One end of the rod body 23 is rotatably connected with the mounting base 21, and when the rod body 23 is rotated to a vertical position and locked by the first locking mechanism 24, the rod body 23 can be used as a transfusion rod for hanging a transfusion bottle or a transfusion bag; when the bar body 23 is rotated to the horizontal position and locked by the second locking mechanism 25, the bar body 23 can be used as a protection bar for protecting the patient or the disabled, specifically, the bar body 23, the two armrests 11 and the backrest enclose to form a safe space, wherein the bar body 23 is located in front of the body of the patient or the disabled, and when the wheelchair is pushed to go down a slope or stop emergently, the patient or the disabled can be prevented from falling down due to forward leaning of the body under the protection of the bar body 23. It should be noted that when the locking is performed by the first locking mechanism 24, the rod 23 can be kept in the vertical position, and when the locking is performed by the second locking mechanism 25, the rod 23 can be kept in the horizontal position, and before the position of the rod 23 is switched, the corresponding locking mechanism needs to be unlocked, for example, when a patient or a disabled person needs to be protected, the rod 23 can be rotated to the horizontal position and locked by the second locking mechanism 25 only by unlocking the first locking mechanism 24.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 and 7, the rod 23 includes a connecting end 231 and a movable end 232 disposed opposite to each other, and a main body 233 located between the connecting end 231 and the movable end 232. The connecting end 231 is rotatably connected with the mounting base 21, the movable end 232 is provided with a hanging part 2321, and when the rod body 23 is used as an infusion rod, an infusion bottle or an infusion bag is hung on the hanging part 2321. The first locking mechanism 24 is provided on the connecting end 231, and the first locking mechanism 24 locks the rod body 23 when the first locking mechanism 24 is operated to be fitted to the mounting seat 21, or the first locking mechanism 24 is provided on the mounting seat 21, and the first locking mechanism 24 locks the rod body 23 when the first locking mechanism 24 is operated to be fitted to the connecting end 231. Unlocking the first locking mechanism 24 is to release the engagement between the first locking mechanism 24 and the mounting seat 21, or to release the engagement between the first locking mechanism 24 and the connecting end 231. The second locking mechanism 25 is disposed on the fixed seat 22, and the second locking mechanism 25 locks the rod 23 when the second locking mechanism 25 is operated to cooperate with the movable end 232, or the second locking mechanism 25 is disposed on the movable end 232, and the second locking mechanism 25 locks the rod 23 when the second locking mechanism 25 is operated to cooperate with the fixed seat 22. Unlocking the second locking mechanism 25 is to correspondingly release the engagement between the second locking mechanism 25 and the movable end 232, or to release the engagement between the second locking mechanism 25 and the fixed seat 22.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the first locking mechanism 24 is disposed on the connecting end 231. Specifically, the mounting seat 21 is a mounting block and is disposed on an upper surface of one of the armrests 11, and it is understood that in other embodiments not shown, the mounting seat 21 may be disposed on a side of one of the armrests 11. Mounting groove 211 and first lockhole 212 have been seted up in proper order along the direction of keeping away from fixing base 22 on the upper surface of mount pad 21, and mounting groove 211 runs through mount pad 21 and the relative side of fixing base 22, and link 231 rotationally sets up in mounting groove 211, and first locking mechanical system 24 includes along the axial setting of the body of rod 23 first lock lever 241 on link 231. When the first lock lever 241 is operated until the first lock lever 241 is inserted into the first lock hole 212, the hole wall of the first lock hole 212 and the first lock lever 241 abut against each other, so that the first lock lever 241 is prevented from rotating arbitrarily, and therefore the lever body 23 is prevented from rotating arbitrarily, that is, the first locking mechanism 24 locks the lever body 23, so that the lever body 23 is kept at the vertical position. After the first lock lever 241 is operated until the first lock lever 241 is separated from the first lock hole 212, the first locking mechanism 24 is unlocked, and the lever body 23 can rotate from the vertical position to the horizontal position.
Further, the first locking mechanism 24 further includes an upper collar 242, a lower collar 243, and a first elastic member 244. The upper and lower collars 242 and 243 are sequentially disposed on the connection end 231 from top to bottom along the axial direction of the rod body 23. The first lock lever 241 is slidably inserted through the upper and lower collars 242 and 243 in the axial direction of the lever body 23. A first position-limiting part 2411 is convexly arranged on the outer surface of the first lock rod 241 close to the lower lantern ring 243. The diameter of the first stopper 2411 is larger than the diameter of the upper ring 242 and larger than the diameter of the lower ring 243, so that when the first lock lever 241 slides, the stroke of the first lock lever 241 sliding up and down is limited by the first stopper 2411, thereby preventing the first lock lever 241 from coming out of the upper ring 242 and the lower ring 243. The first elastic member 244 is sleeved on the first lock rod 241 and located between the upper collar 242 and the first position-limiting portion 2411. When the first locking mechanism 24 needs to be unlocked, the first locking rod 241 is pulled, so that the first locking rod 241 slides upwards to be separated from the first locking hole 212, and the first limiting part 2411 compresses the first elastic piece 244; when it is required to lock the first locking mechanism 24, the first locking lever 241 is released, and the first locking lever 241 is automatically inserted into the first locking hole 212 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 244. It should be noted that when the lever body 23 is in the horizontal position, the first lock lever 241 is also in the horizontal position and the end of the first lock lever 241 passes through the mounting groove 211 and is located above the first lock hole 212. At this time, after the second locking mechanism 25 is unlocked, the rod body 23 is directly rotated, the end of the first lock rod 241 extends into the first lock hole 212 and abuts against the hole wall of the first lock hole 212, so that the rod body 23 is prevented from further rotating, and the rod body 23 can be prevented from being rotated to the vertical position arbitrarily and losing the protection effect on patients or disabled people. When the rod body 23 needs to be rotated to the vertical position, after the second locking mechanism 25 is unlocked, the first locking rod 241 needs to be pulled, so that the end of the first locking rod 241 is retracted into the mounting groove 211, the first elastic piece 244 is in a compressed state, and at this time, the rod body 23 can be smoothly rotated to the vertical position. When the first lock lever 241 is released to rotate to the vertical position, the first lock lever 241 is automatically inserted into the first lock hole 212 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 244. In addition, the first locking lever 241 is prevented from being arbitrarily disengaged from the first locking hole 212 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 244.
Further, in order to reinforce the engagement between the first lock lever 241 and the first lock hole 212, an elastic ring (not shown) may be provided in the first lock hole 212, the first lock lever 241 being inserted into the elastic ring, and the first lock lever 241 may be prevented from being arbitrarily shaken by the elastic force of the elastic ring and the frictional force between the elastic ring and the first lock lever 241.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to pull the first locking lever 241, an operating lever may be protruded outward from an outer surface of an upper end of the first locking lever 241 for the user to apply force.
Referring again to fig. 6 and 7, in another embodiment, the first locking mechanism 24 is disposed on the mounting base 21. Specifically, the mounting seat 21 is a mounting rod which is more easily disposed at one side of one of the handrails 11 than the mounting block, so that the upper surface of the handrail 11 is not occupied and the hand of the patient or the disabled person who is performing infusion can be more easily spread when performing infusion. The first locking mechanism 24 includes a retaining sleeve 245, a first locking screw 246, and a second locking screw 247. The fixing sleeve 245 is slidably sleeved on the mounting seat 21, and the first locking screw 246 and the second locking screw 247 are sequentially arranged on the fixing sleeve 245 from top to bottom along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve 245. The fixing sleeve 245 is slid upward so that the fixing sleeve 245 is partially located on the connecting end 231 and partially located on the fixing base 21, and then the first locking screw 246 is screwed to abut against the connecting end 231 and the second locking screw 247 is screwed to abut against the fixing base 21, so that the first locking mechanism 24 locks the rod 23 and the rod 23 is kept in the vertical position. The first locking screw 246 and the second locking screw 247 are unscrewed, and then the fixing sleeve 245 is slid downward so that the fixing sleeve 245 is completely separated from the rod body 23, and the first locking mechanism 24 is unlocked, so that the rod body 23 can rotate from the vertical position to the horizontal position.
Further, a first coupling member (not shown), for example, a snap ring, may be provided on the wheelchair body 10, and the mounting seat 21 may be detachably provided at one side of one of the armrests 11 through the first coupling member. When a patient or a disabled person who is infusing needs to leave the wheelchair, the connection between the mounting seat 21 and the first connecting piece can be released, the mounting seat 21, the rod body 23 and the first locking mechanism 24 form an independent infusion support, and the patient or the disabled person can walk with the infusion support.
Further, in order to enable the patient or the disabled to carry the infusion support to walk with less effort, the lower end of the mounting seat 21 is provided with a supporting seat (not shown), and the supporting seat is provided with 4 universal wheels (not shown), so that the patient or the disabled can push the infusion support to walk.
Further, a handle (not shown) is arranged on the mounting seat 21, and a patient or a disabled person can conveniently stand and push the infusion support to walk by holding the handle.
Further, a second connecting member (not shown) such as a snap ring is provided at the rear end of the wheelchair body 10, and the second connecting member is detachably connected to the mounting seat 21. During infusion, the infusion support is integrally arranged at the rear end of the wheelchair body 10 and is fixed through the second connecting piece, so that the hand of a patient or a disabled person who is infusing can be better unfolded and cannot be hindered by the infusion support. When protection is needed, the connection between the second connecting piece and the mounting seat 21 is released, and then the mounting seat 21 and the first connecting piece are connected.
It is understood that in other embodiments, not shown, the first locking mechanism 24 may also adopt other structures as long as it can keep the rod 23 in the vertical position in the locked state and can rotate the rod 23 to the horizontal position in the unlocked state, and the structure is not limited herein.
Referring again to fig. 2 and fig. 5, in one embodiment, the second locking mechanism 25 is disposed on the fixing base 22. Specifically, the fixing seat 22 is a fixing block and is disposed on the upper surface of the other armrest 11, and it is understood that in other embodiments not shown, the fixing seat 22 may also be disposed on one side of the other armrest 11. The upper surface of the fixing base 22 is provided with a receiving groove 221, and the receiving groove 221 penetrates through two opposite side surfaces of the fixing base 22. When the body 233 is operated to rotate the rod 23 to the horizontal position, the movable end 232 is received in the receiving slot 221, and when the rod 23 rotates from the horizontal position to the vertical position, the movable end 232 is released from the receiving slot 221. The second locking mechanism 25 includes a second lock lever 251. One end of the second lock bar 251 is located outside the fixing base 22, and the other end of the second lock bar 251 penetrates through the side wall of the fixing base 22 until extending into the receiving groove 221. The movable end 233 has a second locking hole (not shown). When the second lock rod 251 is operated until the end of the second lock rod 251 located in the accommodating groove 221 is inserted into the second lock hole, the hole wall of the second lock hole and the second lock rod 251 abut against each other, so that the rod 23 can be prevented from rotating arbitrarily, that is, the second locking mechanism 25 locks the rod 23, so that the rod 23 is kept in a horizontal position. At this time, the patient or the disabled can grasp the body part 233 with his hand to prevent the body from falling down when the body is shaken. After the second lock bar 251 is operated until the second lock bar 251 is separated from the second lock hole, the second locking mechanism 25 is unlocked, and the rod body 23 can rotate from the horizontal position to the vertical position.
