It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 schematically shows the overall structure of a drying clothes drying machine 1 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the drying and airing machine 1 includes a airing bar 400, a main body 200 connected to the airing bar 400, and a heating type airing basket 300 provided on the airing bar 400.
In using the drying laundry machine 1, laundry to be aired or dried is placed on the heating type laundry basket 300. The heating type basket 300 heats the laundry to rapidly dry the laundry, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the laundry.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the main body 200 includes a blowing device 600, and the blowing device 600 blows air toward the heated basket 300. In this way, the laundry drying speed can be further increased by blowing air from the air blowing device 600 under the condition that the heating type laundry basket 300 heats the laundry. In a preferred embodiment, the blowing device 600 has a heating assembly 601 (shown in fig. 7) so that the blowing device 600 can blow hot air toward the heated basket 300. Under the combined action of the heating action of the heater 610 and the heating and blowing of the blowing device 600, the drying efficiency of the laundry is further improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the main body 200 further comprises a power mechanism 602, and the power mechanism 602 is connected to the clothes drying rod 400 and drives the clothes drying rod 400 to move towards or away from the main body 200. For example, the power mechanism 602 has two and is connected to the clothes drying bar 400 by a steel wire 603 (shown in figure 8). The heating type clothes basket 300 is opposite to the main body 200 and is spaced apart from the main body. In a particular embodiment, as shown in figure 1, the clothes pole 400 comprises at least two spaced parallel extending cross bars 401, and the heated basket 300 is removably mounted in overlapping relationship to the two cross bars 401. The main body 200 is fixedly installed on a base (e.g., a ceiling), and the air outlet 201 of the blowing device 600 faces the heating type basket 300. The clothes pole 400 and the heating type clothes basket 300 are positioned below the main body 200, and the main body 200 and the cross bar 401 are connected by the scissor frame 402. Thus, a drying interlayer 102 is formed between the heating type clothes basket 300 and the main body 200 of the drying clothes dryer 1. Accordingly, the height of the drying compartment 102 may be adjusted by the motive mechanism 602 according to the amount of laundry to be dried or dried.
In one embodiment, the height of the drying interlayer 102 is between 100mm and 800 mm; the wind speed of the blowing device 600 is between 3m/s and 10m/s, and the temperature of the air outlet 201 of the blowing device 600 is between 60 ℃ and 110 ℃. The inventor has found that in this structure, when the hot air blown out from the air outlet reaches the heating type clothes drying basket 300, the temperature is less than or equal to 65 ℃, and most of clothes can not be damaged. In another embodiment, the heated basket 300 is at a temperature between 30℃ and 65℃. The inventors found that in this case, the laundry is not damaged even if it is placed in the heating type clothes basket 300; and the drying efficiency of the laundry is the highest by combining the above conditions of the drying interlayer 102 and the blowing device 600.
The structure of the heated clothes basket 300 will now be described.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a plan view of the internal structure of a heated laundry basket 300 according to a first embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the heating type basket 300 includes a heater 610, and the heater 610 includes a plurality of heating pipes 301 arranged side by side. For example, the heating pipes 301 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart to improve ventilation of the laundry placed on the heater 610, thereby contributing to an increase in the drying rate of the laundry.
In a preferred embodiment, among the plurality of heating pipes 301, at least one heating pipe is arranged to have a height greater than the remaining heating pipes. In this way, the ventilation of the laundry placed on the heater 610 may be further improved, thereby contributing to further improving the drying rate of the laundry.
The heating pipe 301 includes a pipe body 302 and a heating wire 303 penetrating the pipe body 302, and the heating wires 303 of the plurality of heating pipes 301 are connected in series with each other. Thus, all the heating pipes 301 can be powered by only one socket, which is convenient for users to use. Furthermore, the heating wires 303 of a plurality of heating pipes 301 may also be connected in parallel. It should also be understood that other heat sources may be provided within the tubular body 302 to effect heating, such as hot water or oil being supplied within the tubular body 302, and will not be described further herein.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the plurality of heating tubes 301 are divided into a plurality of tube groups 3011, 3012, the heating wires 303 of the same tube group are connected in series with each other, and the heating wires 303 of different tube groups are connected in parallel. Thus, even when one group of heating pipes fails, the other group of heating pipes can still work normally, thereby being convenient for users to use. In a preferred embodiment, the heating tubes of different tube groups are staggered with respect to each other. Thus, when one of the heating pipes fails, not only the other heating pipe can still work normally, but also the whole heater 610 is heating, rather than heating partially, and heating is not performed partially, so that the clothes placed on the heater 610 still receive the heating of the heater 610 as a whole, thereby avoiding the condition of uneven drying rate of each part of the clothes and improving the use feeling of the user.
In a specific embodiment, the heating wire 303 may be a common resistance wire, such as a nichrome wire, a cupronickel wire. In a preferred embodiment, the heating wire 303 is a carbon fiber heating wire.
In one embodiment, the tubular body 302 is an aluminum or aluminum alloy tube. The pipe body has small weight and is convenient for household use. In a preferred embodiment, the shape of the tube 302 is one of circular, oval, and square.
As also shown in fig. 2, the heated type basket 300 further includes a first coupling frame 305, and a plurality of heating pipes 301 are assembled to the first coupling frame 305 to be integrated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first connecting frame 305 includes a strip-shaped body 306, and along a length direction of the strip-shaped body 306, the strip-shaped body 306 includes a porous portion 308 having a plurality of mounting holes 307, and a plurality of heating pipes 301 are respectively mounted in the mounting holes 307. In this way, by setting the distance between adjacent mounting holes 307, a spaced arrangement of the heating pipes 301 can be achieved.
Further, it is also possible to configure the strip-shaped body in a wavy shape, and a plurality of mounting holes 307 are arranged in conformity with the shape of the first link frame 307, for example, mounting holes 307 are provided at both the wave crest and the wave trough, as shown in fig. 3. In this way, the height of the heating tube 301 installed at the wave crest is greater than the height of the heating tube 301 at other positions (e.g., wave trough), so that it is possible to realize that at least one heating tube 301 is arranged to have a height greater than the remaining heating tubes.
In another embodiment, the strip 306 includes a receiving groove 309 along the width direction of the strip 306, and the portion of the heating wire 303 outside the tube 302 is received in the receiving groove 309. This thus protects the heating wire 303 against accidental damage. In a preferred embodiment, the first connecting frame 305 further includes a cover 310 fastened on the strip 306, and the shape of the cover 310 matches the shape of the strip 306. This may further protect the heating wire 303.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first connection frames 305 are two, and both ends of the plurality of heating pipes 301 are respectively installed in the two first connection frames 305. In other embodiments not shown, when the length of the heating tube 301 is longer, more connection frames may also be provided between two first connection frames 305 (e.g., these connection frames may be the same as the first connection frames 305) to make the heating tube 301 more stable.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the first connecting frame 305 are bent to form the catching grooves 316. Therefore, the heater 610 can be lapped and erected on the two cross rods 401 of the clothes-horse 400 in a detachable mode through the clamping groove 316, and the use is convenient.
Figure 5 shows schematically another heated laundry basket 300'. As shown in fig. 5, the heater 610 'of the heated laundry basket 300' includes a heat transfer housing 311, and a plurality of heating pipes 301 as described above are received in the heat transfer housing 311 to form the heating plate 312. In one embodiment, the heat transfer housing 311 includes a top plate 313 and a bottom plate 314 that snap together, the plurality of heat tubes 301 being between the top plate 313 and the bottom plate 314, and a heat reflective sheet 315 disposed between the bottom plate 314 and the heat tubes 301. Thus, the heat reflection sheet 315 reflects heat transferred from the heating pipe 301 toward the bottom plate 314 to the top plate 313 to improve heating efficiency. In a specific embodiment, the heat reflective sheet 315 may be an aluminum foil or a tin foil.
The plurality of heating pipes 301 may be arranged in parallel or may be arranged in a ring shape.
As also shown in fig. 5, the surface of the top plate 313 of the heat transfer housing 311 is roughened, for example, configured with projections 317. In this way, the probability of the laundry slipping off the heated clothes basket 300' can be reduced.
As also shown in fig. 5, the heated basket 300' further includes at least two second connecting brackets 318, and the heating plate 312 is mounted on the at least two second connecting brackets 318. Specifically, the second connecting frame 318 is a strip-shaped body, and along the length direction of the strip-shaped body, the strip-shaped body includes a concave bearing zone 319 and clamping plates 320 at two sides of the bearing zone 319, and the heating plate 312 is disposed in the bearing zone 319 and clamped by the clamping plates 320. Preferably, screws 321 are also used to connect the heating plate 312 to the second connecting frame 318.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the second connecting frame 318 are bent to form the catching grooves 322. Therefore, the heating type clothes drying basket 300' can be lapped and erected on the two cross bars 401 of the clothes drying rod 400 in a detachable mode through the clamping grooves 322, and the use is convenient.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art.
