As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the meal delivery device 50 can be placed on the conveyor 40 for conveying food, and can be adjusted accordingly. The "identification unit" may identify the corresponding food and perform signal feedback, or may identify the information of the food container 20 and perform signal feedback. If the food type is identified using the image-matched machine vision unit, feedback information to the controller may occur when the conveyor belt 40 is identified as meeting the requirements or a preset food type; or by providing the meal carrier 20 with a chip or identification pattern that can be identified by the identification unit. In addition, it should be noted that the communication control means between the controller and each of the execution elements (such as the disk fetching mechanism 600 and the driving component 720) and the feedback element (identification unit) belongs to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The controller can be a PLC controller, a motion control card, a computer and other control elements.
In addition to any of the embodiments described above, as shown in figure 2, in one embodiment the support member 710 includes at least two pallets (not shown) that all cooperate to form the tray 712. In addition to any of the above embodiments, in one embodiment, at least one of the trays is movable such that the size of the tray 712 is adjustable. To accommodate the support of different tray sizes, and to allow the trays 20 to be transported from the conveyor belt 40 into the tray 712 by opening the tray 712.
Further, in one embodiment, the support assembly 710 includes a retractor (not shown) for adjusting the spacing between two adjacent pallets, the retractor being in communication with the controller. In this way, the controller can be used to automatically adjust the spacing between the pallets and thus the size of the pallet 712. As in this embodiment, the food container 20 is ejected from the conveyor 40 between the holders 712 by means of ejection, and when the holders 712 are not operated, the holders 712 can be opened to allow the food container 20 to enter, and when the food container 20 enters, the controller controls the expansion unit to merge the holders 712, thereby clamping or holding the food container 20. The expansion device can be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a linear motor and the like.
Based on any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the driving component 720 includes a connecting component 722, a transmission component 724 for driving the connecting component 722 to reciprocate, and a power source 726 for driving the transmission component 724 to move, wherein the connecting component 722 is connected with the supporting component 710, so that the connecting component 722 can drive the supporting part 712 to move to the meal outlet 730.
Further, in an embodiment, the connecting member 722 is a nut, and the transmission member 724 is a screw rod matched with the nut, and the nut is slidably disposed. Thus, the driving unit 720 is a screw mechanism, and the reciprocating movement of the holder 712 is realized by using the screw principle.
Or as shown in fig. 2, in particular to the embodiment, the connecting member 722 is a flexible transmission belt, and the transmission member 724 is a rotating wheel cooperating with the flexible transmission belt. Of course, in other embodiments, a telescopic power output device, such as an air cylinder, a linear motor, a hydraulic cylinder, etc., may be selected.
Of course, the driving unit 720 may also adopt a robot, a telescopic rod, a suction cup mechanism, etc. to realize the position movement of the holder.
The tray taking mechanism 600 can complete the transfer of the food containing member 20 by using the existing techniques such as a mechanical arm, a push rod mechanism, a suction cup mechanism, etc.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the tray taking mechanism 600 further includes a limiting component 630, the limiting component 630 is provided with a limiting component 632 for limiting the meal containing component 20 to move on the conveyor 40, and the limiting component 632 can be reset. When it is recognized that meal is requested to be served at the meal serving device 50, the limiting member 632 is in a blocking position, and the meal containing members 20 are limited from moving on the conveyor belt 40; when the food is not needed to be served by the meal delivery device 50, the stopper 632 is removed, so as not to limit the meal containing member 20 from moving on the conveyor 40.
Specifically, the stopper 632 may be controlled to move by an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a linear motor, or the like.

2. The eating device as defined in claim 1, wherein said supporting member includes at least two receiving blocks, all of said receiving blocks cooperating to form said receiving portion.
3. The eating device as defined in claim 2, wherein at least one of said trays is movable such that said tray is adjustable in size.
4. The eating device as defined in claim 3, wherein said supporting member includes a retractor for adjusting a distance between two adjacent trays, said retractor being in communication with said controller.
5. The meal delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the driving member comprises a connecting member, a driving member for driving the connecting member to reciprocate, and a power source for driving the driving member to move, and the connecting member is connected to the supporting member, so that the connecting member can drive the supporting portion to move to the meal delivery opening.
6. The meal delivery device of claim 5, wherein the connecting member is a nut, the transmission member is a lead screw engaged with the nut, and the nut is slidably disposed; or the connecting piece is a flexible transmission belt, and the transmission piece is a rotating wheel matched with the flexible transmission belt.

The food serving device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the tray taking mechanism comprises a telescopic assembly, the telescopic assembly comprises a telescopic rod capable of being arranged on the conveying belt in a penetrating mode, and the free end of the telescopic rod is used for ejecting the food containing piece from the conveying belt to the support part.
