Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 schematically shows the overall structure of a clothes drying machine 1000 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the clothes drying machine 1000 includes a clothes drying pole 1400 and a main body 1200 connected to the clothes drying pole 1400. Host 1200 includes a plurality of fans 1600. The plurality of fans 1600 blow air toward the inside of the airing area 1103 of the airing bar 1400 and the blowing directions 1001 are crossed with each other.
When using the clothes drying machine 1000 of the present application, the clothes to be dried are placed on the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying pole 1400. The fans 1600 cross each other to blow air, which helps the air to spread quickly, so as to prevent strong wind from damaging clothes. Although two fans 1600 are shown in FIG. 2, in practice there may be more.
In one embodiment the cross angle of the blowing directions is between 30 and 60 degrees, for example 35 degrees. The inventor finds that in this case, although the diffusion speed of the hot air is high, a certain strength is maintained, so that the drying speed of the laundry is increased as a whole, and simultaneously, the wet air is blown away quickly, thereby further increasing the drying speed of the laundry.
In one embodiment, fan 1600 is a centrifugal fan. Centrifugal fan 1600's wind pressure is higher, and air supply capacity is stronger, helps further accelerating the speed of drying of clothing.
As shown in fig. 2, host 1200 includes a housing 1201, and fan 1600 is embedded in housing 1201. In this way, housing 1201 protects blower 1600 and also prevents a user from accidentally touching blower 1600 and causing a hazard.
An air inlet 1202 is disposed on the housing 1201 and is in airflow communication with the fan 1600. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the air intakes 1202 are on both side walls of the housing 1201. In other embodiments, the air inlet 1202 may also be disposed in the bottom wall 1203 of the housing 1201.
In order to enable wind energy blown by the fan 1600 to blow towards the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying bar 1400, the fan 1600 comprises a fan body 1612 and a wind guide 1613 in airflow communication with the fan body 1612, as shown in fig. 4. The outlet of the air guide 1613 is directed towards the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying bar 1400. In this way, the air blown out by the fan 1600 firstly enters the air guide 1613, and then is blown towards the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying rod 1400 under the guiding action of the air guide 1613.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the fan body 1612 includes a volute 1604 and an impeller 1605 disposed within the volute 1604. Air guide 1613 is configured as a through duct, the inlet of which communicates with the outlet of volute 1604. The through-duct 1603 guides the air to smoothly blow to the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying pole 1400. In a preferred embodiment, the cross-sectional dimension of through-conduit 1603 perpendicular to the direction of wind flow is greater than the dimension of the outlet of volute 1604. Thus, when wind flows into the through duct 1603 from the volute 1604, wind pressure is reduced, and wind speed is appropriately reduced, thereby preventing damage to the clothes due to strong wind.
Preferably, an air outlet grill 1606 is provided at the outlet of the through duct 1603. The air outlet grill 1606 further adjusts the wind direction of the wind blown out from the through duct 1603 so that the wind is blown to a predetermined position of the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying pole 1400. For example, the direction of the vanes of the outlet grill 1606 may be adjusted to achieve the purpose of adjusting the wind direction. Therefore, the user can adjust the wind direction in time according to the requirement so as to achieve the best drying effect of the clothes, and the use of the user is facilitated. As a whole, the air outlet grill 1606 is integrated into the housing 1201, thereby improving the integrity of the main body 1200 and simplifying the assembly of the clothes drying pole 1400 and the main body 1200.
As also shown in fig. 4, a heating assembly 1607 is provided within the through duct 1603 to enable the fan 1600 to blow hot air toward the clothes drying area 1103 of the clothes drying bar 1400. Referring to fig. 1, the blowing directions 1001 are crossed with each other, and thus, the hot wind is rapidly diffused to help rapidly increase the temperature of the air around the clothes pole 1400, which not only helps to reduce damage to the laundry caused by the high-intensity concentrated hot wind, but also helps to increase the airing speed of the laundry as a whole.
The heating assembly 1607 is disposed upstream of the outlet grill 1606 with reference to the direction of the wind. Thus, the heating assembly 1607 is not visible from the outside of the main body 1200, thereby preventing the user from being injured by accidentally touching the heating assembly 1607 and improving the safety of the clothes drying machine 1000. In one particular embodiment, heating assembly 1607 may be a PTC heater, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail. The PTC heater has high heating efficiency and high safety, and is particularly suitable for installation in the penetrating pipe 1603. In addition, heating element 1607 may also be a heating wire.
In another embodiment, the main body 1200 further comprises a power mechanism 1602, wherein the power mechanism 1602 is connected to the clothes pole 1400 and drives the clothes pole 1400 to move toward or away from the main body 1200. As shown in fig. 2, a power mechanism 1602 is disposed between two fans 1600. The power mechanism 1602 is connected to the clothes pole 1400 by a wire 1603 and the main body 1200 is connected to the clothes pole 1400 by a scissor rack 2402 (e.g., a scissor rack 2402)
As shown in fig. 5) to facilitate movement of the clothes pole 1400.
The main machine 1200 is fixedly installed on a foundation (e.g., a ceiling), the clothes-horse 1400 is located below the main machine 1200, and the clothes-horse area 1103 of the clothes-horse 1400 is opposite to and spaced apart from the main machine 1200. Thus, a clothes sandwich 1102 is formed between the clothes drying area 1103 and the main body 1200. Thus, the height of the laundry compartment 1102 may be adjusted by the motive mechanism 1602 according to the amount of laundry to be dried or aired.
In one embodiment, the height of the clothesline mezzanine 1102 is between 100mm and 800 mm; the wind speed of the fan 1600 is between 3m/s and 10m/s, and the temperature is between 60 ℃ and 110 ℃. The inventor has found that in this configuration, the temperature is already less than or equal to 65 ℃ when the hot air reaches the clothes application area 1103, and no damage is caused to most of the clothes.
Fig. 6 schematically shows the overall structure of a clothes drying machine 2000 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The clothes drying machine 2000 is generally similar to the clothes drying machine 1000, and only the differences will be described herein.
As shown in fig. 6, a heating type clothes basket 2300 is provided in the clothes drying area 1200 of the clothes drying bar 1400, and the fan 1600 blows air toward the heating type clothes basket 2300. In order to facilitate the installation of the heating type clothes basket 2300, the clothes rod 2400 includes at least two cross bars 2401 extending in parallel at intervals, and the heating type clothes basket 2300 is detachably overlapped and erected on the two cross bars 2401.
In use of the clothes drying machine 2000, clothes to be dried or dried are placed on the heating type clothes drying basket 2300. Under the heating effect of heating formula clothing basket 2300 and the effect of blowing of fan 1600 are supplementary jointly, can further accelerate the stoving speed of clothing to the drying efficiency of clothing has been improved.
In another embodiment, the heated basket 2300 is at a temperature between 30 ℃ and 65 ℃. The inventors found that in this case, the laundry is not damaged even if it is placed in the heating type clothes basket 2300; and the drying efficiency of the clothes is greatly improved by combining the clothes drying interlayer 1102 and the fan 1600.
The structure of the heated basket 2300 will now be described.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a plan view of the internal structure of the heated laundry basket 2300. As shown in fig. 7, the heating type basket 2300 includes a first connecting frame 2305 and a plurality of heating pipes 2301 fitted on the first connecting frame 2305. For example, the heating pipes 2301 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart to improve the ventilation of the laundry placed on the heated basket 2300, thereby contributing to an increase in the drying rate of the laundry.
In a preferred embodiment, among the plurality of heating pipes 2301, at least one heating pipe is arranged to have a height greater than the remaining heating pipes. In this way, the ventilation of the laundry placed on the heating type clothes basket 2300 may be further improved, thereby contributing to further improving the drying rate of the laundry.
The heating pipe 2301 includes a pipe body 2302 and a heating wire 2303 penetrating the pipe body 2302, and the heating wires 2303 of the plurality of heating pipes 2301 are connected in series with each other. Thus, all the heating tubes 2301 can be powered by only one socket, which is convenient for users to use. In addition, the heating wires 2303 of the plurality of heating pipes 2301 may also be connected in parallel. Thus, even when one group of heating pipes fails, the other group of heating pipes can still work normally, thereby being convenient for users to use. In a preferred embodiment, the heating tubes of different tube groups are staggered with respect to each other. Thus, when one group of heating pipes is in fault, not only the other group of heating pipes can still work normally, but also the whole heating type clothes drying basket 2300 is heated instead of part heating, and part heating is not carried out, so that the clothes placed on the heating type clothes drying basket 2300 still receive the heating of the heating type clothes drying basket 2300 as a whole, thereby avoiding the condition of uneven drying rate of each part of the clothes and improving the use feeling of a user.
In a specific embodiment, the heating wire 2303 may be a common resistance wire, such as a nichrome wire, a cupronickel wire. In a preferred embodiment, the heating wire 2303 is a carbon fiber heating wire.
It should also be understood that other heat sources may be provided within the tube 2302 to provide heating, such as hot water or oil supplied to the tube 2302, and will not be described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, the tube 2302 is an aluminum or aluminum alloy tube. The pipe body has small weight and is convenient for household use. In a preferred embodiment, the tube 2302 is one of circular, oval, and square in shape.
As shown in fig. 8, first connecting frame 2305 includes a strip 2306. Along the length direction of the strip 2306, the strip 2306 includes a porous portion 2308 having a plurality of mounting holes 2307, and a plurality of heating pipes 2301 are respectively mounted in the mounting holes 2307. Thus, by setting the distance between the adjacent mounting holes 2307, the spaced arrangement of the heating pipes 2301 can be achieved.
Further, it is also possible to configure the strip body 2306 in a wavy shape, and a plurality of mounting holes 2307 are arranged in conformity with the shape of the first connecting frame 2307, for example, mounting holes 2307 are provided at both the wave crest and the wave trough, as in
As shown in fig. 8. In this way, the height of the heating tubes 2301 installed at the wave crests is greater than the height of the heating tubes 2301 at other positions (e.g., wave troughs), so that it is possible to realize that at least one heating tube 2301 is arranged to have a height greater than the remaining heating tubes.
In another embodiment, the strip 2306 includes an accommodating groove 2309 along the width direction of the strip 2306, and the portion of the heating wire 2303 outside the tube 2302 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 2309. This thus protects the heating wire 2303 from accidental damage. In a preferred embodiment, first connecting frame 2305 further includes a cover 2310 fastened to strip 2306, and cover 2310 has a shape matching that of strip 2306. This may further protect the heating wire 2303.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first connecting frames 2305 are two, and both ends of the plurality of heating pipes 2301 are respectively installed in the two first connecting frames 2305. In other embodiments, not shown, when the length of the heating tube 2301 is longer, more connecting frames may also be provided between the two first connecting frames 2305 (e.g., these connecting frames may be the same as the first connecting frames 2305) to make the heating tube 2301 more stable.
In one embodiment, both ends of the first connecting frame 2305 are bent to form the catching grooves 2316. Therefore, the heating type clothes drying basket 2300 can be lapped and erected on the two cross rods 2401 of the clothes drying rod 1400 in a detachable mode through the clamping grooves 2316, and the use is facilitated.
Figure 9 schematically shows another heated laundry basket 2300'. As shown in fig. 9, the heated basket 2300' includes a heat transfer housing 2311. A plurality of heating pipes 2301 as described above are accommodated in the heat transfer housing 2311 to form a heating plate. In one embodiment, the heat transfer housing 2311 includes a top plate 2313 and a bottom plate 2314 that snap together, with the plurality of heating tubes 2301 between the top plate 2313 and the bottom plate 2314. A heat reflection sheet 2315 is further provided between the base plate 2314 and the heating pipe 2301, so that the heat reflection sheet 2315 reflects heat transferred from the heating pipe 2301 toward the base plate 2314 to the top plate 2313 to improve heating efficiency. In a particular embodiment, the heat reflective sheet 2315 may be an aluminum foil or a tin foil.
The plurality of heating pipes 2301 may be arranged in a parallel manner or may be arranged in a ring manner.
As also shown in fig. 9, the surface of the top plate 2313 of the heat transfer housing 2311 is roughened, for example, with protrusions 2317. In this way, the probability of the laundry slipping off the heated laundry basket 2300' can be reduced.
As also shown in fig. 9, the heated basket 2300' further includes at least two second connecting frames 2318, and the heating plates 2312 are mounted on the at least two second connecting frames 2318. Specifically, the second connecting frame 2318 is a strip-shaped body, and along the length direction of the strip-shaped body, the strip-shaped body includes a concave bearing area 2319 and clamping plates 2320 at two sides of the bearing area 2319, and the heating plate 2312 is arranged in the bearing area 2319 and clamped by the clamping plates 2320. Preferably, the heating plate 2312 is also coupled to the second coupling frame 2318 using screws 2321.
In one embodiment, both ends of the second connecting frame 2318 are bent to form the catching grooves 2322. Therefore, the heating type clothes drying basket 2300' can be lapped and erected on the two cross rods 2401 of the clothes drying rod 1400 in a detachable mode through the clamping groove 2322, and the use is convenient.
