The first release layer 12 is used to protect the first silicone layer 111 on the lower surface 11b of the substrate 11 from being contaminated by dust, protect the substrate 11 from being adhered to other places and the like during transportation, storage, packaging and the like, and tear the first release layer 12 from the lower surface 11b of the substrate 11 while attaching the substrate 11 to the display 200. The first release layer 12 can be made of PET material with a thickness of 25 μm + -5 μm. The first silicone adhesive layer 111 corresponding to the lower side 11b of the substrate 11, the upper side 12a of the first release layer 12, are coated with a fluoroplastic film layer 121, the thickness of the fluoroplastic film layer 121 is 1 μm to 2 μm, and the first release layer 12 is easily peeled from the lower side 11b of the substrate 11 by coating the fluoroplastic film layer 121 on the upper side 12a of the first release layer 12. Here, the first adhesive layer 131 and the second adhesive layer 132 may be formed by coating the second silicone rubber layer 13b on the entire lower surface of the first release layer 12, that is, the second silicone rubber layer 13b on the entire lower surface of the first release layer 12 serves as the positioning portion 13a, and the first adhesive layer 131 and the second adhesive layer 132 are not structurally limited.
