Further, referring to fig. 5, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a multifunctional pot, wherein a second guide post 2522 is disposed on a lower surface of the second protective cover 2520, and a second guide groove 2512 for limiting a moving distance of the second guide post 2522 is disposed on the first protective cover 2510; the second guiding slot 2512 is slidably connected to the second guiding post 2522 to adjust the opening and closing of the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521.
In this embodiment, the lower surface of the second protection cap 2520 is provided with a second guiding column 2522, the first protection cap 2510 is provided with a second guiding groove 2512, and the second guiding column 2522 and the second guiding groove 2512 are mutually matched and slidably connected; the sliding distance of the second guiding column 2522 can adjust the opening and closing of the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521, when the sliding distance of the second guiding column 2522 on the second guiding groove 2512 is zero, the first protective cover 2510 shields the second air outlet hole 2521, and the second protective cover 2520 shields the first air outlet hole 2511, that is, the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521 are in a closed state; when the second guiding post 2522 slides on the second guiding slot 2512 to the maximum distance, the first shield 2510 and the second shield 2520 move relatively, the shielding area of the first shield 2510 for the second air outlet 2521 gradually decreases, and the shielding area of the second shield 2520 for the first air outlet 2511 gradually decreases until the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521 coincide, that is, the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521 are completely exposed. The second guiding column 2522 and the second guiding groove 2512 are arranged to facilitate the sliding operation of the second protective cover 2520 by a user, and the structure is simple and convenient to operate.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a multifunctional pot, wherein, further comprising: an interlock mechanism 4000; the interlock mechanism 4000 includes a float valve 4100 provided in the third cover 2130, a spool 4200 provided in the float valve 4100, and a lock hole 4300 provided in the rotation block 2411 for the spool 4200 to pass through.
In this embodiment, the float valve 4100 is disposed on the third cover 2130, when the buckle 2413 locks the third cover 2130 with the pot 1100 and the first heating assembly 1200 is operating normally, steam is generated when the liquid in the pot 1100 is boiling, the valve element 4200 is lifted by the huge pressure generated by the steam, the valve element 4200 is locked by the locking hole 4300 on the rotation block 2411 to the position of the rotation block 2411, and the first cover 2110 is locked. Since the plurality of locking assemblies 2410 are connected to the first cover 2110, that is, the plurality of rotation blocks 2411 are connected to the first cover 2110, one of the rotation blocks 2411 is locked, and the other rotation blocks 2411 are locked, when the valve element 4200 is connected to the locking hole 4300, it is ensured that the third cover 2130 cannot be opened in the boiling state. Therefore, the interlocking mechanism 4000 can ensure that when the high pressure is boiled in the pan body 1100, the third cover body 2130 is prevented from being opened by a user due to misoperation, so that the body is prevented from being injured; meanwhile, when the locking cover of the user is not in place, when the liquid in the pot body 1100 boils, the float valve 4100 cannot jack up the valve core 4200, and the user judges whether the third cover 2130 is locked with the pot body 1100 according to the state of the valve core 4200, so that the user is reminded of needing to lock the locking cover again.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 to 9, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a multifunctional pan, including: the boiler body 1100, the first heating assembly 1200, the first cover 2110, the second cover 2120, the third cover 2130, the gravity valve, the second heating assembly 2310, the motor 2320, the transmission shaft 2330, the first sealing ring 2340, the first wind power assembly 2350, the second wind power assembly 2360, at least two snap assemblies 2410, the first shield 2510, the second shield 2520, the float valve 4100 and the valve spool 4200.
The snap assembly 2410 includes: a rotating block 2411, a sliding block 2412 and a buckle 2413; a guide rail 24111 is arranged on the rotating block 2411, and a clamping piece 24121 and a plurality of first guide grooves 24122 are arranged on the sliding block 2412; the guide rail 24111 is slidably connected to the clip 24121, so that the buckle 2413 can perform radial telescopic movement along the rotation axis of the first cover 2110 to adjust the locking state between the buckle 2413 and the third cover 2130 and the pan 1100; a fixing plate 2121 is arranged on the second cover body 2120; the fixing plate 2121 is provided with a first fixing block 21211, a second fixing block 21212 and a first guide post 21213; the guide 24111 includes a start end and a tail end, the distance from the start end to the rotation axis of the first cover 2110 is different from the distance from the tail end to the rotation axis of the first cover 2110, and the extension lines of the start end and the tail end do not intersect with the rotation axis of the first cover 2110. A first air outlet hole 2511 is formed in the first shield 2510, a second air outlet hole 2521 is formed in the second shield 2520, a second guide column 2522 is arranged on the lower surface of the second shield 2520, a second guide groove 2512 is formed in the first shield 2510, the second guide groove 2512 is in sliding connection with the second guide column 2522, and the upper surface of the first shield 2510 is in sliding connection with the lower surface of the second shield 2520 so as to adjust the opening and closing of the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521. The float valve 4100 is provided in the third cover 2130, the valve body 4200 is provided in the float valve 4100, and the lock hole 4300 is provided in the rotation block 2411. A second sealing ring 3000 is arranged between the third cover 2130 and the pan body 1100.
The pan body 1100 is connected with the first heating assembly 1200; the third cap 2130 is connected to the second cap 2120 and the first guard 2510, respectively, and the first cap 2110 is rotatably connected to the second cap 2120; the third cover 2130 is connected to the second heating assembly 2310 and the motor 2320, respectively, and the transmission shaft 2330 is connected to the motor 2320, the first wind power assembly 2350 and the second wind power assembly 2360, respectively; the first sealing ring 2340 is slidably connected with the transmission shaft 2330 so as to drive the first sealing ring 2340 to be in sealing connection with the third cover body 2130; the second heating element 2310, the first wind power element 2350 and the first sealing ring 2340 are disposed below the third cover 2130, and the second wind power element 2360 and the motor 2320 are disposed above the third cover 2130; the buckle 2413 is respectively connected with the third cover 2130 and the pan body 1100 in a sliding manner, the rotating block 2411 is connected with the first cover 2110, and the sliding block 2412 is connected with the buckle 2413; the first guide groove 24122 is slidably connected to the first guide post 21213, the first fixing block 21211 is slidably connected to one side surface of the slider 2412, and the second fixing block 21212 is slidably connected to the other side surface of the slider 2412; the second seal ring 3000 is connected to the third cap 2130.
In this embodiment, the first heating assembly 1200 is used for performing high-temperature processing on food, the gravity valve is used for releasing pressure in the pan body 1100, and the buckle assembly 2410 is used for locking the third cover 2130 and the pan body 1100, so that the function of a pressure cooker can be realized under the action of the first heating assembly 1200, the gravity valve and the buckle assembly 2410, the food is subjected to high-pressure stewing processing, and the food processing time is shortened; the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind power assembly 2350 are used for carrying out high-temperature frying treatment on the food, and under the action of the second heating assembly 2310, the first wind power assembly 2350 and the locking assembly 2400, the function of an air fryer can be realized, the food can be quickly heated and embrittled, and the fried food can achieve a crispy taste. The first and second shrouds 2510, 2520 serve to shield the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind assembly 2350 from direct contact with food; the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521 are matched with each other, and the upper surface of the first shield 2510 is slidably connected with the lower surface of the second shield 2520 so as to adjust the opening and closing of the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521; when the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind power assembly 2350 are used, the positions of the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521 are adjusted to enable the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521 to be in an open state, so that the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind power assembly 2350 rapidly spread heat into the pot 1100 through the first air outlet hole 2511 and the second air outlet hole 2521 to carry out high-temperature frying treatment on food; when the first heating assembly 1200 is used, the positions of the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521 are adjusted, so that the first air outlet 2511 and the second air outlet 2521 are in a closed state, and the liquid is prevented from being boiled and splashed to the surfaces of the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind power assembly 2350 under the condition of high pressure, so that the difficulty in cleaning the second heating assembly 2310 and the first wind power assembly 2350 is increased.
