Abstract

Description

本实用新型涉及一种钢架结构温室,它包括拱形钢架、塑料薄膜和填充材料等结构。
现有的温室及塑料大棚有多种类形,如一、二、三面坡形状的,温室发展趋势向易于绷紧塑料薄膜和增强撑压力的拱形发展。但缺乏对拱度的研究,结构大多低矮、跨度过大或前沿过高,以至于效能很低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种拆装方便的双拱架温室,这种温室的拱架分前后两部分,拱度设计合理,适用于北方高寒地带植物的栽培。
本实用新型可以通过如下结构来实现:整个温室的上弧面和两侧面都是双拱架(1)结构,双拱架(1)之间有支撑斜梁(2),上面双拱架(1)下安有四根横拉杆(3),每个拱架从顶端分为前拱架(4)和后拱架(5)两个部分,整个拱架上辅有塑料薄膜,后拱架(5)及两侧斜撑拱架(8)内可填充锯末,用于冬季保温。整个温室的跨度与高度之比为15/7。
本实用新型还可由如下结构实现:每个拱架的拱度由CB、BA、AD、DE四段弧组成,A为拱架顶端,C、E为拱架与地面接触点,CB弧度为0.15π~0.17π,弧长为0.85m~1.6m;BA弧度为0.21π~0.23π,弧长为4.5m~6.2m;AD弧度为0.24π~0.26π,弧长为1.0m~1.5m;DE弧度为0.21π~0.22π,弧长为2.3m~3.2m。
温室的四根横拉杆(3)分别位于前拱架(4)下两根,顶端下一根,后拱架(5)下一根。在温室的一侧开有门(6)。每个拱架由两段对接而成,前拱架(4)靠近顶端处为两段拱架连接处(7),由螺丝固定成一体。
本实用新型的优点是:温室拱度合理,结构牢固。抗压强度为30g/cm2,呈半卵形,后拱架及两侧斜撑拱架内在冬季可填充锯末保温,春夏季揭开可使散射光进入,这种结构可充分利用太阳光能。在北纬33~52度生产试验表明,本温室内温度比一般温室内温度高5~10℃,种植蔬菜产量高50~100%。拱架为两段连接固定,有利于拆装运输。

实施例:
温室的跨度为7.5m、高度为3.5m,长度为30m,横拉杆长度均为5m。这样,整个温室需六组这样的横拉杆(每组四根)。温室两侧各有7个斜撑拱架,在一侧开有门,高2.5m、宽2.4m。温室四周设浅地基,露出圆钢,与拱架固定。每个拱架的拱度为前拱架CB段弧度0.16π、弧长1.00m,BA段弧度0.22π、弧长6.04m;后拱架AD段弧度0.25π、弧长1.18m,DE段弧度0.21π、弧长3.14m。整个拱架上铺塑料薄膜,后拱架及两侧斜撑拱架内填充锯末。

1、一种温室,包括有拱形钢架、塑料薄膜和填充材料等结构,其特征在于:
A、整个温室的拱架为双拱架(1),双拱架(1)之间有支撑斜梁(2),上面双拱架(1)下有四根横拉杆(3),每个拱架从顶端分为前拱架(4)和后拱架(5)两部分,后拱架(5)及两侧斜撑拱架(8)内可填充锯未,
B、整个温室的跨度与高度之比为15/7。
2、按权利要求1、2所述的温室,其特征在于每个拱架的拱度由CB、BA、AD、DE四段弧组成,A为拱架顶端,C、E为拱架与地面接触点,CB弧度为0.15π~0.17π,弧长为0.85m~1.6m;BA弧度为0.21π~0.23π,弧长为4.5m~6.2m;AD弧度为0.24π~0.26π,弧长为1.0m~1.5m;DE弧度为0.21π~0.22π,弧长为2.3m~3.2m。
3、按权利要求1、2所述的温室,其特征在于四根横拉杆(3)分别位于前拱架(4)下两根,顶端下一根,后拱架(5)下一根。
4、按权利要求1、2所述的温室,其特征在于温室的一侧有门(6)。
5、按权利要求1、2所述的温室,其特征在于每个拱架由两段对接而成,对接处(7)位于前拱架(4)靠近顶端处,由螺丝固定成一体。
