A tape cutting apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein: the support is fixedly provided with a vertical support plate, the pressing plate is fixed on the vertical support plate, the vertical support plate is vertically provided with a second guide rail, and the support block is slidably arranged on the second guide rail.
