Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 illustrate a water tank assembly 100 according to the present application, wherein fig. 1 is a top view of the water tank assembly and fig. 2 is a side view of the water tank assembly. Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the water tank assembly shown in fig. 1 and 2 applied to a floor brush, and fig. 4 is an exploded view of fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water tank assembly 100 includes a water tank 11 and a cloth 12, and the bottom surface of the water tank 11 is provided with a plurality of water seepage holes (not shown) for wetting the cloth 12 and a coupling member (not shown) for disposing the cloth 12 on the bottom surface thereof. After the water tank 11 is filled with water, the water inside the water tank seeps out from the seepage holes and wets the cleaning cloth 12, and then the wetted cleaning cloth 12 cleans the ground. The bottom of the water tank body 11 and the cleaning cloth 12 are provided with rear wheel through holes 13 corresponding to the rear wheel body 30. The rear wheel through hole 13 allows the rear wheel body 30 to contact the ground surface after the water tank assembly 100 is assembled at the bottom of the floor brush body 200, reducing resistance when pushing the floor brush.
In this embodiment, a reserved area 14 is provided between the rear end surface of the rear wheel through hole 13 and the rear end surface of the water tank body 11 and the rear end surface of the cloth 12. The reserved area 14 allows the wiping cloth 12 to wipe off any marks left on the floor by the rear wheel 13.
In this embodiment, the length of the rear wheel through hole 13 is smaller than the diameter of the rear wheel body 30. It will be appreciated that the length of the rear wheel through hole 13 may be greater than or equal to the diameter of the rear wheel body 30, but in both cases, the larger length of the rear wheel through hole 13 will also reduce the surface area of the cleaning cloth 12, which is not beneficial for the cleaning cloth 12 to perform.
In this embodiment, the top surface of the water tank body 11 is provided with a first fitting part (not shown) for fitting it to the bottom surface of the floor brush body. The first fitting part may be a positioning pin protruded from the top surface of the water tank body 11 or a first absorbent 15 embedded in the top surface of the water tank body 11. The first adsorbent 15 may be a first magnetic sheet.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first magnetic sheet is disposed between the rear wheel through holes 13. The top of the water tank body 11 is also provided with a water injection hole 16, and the water injection hole 16 is provided with a cover body. Obviously, the water injection hole 16 may also be provided on the sidewall of the water tank body 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the floor brush according to the present application includes a floor brush body 200 and a water tank assembly 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water tank assembly 100 being disposed at a bottom surface of the floor brush body 200. The front wheel body 10, the rolling brush body 20 and the rear wheel body 30 are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the floor brush body 200 from front to back, a dust suction opening 40 is formed in the bottom surface of the floor brush body 200, and the dust suction opening 40 is connected with a dust suction channel 50. In this embodiment, the floor brush body 200 further includes a floor brush housing 60 that is disposed outside of other components of the body brush body 200 (e.g., a dust collection assembly, an air extraction assembly, etc.).
The bottom surface of the floor brush body 200 is provided with a second fitting part which is a positioning hole recessed in the bottom surface of the floor brush body 200 or a second adsorption body embedded in the bottom surface of the floor brush body 200 to be matched with the first fitting part 15. The second adsorption piece can be a second magnetic sheet, and the position of the second magnetic sheet corresponds to the position of the first magnetic sheet.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the water tank assembly 100 covers just the area from the rear edge of the dust suction port 40 to the rear end surface of the floor brush body 200 in the bottom surface of the floor brush body 200, that is, the area between the front end surface of the floor brush body 200 and the rear edge of the dust suction port 40 which is not covered by the water tank assembly 100. And the water tank assembly 100 does not block the bottom surface of the rear wheel body 30, the lowest ends of the front wheel body 10 and the rear wheel body 20 are located on the same plane. In this embodiment, the water tank assembly 100 is wrapped around a portion of the rear wheel 30, and the bottom end surface of the rear wheel 30 penetrates through the water tank assembly 100 and contacts the ground.
A water tank assembly and a corresponding floor brush according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5-8. Wherein, fig. 5 and 6 are a top view and a side view of a water tank assembly according to a second embodiment of the present invention, respectively, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a floor brush including the water tank assembly and the floor brush body shown in fig. 5 and 6, and fig. 8 is an exploded structural view of fig. 7.
For the sake of economy, only the differences with respect to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1-4 will be described below, and reference is made to the corresponding description above for the same.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the bottom of the water tank 11 and the cloth 12 are provided with a front wheel through hole 17 and a roller brush through hole 18 at positions corresponding to the front wheel body 10 and the roller brush body 20, respectively, in addition to the rear wheel through hole 13. In this embodiment, the length of the front wheel through hole 17 is smaller than the diameter of the front wheel body 10, and the length of the roller brush through hole 18 is not smaller than the diameter of the dust suction port 40. The first magnetic pieces 15a, 15b, 15c are disposed between the front wheel through holes 17, the rear side of the roll brush through hole 18, and between the rear wheel through holes 13 in this order from front to rear.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the water tank assembly 100 covers the entire area of the bottom surface of the floor brush body 200 except for the front wheel body 10, the roller brush body 20, the dust suction port 40, and the rear wheel body 30.
In summary, the present application has the following advantages:
1) reserve in the water tank set spare and have rear wheel through-hole and/or front wheel through-hole and make water tank set spare assembled behind the bottom of scrubbing brush body, the rear wheel body can contact with ground, has reduced the resistance when promoting the scrubbing brush.
