig. 8 and 9.
In the blanking apparatus 300, the conveying mechanism 210 is partially shown in fig. 10 and 11.
In detail, taking fig. 7 and 8 as an example, the conveying mechanism 210 includes a conveying belt 211, a driving shaft 212 for driving the conveying belt 211 to convey egg tarts, a tensioning shaft 213 for adjusting tightness of the conveying belt 211, and an installation frame 214 for installing the driving shaft 212 and the tensioning shaft 213, the driving shaft 212 and the tensioning shaft 213 are disposed on two sides of the conveying belt 211, the tensioning shaft 213 is disposed above the driving shaft 212, the installation frame 214 is provided with a long groove 215, the long groove 215 is used for accommodating an end portion of the tensioning shaft 213 and accommodating the long groove 215 at the end portion of the tensioning shaft 213, a length direction of the long groove 215 is disposed along a horizontal direction, and a position of the tensioning shaft 213 is adjustably disposed along the length direction of the long groove 215.
To avoid ambiguity, it is specified that in the feeding device 100, the conveyor belt 211 is identical to the first conveyor belt 120; in the baking apparatus 200, the conveyor belt 211 is equivalent to the conveyor belt of the baking apparatus 200; in the blanking device 300, the conveyor belt 211 is equivalent to the third conveyor belt 321 and the fourth conveyor belt 322.
According to the egg tart cooking machine, the feeding device 100, the baking device 200 and the blanking device 300 are arranged, so that the low manufacturing mode of intermittent baking by an oven in the prior art is replaced, the manufacturing mode similar to a production line is adopted, the continuous baking and manufacturing of the egg tarts are realized, the egg tart manufacturing efficiency is improved, and the egg tart yield can meet the requirements.
In addition, this embodiment is still through setting up tensioning axle 213, makes tensioning axle 213 can follow the horizontal direction position adjustment to, can reduce the height of egg tart cooking machine, reduce the occupation space of egg tart cooking machine, simultaneously, reduce the material of making egg tart cooking machine, reduce the manufacturing cost of egg tart cooking machine.
In addition, in this embodiment, the driving shaft 212 and the tensioning shaft 213 are disposed at two sides of the conveying belt 211, the tensioning shaft 213 is located above the driving shaft 212, and the position of the tensioning shaft 213 is adjusted along the horizontal direction, so that the contact area between the conveying belt 211 and the driving shaft 212 can be increased, and the friction between the conveying belt 211 and the driving shaft 212 can be improved.
Finally, the transmission efficiency is improved, so that the conveying belt 211 can accurately convey the egg tart at a set speed, the egg tart is accurately heated, and the egg tart is prevented from being overheated.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 214 may be provided with a second opening 216, the second opening 216 is used for accommodating an end portion of the driving shaft 212, and the opening direction of the second opening 216 is arranged away from the tensioning shaft 213.
In this embodiment, the second opening 216 is provided, so that the driving shaft 212 can be conveniently detached, and meanwhile, the opening direction of the second opening 216 is set in a direction away from the tensioning shaft 213, so that the tensioning shaft 213 and the conveyer belt 211 act on the driving shaft 212 to move the driving shaft 212 into the second opening 216, thereby preventing the driving shaft 212 from being pulled out of the second opening 216.
As a further refinement of the opening direction of the second opening 216 toward the direction away from the tension shaft 213, the opening direction of the second opening 216 may be downward, a driving motor 223 may be disposed below the driving shaft 212, and the driving motor 223 may be provided with a driving belt 222 for driving the driving shaft 212 to rotate.
This embodiment is through making the opening direction of second opening 216 sets up down, can conveniently adjust the upper and lower position of drive shaft 212, conveniently adjusts the tensioning of drive belt 222, simultaneously, need not set up the tensioning texture for drive belt 222, simplifies egg tart cooking machine structure for egg tart cooking machine structure is compacter.
As another alternative to the above-mentioned opening direction of the second opening 216, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the opening direction of the second opening 216 may be arranged obliquely upward.
In the embodiment, the opening direction of the second opening 216 is inclined upwards, so that when the driving shaft 212 is placed in the second opening 216, the driving shaft 212 can automatically fall to the low point of the second opening 216, the driving shaft 212 cannot fall out of the second opening 216 without being influenced by external force other than gravity, the driving shaft 212 can automatically fall to the low point of the second opening 216, the center of the driving shaft 212 and the center of the circular surface for positioning the driving shaft 212 automatically coincide, and the installation and adjustment work is reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the conveying mechanism 210 may further include a lower pressing shaft 219 and an upper supporting shaft 220, the lower pressing shaft 219 and the upper supporting shaft 220 are used for guiding the conveying belt 211, and the lower pressing shaft 219 and the upper supporting shaft 220 are disposed on a side of the driving shaft 212 facing away from the tensioning shaft 213.
The present embodiment sets the lower pressing shaft 219 and the upper supporting shaft 220, so that the conveying belt 211 is tensioned when being pulled by the driving shaft 212, the pressure between the conveying belt 211 and the driving shaft 212 is increased, the friction force is increased, and the transmission efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments with the upper supporting shaft 220, as shown in fig. 9, the mounting bracket 214 is provided with a long hole 221, the long hole 221 is used for accommodating an end portion of the upper supporting shaft 220, and an adjusting bolt 224 for adjusting the up-and-down position of the upper supporting shaft 220 is arranged at one side of the long hole 221 or the long hole 221.
The adjustment bolt 224 can be seen in fig. 11.
After the improvement, this embodiment can restrict the beat of last stay 220 through setting up rectangular hole 221, through setting up adjusting bolt 224, can realize the adjustment of last stay 220 upper and lower position, and then, improves the area of conveyer belt 211 cladding drive shaft 212, improves frictional force, makes things convenient for conveyer belt 211 to carry the egg tart with higher speed.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the mounting frame 214 may be further provided with a scraper 217, the scraper 217 is used for scraping debris on the surface of the conveying belt 211, and the scraper 217 is arranged below the driving shaft 212.
This embodiment is through setting up scraper 217, can scrape off the egg tart raw materials that drip on conveyer belt 211, realizes conveyer belt 211's online clearance, avoids shutting down the maintenance.
Since the egg tarts are not solidified and formed at the feeding device 100, more chippings are generated at the feeding device 100, and the scraper 217 is arranged at the conveying mechanism 210 of the feeding device 100.
In some embodiments where a scraper 217 is provided, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting frame 214 may be provided with a chip storage box 218, the chip storage box 218 being used for storing chips scraped by the scraper 217.
After further improvement, this embodiment can collect the piece that scraper 217 scraped through setting up storing up bits box 218, avoids the piece to fly away to the external world, avoids the piece to pollute the scene.
As shown in fig. 6, the chip storage box 218 may be slidably connected to the mounting frame 214, and the chip storage box 218 may be movable in the axial direction of the driving shaft 212.
After further improvement, the chip storage box 218 is slidably connected to the mounting frame 214, so that the chip storage box 218 can be conveniently replaced, and quick cleaning of chips is realized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the elongated slot 215 may be provided with a sliding block 225 and an adjusting screw 226 for moving the sliding block 225, an end of the tensioning shaft 213 is rotatably connected to the sliding block 225, an end of the adjusting screw 226 is rotatably connected to the sliding block 225, and the adjusting screw 226 is threadedly connected to the mounting frame 214.
This embodiment provides a slider 225 and rotatably connects the end of the tension shaft 213 to the slider 225, so that when the slider 225 is moved, the movement of the slider 225 does not affect the rotation of the tension shaft 213.
In this embodiment, the adjusting screw 226 is further arranged, so that the adjusting screw 226 is rotatably connected with the sliding block 225, and the adjusting screw 226 is threadedly connected with the mounting frame 214, so that the sliding block 225 can be driven to move by rotating the adjusting screw 226, and the position adjustment of the tensioning shaft 213 is realized.
Meanwhile, the adjusting screw 226 is connected with the mounting frame 214 through threads, so that the slider 225 is difficult to move by the action force of the conveying belt 211 on the tensioning shaft 213.
Thus, the position of the tension shaft 213 can be fixed, avoiding an unexpected change in the tension state of the conveyor belt 211.
For the specific structure of the egg tart cooking machine of the embodiment, the following details are provided.
As shown in fig. 2, a specific structure of the feeding device 100 is provided.
The feeding device 100 comprises a first frame body 110, wherein the first frame body 110 is provided with a first conveyor belt 120 for conveying the egg tarts and an automatic arrangement mechanism 130 for placing the egg tarts, and the automatic arrangement mechanism 130 is arranged above the first conveyor belt 120.
The first conveyor belt 120 may refer to the conveyor belt 211 described above, and the driving form and principle thereof may be the same.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the automatic aligning mechanism 130 includes a first cover plate 131 and a plurality of aligning members 132, the first cover plate 131 and the aligning members 132 are sequentially arranged along an egg tart conveying direction, the aligning members 132 are arranged side by side along the egg tart conveying direction, a channel through which a single-layer egg tart passes is formed between the first cover plate 131 and the first conveyor belt 120, a channel through which a single-row egg tart passes is formed between adjacent aligning members 132, and one end of each aligning member 132, which is close to the first cover plate 131, is located between the first cover plate 131 and the first conveyor belt 120.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment is provided with the automatic arrangement mechanism 130, so that the automatic arrangement of the egg tarts is realized, the egg tarts are prevented from being contacted or stacked during baking, and the quality of the egg tarts is prevented from being influenced.
Firstly, single-layer egg tarts are allowed to pass through the space between the first cover plate 131 and the first conveyor belt 120 by arranging the first cover plate 131, and therefore the egg tarts are prevented from being stacked.
Secondly, the plurality of alignment pieces 132 are arranged side by side along the conveying direction of the egg tarts, so that a channel allowing a single row of egg tarts to pass through is formed, the egg tarts are regularly arranged on the first conveyor belt 120, and therefore when the egg tarts are baked, the egg tarts are heated to the same degree, and the egg tart quality consistency is high.
Finally, by positioning the ends of the rows 132 adjacent to the first cover 131 between the first cover 131 and the first conveyor 120, the egg tarts are prevented from re-stacking when they enter the passage between two rows 132.
In some embodiments of the feeding device 100, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the row member 132 may be elongated, and the length of the row member 132 is arranged along the egg tart conveying direction.
According to the feeding device 100, the row dividing pieces 132 are long, and meanwhile, the length direction of the row dividing pieces 132 is arranged along the conveying direction of the egg tarts, so that the egg tarts move and are arranged orderly along the length direction of the row dividing pieces 132, and the distance between every two adjacent egg tarts meets the set requirement.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a guiding tip 133 may be disposed at one end of the column member 132 close to the first cover plate 131.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment is provided with the guide tip 133, so that when the egg tart contacts the guide tip 133, the egg tart rotates around the guide tip 133 due to the fact that the area of the contact of the egg tart with the guide tip 133 is very small, and therefore the egg tart smoothly moves between the two alignment pieces 132, and the egg tart is prevented from being stopped and blocked.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the feeding device 100, the first frame body 110 may be provided with a first power assembly for driving the plurality of dividing members 132 to swing horizontally.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment is provided with the first power assembly, so that the splitting pieces 132 can swing, the distance between the splitting pieces 132 is changed, and the egg tarts with different specifications can be conveniently and automatically arranged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, further, the swing center of the split member 132 may be located at one end of the split member 132 close to the first cover plate 131.
In the feeding device 100 of the embodiment, the swing center of the splitting member 132 is located at one end of the splitting member 132 close to the first cover plate 131, so that the positions of the egg tarts on the first conveyor belt 120 when the egg tarts move out of the splitting member 132 can be changed, and the egg tarts are arranged in a staggered manner, that is, although a plurality of rows of egg tarts exist, the positions of the egg tarts in adjacent rows along the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt 120 are different.
Moreover, the swing center of the splitting element 132 is located at one end of the splitting element 132 close to the first cover plate 131, so that the egg tarts can be offset in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveyor belt 120, that is, on the basis of not increasing the number of the splitting elements 132, more rows of egg tarts are arranged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a first limiting post may be disposed at one end of the row dividing member 132 away from the first cover plate 131, the first frame body 110 is provided with a first limiting hole for accommodating the first limiting post, and the first limiting post and the first limiting hole cooperate to limit a swing range of the row dividing member 132.
In the feeding device 100 of the embodiment, the first limiting column and the first containing column are arranged at one end of the separating member 132 far away from the first cover plate 131, so that the swinging range of the separating member 132 can be limited, and the egg tarts are prevented from being arranged outside the first conveyor belt 120.
Moreover, the first limiting column is located at one end of the column-dividing piece 132 far away from the first cover plate 131, so that the stress is small, and the first limiting column is not easy to be damaged.
In some embodiments of the first power assembly, the first power assembly may include a first rotating shaft 134 connected to the dividing member 132, and a first power member 135 for driving the first rotating shaft 134 to rotate reciprocally.
The feeding device 100 of this embodiment can adopt the existing forms such as air cylinder, magnetic cylinder and motor as the first power member 135 by arranging the first rotating shaft 134 driving the row separating member 132 to swing and the first power member 135 driving the first rotating shaft 134 to rotate, and has the advantages of low manufacturing difficulty, short transmission route and accurate transmission action.
In some embodiments of the first power member 135, the first power member 135 can be a motor.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment uses the first power member 135 as a motor, so that the swing of the separating member 132 can be realized by directly using the rotation output by the motor, a complex transmission structure is not required, and the manufacturing and the realization are also convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, the first rotating shaft 134 is provided with a first cantilever 136, and the first power member 135 is provided with a linkage connected to the first cantilever 136.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment can increase the moment arm for driving the splitting element 132 to swing through the first cantilever 136, and reduce the force required for driving the splitting element 132 to swing.
In some embodiments of the linkage, as shown in fig. 3, the linkage may include a first link 137 rotatably connected to all of the first suspension arms 136, a second link 138 rotatably connected to an end of the first link 137, and a first rotating member 139 rotatably connected to the second link 138.
The first rotating member 139 is connected to one end of the second connecting rod 138 away from the first connecting rod 137, the first power member 135 drives the first rotating member 139 to rotate, and the first rotating member 139 is connected to a geometric center of the second connecting rod 138 and a rotation center of the first rotating member 139 in an offset manner.
That is, the linkage adopts a crank link structure similar to that of an engine, and converts rotation into movement of the first link 137, thereby rotating all the first rotating shafts 134.
The feeding device 100 of the embodiment specifically sets the linkage to be the first connecting rod 137, the second connecting rod 138 and the first rotating member 139, so that one first power member 135 drives a plurality of separating members 132 to swing at the same time, the number of the first power members 135 is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the egg tart food processer is reduced.
The first rotating member 139 may be rod-shaped or disk-shaped, and may be provided as needed.
Specific arrangement of the blanking device 300 of the egg tart cooking machine can be seen in fig. 10 and 11.
As shown in fig. 10, the blanking device 300 includes a third frame body provided with an intermittent blanking mechanism 310 and the intermittent transfer mechanism 320.
The intermittent blanking mechanism 310 and the intermittent transfer mechanism 320 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the egg tart, the intermittent blanking mechanism 310 is used for enabling the egg tart to move intermittently, and the intermittent transfer mechanism 320 is used for enabling the egg tart to move neatly in batches.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the intermittent blanking mechanism 310 may include an image detector for detecting an egg tart, a third baffle 311 for blocking the egg tart from moving, and a third cylinder 312 for driving the third baffle 311 to move up and down.
According to the blanking device 300, the intermittent blanking mechanism 310 is arranged, so that the egg tarts are intermittently moved to the receiving cavity 331, the egg tarts located in the receiving cavity 331 are prevented from colliding with the egg tarts located on the third conveyor belt 321, and the produced egg tarts are effectively protected.
In some embodiments of the intermittent blanking mechanism 310, a plurality of third baffle plates 311 may be arranged, and a plurality of third baffle plates 311 are arranged side by side along the conveying direction of the egg tart.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment has the advantages that the third baffle 311 is provided with a plurality of third baffles, so that the arrangement of the egg tarts can be changed, and the requirements of egg tart packing work can be met.
As shown in fig. 11, 13 and 14, the intermittent transfer mechanism 320 comprises a third conveyor belt 321 and a fourth conveyor belt 322 which are arranged along the egg tart conveying direction, wherein the third conveyor belt 321 is higher than the fourth conveyor belt 322.
The intermittent transfer mechanism 320 also includes a transfer assembly 330 for transferring the egg tarts from the third conveyor belt to the fourth conveyor belt 322, the transfer assembly 330 being disposed between the third conveyor belt 321 and the fourth conveyor belt 322.
Specifically, the transfer assembly 330 comprises a receiving cavity 331 which is vertically through and used for receiving the egg tart, a supporting plate 332 which intermittently seals the bottom of the receiving cavity 331, a carrying plate 333 which is arranged below the supporting plate 332 and used for placing the egg tart, a third power assembly 340 which drives the carrying plate 333 to lift up and down, and a side pushing plate 334 which pushes the egg tart to the fourth conveyor belt 322 from the carrying plate 333.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment is provided with the intermittent transfer mechanism 320, so that the egg tarts are conveyed out quantitatively and orderly, the egg tart number is convenient to count, the egg tarts are convenient to pack, and over-packing or short-packing is avoided.
In addition, the blanking device 300 of the embodiment enables the transfer component 330 to comprise a receiving cavity 331 which is used for receiving the egg tart and is through up and down, a carrying plate 333 which is arranged below the supporting plate 332 and used for placing the egg tart, a third power component 340 which drives the carrying plate 333 to lift up and down, and a side pushing plate 334 which pushes the egg tart from the carrying plate 333 to the fourth conveyor belt 322, so that the transfer step of the egg tart is firstly translation, then descending and finally translation.
Therefore, the blanking device 300 can realize the ordered transfer of the egg tarts, not only can avoid the egg tarts from being stacked, but also can avoid the egg tarts from being damaged by the lifting of the loading plate 333.
The blanking device 300 is also provided with a support plate 332 for intermittently closing the bottom of the receiving cavity 331, so that the egg tarts are gradually placed on the carrying plate 333, and the egg tarts are prevented from falling and being damaged.
In some embodiments of the blanking device 300, the receiving cavity 331 can receive a single egg tart.
Beneficially, the blanking device 300 of the embodiment enables only a single egg tart to enter the receiving cavity 331, so that the egg tarts output by the blanking device 300 are prevented from touching each other, and the egg tarts are prevented from being damaged when the egg tarts are taken for packaging.
In some embodiments of the blanking device 300, as shown in fig. 14, a plurality of receiving cavities 331 may be provided, a plurality of receiving cavities 331 are arranged side by side along the conveying direction of the egg tart, and a third opening for the egg tart to enter is arranged on one side of the receiving cavities 331 close to the third conveyor belt 321.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment is provided with the receiving cavities 331, so that batch transfer of a plurality of egg tarts can be realized.
In the embodiment, the third opening is formed, so that an egg tart can conveniently enter the receiving cavity 331, and the egg tart is prevented from falling and being damaged.
In some embodiments of the blanking device 300, the number of the support plates 332 can be matched to the number of the receiving cavities 331.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment can change the distance between the egg tarts output by the blanking device 300 by matching the number of the support plates 332 with the number of the receiving cavities 331, thereby meeting the packaging requirement.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the third power assembly 340 includes a third motor 341, a ball screw for driving the third motor 341 to be connected to the carrying plate 333, and a guide rail 344 for guiding the carrying plate 333 to move up and down, the ball screw includes a third screw 342 connected to the third motor 341 and a third nut 343 connected to the carrying plate 333, and the third nut 343 is connected to the guide rail 344.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment realizes the lifting of the object carrying plate 333 through the third motor 341 and the ball screw, so that the object carrying plate 333 is lifted stably and the speed is adjustable, an egg tart is lifted along with the object carrying plate 333, and the egg tart is prevented from being damaged.
In some embodiments of the blanking device 300, the third frame body is provided with an upper detector 345 and a lower detector 346 for detecting the upper and lower positions of the third nut 343.
In this embodiment, the blanking device 300 of this embodiment is provided with the upper detector 345 and the lower detector 346, so that the position of the third nut 343, that is, the position of the loading plate 333 can be confirmed, and further, the motion of the side pushing plate 334 is accurately controlled, so that the egg tart is smoothly pushed out of the loading plate 333.
In this embodiment, the third rack may be provided with a third detector for detecting whether the receiving cavity 331 has an egg tart.
The blanking device 300 of the embodiment is provided with the third detector, so that the actions of the supporting plate 332, the carrying plate 333 and the side pushing plate 334 in the transferring assembly 330 can be controlled by checking whether the egg tarts exist in the receiving cavity 331, and the transferring assembly 330 is prevented from being operated wrongly.
The upper, lower and third detectors 345, 346 may be of various forms, and may be sensitive to light, images, etc. as is known in the art.
In particular embodiments, the side pusher 334 may also be provided with a semi-circular surface for abutting an egg tart.
In this embodiment, the blanking device 300 of this embodiment has the side pushing plate 334 provided with the semicircular surface for abutting against the egg tart, so that when the side pushing plate 334 pushes the egg tart, the egg tart is located in the area surrounded by the semicircular surface, and the egg tart is prevented from shifting.
The above embodiments are not limited to the technical solutions of the embodiments themselves, and the embodiments may be combined with each other into a new embodiment.
