when the isolation layer is broken or triggered by pressure, the first medium and the second medium are contacted and absorb heat, and the at least one skin care towel component is cooled.
2. The self-cooling skin care towel according to claim 1, wherein said barrier layer is a plastic bag hermetically enclosing the second medium and said second medium is a liquid, and the plastic bag is ruptured by being pressed.
3. The self-cooling skin care towel according to claim 2, wherein said plastic packaging bag has at least one rupture line, and the thickness at the rupture line is smaller than the thickness of the rest of the plastic packaging bag.
4. The self-cooling skin towel according to claim 1, wherein when the first medium and the second medium are both solid, the isolation layer is a removable partition disposed inside the sealed bag, and the top end of the partition extends to the outside of the sealed bag.

The self-cooling skin care towel according to claim 1, wherein the self-cooling skin care towel comprises a skin care towel assembly and a self-cooling assembly disposed on one side of the skin care towel assembly, and the surface of the skin care towel covering pouch remote from the self-cooling assembly is provided with a skin care towel extraction opening.

8. The self-cooling skin care towel according to claim 7, wherein the easy-tear opening is formed at the edge of the extended area of the skin care towel and the tearing direction is perpendicular to the staggering direction of the skin care towel assembly and the self-cooling assembly.

The self-cooling skin care towel according to claim 5 or 6, wherein a connecting layer or connecting area is arranged between the skin care towel covering bag and the sealed bag body, the cross-sectional area of the connecting layer or connecting area is smaller than that of the skin care towel covering bag, and the skin care towel covering bag outside the connecting layer or connecting area is provided with an easily torn opening.
