1. A tunnel construction trolley, comprising:
a gantry;
the first platform is rotatably arranged on the side part of the gantry and used for supporting constructors;
the lifting mechanism is arranged in the gantry, is positioned below the first platform and is used for adjusting the operation height of constructors;
the second platform is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the lifting mechanism and used for supporting constructors; and
and the limiting mechanism is arranged at the top of the portal frame and used for being articulated with the second platform and limiting the second platform.
2. A tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1 wherein the first platform comprises:
the upper end face of the first rotating frame is flush with the upper end face of the portal frame, one end of the first rotating frame is hinged with the portal frame, the other end of the first rotating frame is a free end, and a first limiting frame used for limiting the first rotating frame to rotate clockwise is arranged on the first rotating frame;
the upper end surface of the first folding frame is flush with the first rotating frame, one end of the first folding frame is hinged with the free end of the first rotating frame, the other end of the first folding frame is a free end, and the first folding frame is provided with a second limiting frame used for limiting the first folding frame to rotate clockwise; and
and the driving mechanism is arranged on the portal and used for driving the first rotating frame to rotate.
3. A tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1 wherein the second platform comprises:
the second rotating frame is arranged on the outer side of the portal, one end of the second rotating frame is rotatably connected with the upper end of the lifting mechanism, a third limiting frame used for limiting the second rotating frame to rotate clockwise is arranged on the second rotating frame, and the second rotating frame is limited by means of the tension of the limiting mechanism;
the third rotating frame is arranged on the inner side of the portal, one end of the third rotating frame is rotatably connected with the upper end of the lifting mechanism, and the third rotating frame is limited by means of the tension of the limiting mechanism; and
and the upper end surface of the second folding frame is parallel and level with the second rotating frame, one end of the second folding frame is hinged with the outer end of the second rotating frame, the other end of the second folding frame is a free end, and a fourth limiting frame used for limiting the second folding frame to rotate clockwise is arranged on the second folding frame.
4. The tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1, wherein the elevating mechanism comprises:
the lifting beam is transversely arranged in the portal frame, is in sliding connection with the portal frame and is used for adjusting the operation height of constructors; and
and one end of the first driver is fixedly arranged on the portal frame, and the ejection end of the first driver is fixedly connected with the lifting beam and used for ejecting the lifting beam to lift along the portal frame.
5. The tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1, wherein the limit mechanism comprises:
the winch is fixedly arranged at the top of the portal frame, a steel wire rope is wound on the winch, and a hook is arranged at the end part of the steel wire rope; and
the second driver is arranged at the top of the gantry and used for driving the winch to rotate; the hook is connected with the end of the second platform in a hanging mode, the second platform is limited by means of the tensile force of the steel wire rope, and the rotating angle of the second platform is adjusted by means of the second driver.
6. A tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1, characterised in that a protective structure is provided on either the first platform or the second platform, which protective structure is used to secure the constructors.
7. A tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1 wherein there are two sets of first platforms or second platforms, one on each of the opposite sides of the gantry.
8. The tunnel construction trolley of claim 1 wherein the portal comprises:
the top beams are multiple and can form a rectangular frame;
the bottom beams are arranged in parallel at intervals; and
the stand is many, and the equipartition is located the back timber with between the floorbar and mutual fixed connection for the bearing back timber.
9. A tunnel construction trolley according to claim 1, wherein the sides of the portal are provided with fixed stairways leading to the top of the portal.
