The water outlet of the evaporator of the heat pump water heating device is communicated with the cold water recovery container 6, and the condensed water of the evaporator is discharged into the cold water recovery container 6 to supplement cold water.
Preferably, the tableware recycling opening device further comprises a starting sensor 7 arranged at the tableware recycling opening 11, and the starting sensor 7 is electrically connected with the control device as shown in fig. 6. The starting sensor 7 can adopt a grating sensor, when sensing that guests throw tableware into the tableware, the recovery conveying mechanism 2, the cleaning conveying mechanism 3 and the spraying device 4 of the tableware cleaning device are started to convey and spray, and if no subsequent throwing is carried out after one period is finished, the conveying and the spraying are stopped, and the tableware cleaning device enters a standby state to reduce energy consumption.

the cleaning and conveying mechanism is provided with an arc-shaped conveying surface and a second conveying surface; the arc-shaped conveying surface is in a semicircular inclined plane shape, one end of the arc-shaped conveying surface is connected with the outlet end of the first conveying surface, and the other end of the arc-shaped conveying surface is connected with the inlet end of the second conveying surface; the second conveying surface is obliquely arranged, and the conveying direction of the second conveying surface is opposite to the conveying direction of the first conveying surface; the outlet end of the shell corresponding to the second conveying surface is provided with a tableware outlet;
the spraying device comprises a plurality of sprayers and a pumping mechanism, the sprayers are respectively arranged below and on the side surface of the arc-shaped conveying surface and the second conveying surface, the pumping mechanism supplies water to the sprayers, and the arc-shaped conveying surface and the second conveying surface are respectively provided with an opening for spraying by the sprayers;
the control device is electrically connected with the recovery conveying mechanism, the cleaning conveying mechanism and the pumping mechanism respectively.
2. A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning and conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying roller device and a second conveying mesh belt device;
the first conveying roller device comprises a plurality of first roller shafts which are uniformly distributed in a range of 180 degrees around the same axis and a first roller shaft driving device for driving the first roller shafts to rotate; the first roller shaft is obliquely arranged, and the inclination angle of the first roller shaft is equal to that of the first conveying surface; the conveying surface of the first conveying roller device is the arc-shaped conveying surface, and the inlet end of the first conveying roller device is connected with the outlet end of the first conveying surface;
the inlet end of the second conveying mesh belt device is connected with the outlet end of the first conveying roller device, and the conveying surface of the second conveying mesh belt device is the second conveying surface.
3. A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning and conveying mechanism further comprises a second conveying roller device and a third conveying roller device;
the second conveying roller device comprises a plurality of second roller shafts which are vertically arranged and a second roller shaft driving device for driving the second roller shafts to rotate; the second roll shafts are distributed at equal intervals along the lower edge of the first conveying roll device, and the lower ends of the second roll shafts are close to the lower end of the first roll shaft;
the third conveying roller device comprises a plurality of vertically arranged third roller shafts and a third roller shaft driving device for driving the third roller shafts to rotate; and the third roll shafts are distributed at equal intervals along the lower edge of the second conveying mesh belt device, and the lower ends of the second roll shafts are close to the lower end of the second conveying surface.
4. A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the first roller shaft and/or the second roller shaft are/is a brush roller.

A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the sprayers are divided into two groups, one group is arranged at the outer sides of the first conveying roller device and the second conveying mesh belt device, and the other group is arranged at the outer sides of the second conveying roller device and the third conveying roller device.
6. The turning tableware cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the sprayer is sequentially divided into a first hot water sprayer, a cold water sprayer and a second hot water sprayer along the conveying direction of the cleaning and conveying mechanism;
a water inlet of the second hot water sprayer is connected with a heat pump hot water device;
the pumping mechanism comprises a first pump body connected with the first hot water sprayer and a second pump body connected with the cold water sprayer.

The turning dish cleaning device of claim 6, wherein: the first hot water sprayer is a box type sprayer and comprises a box type main body with an inner cavity and a water inlet joint communicated with the inner cavity, a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the box type main body, and the water inlet joint is communicated with the first pump body through a pipeline.

The turning dish cleaning device of claim 6, wherein: a hot water recovery container and a cold water recovery container are arranged below the cleaning and conveying mechanism; the water inlet pipes of the first pump body and the second pump body are respectively inserted into the hot water recovery container and the cold water recovery container; an inclined collecting guide plate is arranged at the edge of an opening at the upper end of the hot water recovery container and extends to the lower part of the whole cleaning and conveying mechanism; a collector is arranged below the cold water sprayer, and is provided with a guide pipe which penetrates through the collecting guide plate and is communicated with the cold water recovery container; and a water outlet of an evaporator of the heat pump hot water device is communicated with the cold water recovery container.
9. A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the tableware recovery device further comprises a starting sensor arranged at the tableware recovery opening, and the starting sensor is electrically connected with the control device.

A turning-type tableware cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the upper end and the lower end of the second conveying mesh belt device are both provided with angle supports, the angle supports are arranged in a full-length mode, the cross sections of the angle supports are right angles, and mesh belts of the first conveying mesh belt are slidably erected on the angle supports; the front end surface and the rear end surface of the angle support are fixedly connected with the shell.
