A multi-functional metal cutter which characterized in that: the shearing device comprises a rack assembly (1), a shearing oil cylinder (2), a shearing tool rest assembly (3), a blanking assembly (4), a material turning assembly (5), a material pressing body (6) and a material pressing oil cylinder (7);
the rack assembly (1) consists of a top beam (1-1), a left upright post (1-2), a right upright post (1-3), a fixed knife rest assembly (1-4), an inner guide rail (1-5) and an outer guide rail (1-6); the left side and the right side of the top beam (1-1) are respectively fixed with a left upright post (1-2) and a right upright post (1-3), the top beam (1-1), the left upright post (1-2) and the right upright post (1-3) form an integral frame, and the fixed tool rest assembly (1-4) is arranged at the lower part of the frame; a material pressing body (6) is movably arranged in the frame above the fixed knife rest assembly (1-4) up and down, the upper end of the material pressing body (6) is connected with the output end of a material pressing oil cylinder (7), and the material pressing oil cylinder (7) is fixed on the top beam (1-1); outer guide rails (1-6) are fixed on the opposite surfaces of the left upright post (1-2) and the right upright post (1-3), and inner guide rails (1-5) are fixed on the front surfaces of the left upright post (1-2) and the right upright post (1-3); the shearing oil cylinder (2) is fixed on the top beam (1-1);
the fixed knife rest assembly (1-4) consists of a fixed knife rest (1-4-1), a detachable fixed knife rest (1-4-2), a movable knife rest (1-4-3), a fixed blade (1-4-4), a first pulling bolt (1-4-5), a first jacking bolt (1-4-6) and a transverse knife movable knife rest (1-4-7), a second transverse blade (1-4-8), a second pulling bolt (1-4-9), a second jacking bolt (1-4-10), a longitudinal knife movable knife holder (1-4-11), a second longitudinal blade (1-4-12), a third pulling bolt (1-4-13) and a third jacking bolt (1-4-14); the left end and the right end of the fixed tool rest (1-4-1) are respectively fixed on the left upright post (1-2) and the right upright post (1-3); the front side surface of the upper end of the fixed knife rest (1-4-1) is adjustably connected with a movable knife rest (1-4-3), and a fixed blade (1-4-4) is fixed on the movable knife rest (1-4-3); the first pulling bolt (1-4-5) penetrates through the front side surface of the upper end of the fixed knife rest (1-4-1) and then is connected with the movable knife rest (1-4-3); the first jacking bolt (1-4-6) is screwed in the front side face of the upper end of the fixed cutter holder (1-4-1), and the inner end of the first jacking bolt is abutted against the back face of the movable cutter holder (1-4-3); the front side of the lower end of the fixed cutter frame (1-4-1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of detachable fixed cutter frames (1-4-2), the upper transverse plate of the detachable fixed cutter frames (1-4-2) is adjustably connected with a transverse cutter movable cutter holder (1-4-7), and the front side of the transverse cutter movable cutter holder (1-4-7) is fixedly connected with a second transverse cutter blade (1-4-8) through a bolt; the second pulling bolt (1-4-9) penetrates through the upper transverse plate of the detachable fixed cutter holder (1-4-2) and then is fixedly connected with the transverse cutter movable cutter holder (1-4-7), the second pushing bolt (1-4-10) is screwed in the detachable fixed cutter holder (1-4-2), and the inner end of the second pushing bolt is abutted against the back surface of the transverse cutter movable cutter holder (1-4-7); longitudinal knife movable tool holders (1-4-11) are adjustably connected to the left and right side plates of the upper portion of the detachable fixed tool rest (1-4-2), two longitudinal knife blades (1-4-12) are fixedly connected to the opposite surfaces of the two longitudinal knife movable tool holders (1-4-11), and the third pulling bolt (1-4-13) penetrates through the left and right side plates of the upper portion of the detachable fixed tool rest (1-4-2) and then is connected with the longitudinal knife movable tool holders (1-4-11); the third jacking bolts (1-4-14) are screwed in the left and right side plates at the upper part of the detachable fixed tool rest (1-4-2), and the inner ends of the third jacking bolts (1-4-14) at the two sides are respectively abutted against the outer side surfaces of the longitudinal tool movable tool holders (1-4-11) at the left and right sides;
the shearing tool rest assembly (3) consists of a shearing tool rest (3-1), a detachable shearing tool rest (3-2), a main shearing blade (3-3), a first transverse blade (3-4), a first longitudinal blade (3-5), a right guide rail (3-6) and a left guide rail (3-7); the output end of the shearing oil cylinder (2) is connected with the upper end of the shearing tool rest (3-1); the lower end of the rear part of the shearing knife rest (3-1) is fixedly provided with a main shearing blade (3-3), the lower end of the front part of the shearing knife rest (3-1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of detachable shearing knife rests (3-2), and each detachable shearing knife rest (3-2) is arranged corresponding to the detachable fixed knife rest (1-4-2) below the detachable shearing knife rest up and down; the rear part of the lower end of the detachable shearing knife rest (3-2) is connected with a first transverse blade (3-4), and the lower part of the detachable shearing knife rest (3-2) positioned in front of the first transverse blade (3-4) is fixed with a first longitudinal blade (3-5); the left side and the right side of the shearing knife rest (3-1) are respectively fixed with a left guide rail (3-7) and a right guide rail (3-6); wherein the left guide rail (3-7) is movably inserted between the left inner guide rail (1-5) and the left outer guide rail (1-6) up and down; the right guide rail (3-6) is movably inserted between the inner guide rail (1-5) and the outer guide rail (1-6) on the right side up and down;
the blanking assembly (4) consists of a blanking oil cylinder (4-1) and a blanking plate (4-2); the front side surface of the lower part of the fixed knife rest (1-4-1) is positioned at the left side and the right side of the detachable fixed knife rest (1-4-2), and is hinged with a blanking oil cylinder (4-1); the output end of each blanking oil cylinder (4-1) is respectively hinged to the bottom of the lower end of the blanking plate (4-2) above the blanking oil cylinder, and the upper ends of the left blanking plate and the right blanking plate (4-2) are respectively hinged to the left side plate and the right side plate of the upper part of the detachable fixed knife rest (1-4-2);
the material turning assembly (5) consists of a material turning oil cylinder (5-1) and a material turning plate (5-2); the front side surface of the lower part of the fixed knife rest (1-4-1) at the outer side of each blanking oil cylinder (4-1) is hinged with a material turning oil cylinder (5-1), the output end of each material turning oil cylinder (5-1) is hinged to the lower surface of a material turning plate (5-2), and the left side and the right side of the lower end of the material turning plate (5-2) are respectively hinged to a left upright post (1-2) and a right upright post (1-3); the material turning plate (5-2) is movably arranged above the material falling plate (4-2).
