Abstract

The application relates to the smoking set field, especially relates to a cigarette case.

Background

At present, common cigarette packaging boxes (i.e., cigarette boxes) generally include both hard boxes and soft boxes, and are mainly hard boxes. The cigarette case mainly has the functions of protecting cigarettes from being broken due to extrusion and collision in the carrying process, and keeping the cigarettes clean and dry and the like.

One important function of the cigarette case is to prevent the tobacco shreds in the cigarettes from being affected with damp and to prevent the loss of original water in the tobacco shreds, i.e. to prevent moisture and moisture of the cigarettes, so that the cigarettes can still keep a good state for a long time after being unsealed, and good mouthfeel and tobacco taste are obtained.

To this end, the application provides a cigarette case that can increase the moisture-retaining and moisture-proof effects of cigarettes.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In order to solve the problem, the application provides a cigarette case, can strengthen the isolation of cigarette and air, increases the moist dampproofing effect of keeping of cigarette.

In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a cigarette box, comprising a box body, the box body comprising an opening and an accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity being used for accommodating cigarettes; an outer cover connected to one side of the opening for opening and closing the opening, at least two surfaces of the outer cover completely covering the corresponding surfaces of the case in a state where the opening is closed by the outer cover

In one example, the cartridge is a hexahedron; when the opening is closed by the outer cover, at least five faces of the outer cover completely cover or mostly cover corresponding faces of the box body.

In one example, in a state where the opening is closed by the outer cover, five faces of the outer cover completely cover or mostly cover corresponding faces of the cartridge body, and the other face of the outer cover corresponds to a face having a largest area of the cartridge body.

In one example, the outer lid is provided with an auxiliary opening for facilitating the opening of the outer lid by a user. The application provides a cigarette case, the box body of cigarette case includes the opening and holds the chamber for hold the cigarette. The outer cover of the cigarette case is connected with one side of the opening of the case body, and the opening of the case body can be opened and closed. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

For convenience of description, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" will be used hereinafter to refer to the orientation of the user facing the front of the pack.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a cigarette case, which includes a case body 1, an outer cover 2, and an auxiliary opening 3. Wherein, box body 1 includes the opening and holds the chamber, holds the chamber and is used for holding the cigarette. The outer cap 2 is coupled to one side of the opening of the case body 1, and the outer cap 2 can open and close the opening of the case body 1. The outer cover 2 covers the case 1 in a state of closing the opening of the case 1, and at least two surfaces thereof can completely cover the corresponding surfaces of the case 1. Wherein, the outer cover 2 closes the opening of the box body 1, which means that the outer cover 2 can block the opening of the box body 1; the cover 2 opens the opening of the case 1, which means that the cover 2 does not shield the opening of the case 1 and is exposed to the air.

Specifically, the box body 1 is a hexahedron and is composed of a front panel, a rear panel, a left side panel, a right side panel and a bottom panel. The section of the opening of the box body 1 can be regarded as a top panel, and the opening is used for storing and taking cigarettes. The junction of the outer cover 2 and the top panel and the rear panel of the box body 1 is connected, and the outer cover 2 rotates around the connection of the outer cover 2 and the box body 1 when being opened. When the outer cover 2 is closed, at least two surfaces of the outer cover can completely cover the corresponding panels of the box body 1, so that the moisture-keeping and damp-proof effects of the cigarettes are enhanced. Wherein, the complete covering means that the outer cover 2 can completely shield the panel covered by the box body 1, and the area of the surface shielded by the outer cover 2 is not less than the area of the covered panel.

The surfaces of the box body 1 corresponding to the outer cover 2 mean two surfaces of the outer cover 2 and the box body 1 which are opposite when the outer cover 2 is in a closed state. Corresponding to the front panel, the left side panel, the right side panel, the bottom panel and the top panel of the case 1, corresponding surfaces of the outer lid 2 may be referred to as a main surface, a left side right side surface, a bottom surface and a top surface. In the embodiment of the present application, if the top panel of the box body 1 is an inclined surface, when the outer cover 2 is in the closed state, the top panel of the box body 1 and the top surface of the outer cover 2 are not in an opposite state, but are regarded as corresponding surfaces.

In one example, the outer lid 2 may completely cover the top panel of the case 1 and any one of the other five panels of the case 1 when in the closed state. The outer cover 2 covers the top panel of the box body 1, and can form a closed space with the box body 1 to isolate cigarettes from air and prevent the cigarettes from being affected with damp or losing moisture. The enclosing cover 2 covers any one panel in other five panels of box body 1, and the accessible covers the complete of this panel, increases the one deck panel again outside this panel, can strengthen the cigarette in this panel direction of box body 1 and the isolation of air, has reduced the infiltration of moisture in the air and the loss of original moisture in the cigarette, further strengthens the moist dampproofing effect of protecting of cigarette. Wherein, when the outer cover 2 can completely cover two surfaces of the case body 1, the two surfaces should be two surfaces connected. For example, the outer lid 2 may completely cover the top panel and the front panel of the case body 1.

When the outer cover 2 is in a closed state, the outer cover can also completely cover three surfaces of the box body 1, and the covering of the outer cover 2 can enhance the isolation of the cigarettes from air in the directions of the three surfaces so as to enhance the moisture-keeping and damp-proof effects of the cigarettes. Wherein the three faces should be connected three faces. For example, the outer lid 2 may completely cover the top, front, and bottom panels of the case body 1.

The outer lid 2 may also completely cover four sides of the case 1 when in the closed state. The cover of the outer cover 2 can enhance the isolation of the cigarette from the air in the directions of the four surfaces, and the included angles formed by the four surfaces can also increase the protection of the included angles of the box body 1, so as to prevent the water in the air from permeating and the original water of the cigarette from losing due to the abrasion of the included angles of the box body 1.

In one example, at least five sides of the outer lid 2 may completely cover or mostly cover corresponding sides of the case 1 when in the closed state.

When five at least faces of enclosing cover 2 can cover box body 1 completely, enclosing cover 2 can form half to enclose or even the full surrounding state to box body 1, strengthens the isolation of cigarette in the box body 1 from a plurality of directions and air to the moisture-proof effect of moisturizing of reinforcing cigarette. And, the contained angle that enclosing cover 2 formed can protect the contained angle that box body 1 corresponds to prevent the wearing and tearing of 1 contained angle of box body, thereby strengthen the moist dampproofing effect of guarantor of cigarette.

In a possible case, at least five faces of the outer lid 2 may also cover the corresponding faces of the box 1 for the most part. The most covering means that the cover 2 does not cover the entire surface of the case 1 when the cover covers the corresponding surface. For example, the cover 2 is provided with a hollow pattern, and the bottom surface of the cover 2 is provided with an isosceles trapezoid or the like whose base is one side of the bottom panel of the case 1. The specific manner in which the outer cover 2 covers most of the area can be set as desired, and the application is not limited.

In one example, five sides of the cover 2 may completely cover or mostly cover the corresponding side of the case 1 when the cover 2 is in a closed state, and the other side of the cover 2 corresponds to the side of the case 1 having the largest area. Specifically, the outer lid 2 has five faces, which may form a rectangular parallelepiped with one side open, and the other face of the outer lid 2 is the face corresponding to the open side, that is, the face corresponding to the rear panel of the box body 1 when the outer lid 2 is in the closed state. This surface is generally the largest surface area of the case 1.

In addition, in order to fix the cover 2 to the case 1 after closing, when the cover 2 can completely cover at least five surfaces of the case 1, the cover 2 can form a half-enclosed state with respect to the case 1, and the cover 2 can be directly and completely fastened to the case 1 to be fixed to the case 1. When the outer cover 2 can not be fixed by self-buckling, the fixation can be realized by the magnetic attraction of the magnetic parts respectively arranged in the outer cover 2 and the box body 1; or, the box body 1 and the outer cover 2 are respectively provided with a groove and a plug-in corresponding to the groove, and the outer cover 2 is fixed on the box body 1 through the matching of the groove and the plug-in; and so on.

In one example, the outer cap 2 may be provided with an auxiliary opening 3 for facilitating a user to open the outer cap 2 through the auxiliary opening 3. Wherein the number of the auxiliary openings 3 provided may be determined according to the shape of the outer cap 2. For example, the outer cover 2 includes a top surface, a main surface, and a bottom surface, and the auxiliary opening 3 may be provided on the bottom surface of the outer cover 2; alternatively, the outer lid 2 may include a top surface, a main surface, a left side surface, and a right side surface, and the auxiliary opening 3 may be provided on the left side surface and the right side surface of the outer lid 2; and so on. Specifically, the outer lid 2 may be provided with auxiliary openings 3 on the main surface, bottom surface, left side surface, and right side surface. In a possible case, at least one of the four faces is provided with an auxiliary opening 3 to facilitate the opening of the cover 2 by the user through the auxiliary opening 3.

In addition, when the auxiliary openings 3 are provided in two opposite surfaces (e.g., left and right side surfaces) of the exterior cover 2, the two auxiliary openings 3 may be provided at symmetrical positions so that a user can open the exterior cover 2 by applying a force together from the two opposite surfaces.

In one example, the case 1 is a trapezoidal body having only one inclined surface, and the opening is located on the inclined surface. That is to say, the length of the front panel of the box body 1 is less than that of the rear panel of the box body 1, and the left side panel and the right side panel of the box body 1 are right-angled trapezoids with inclined edges facing upwards. After the cigarette is placed in the box body 1, the cigarette holder part of the cigarette can be exposed, and a user can take the cigarette conveniently. Wherein, the difference of the length of the front panel and the rear panel of box body 1 can set up as required, and this application does not do the restriction to this.

In one example, since the top panel of the box 1 may be a slope to facilitate the user to take the cigarette, the box 1 may further include a support portion 4 in order to prevent the outer lid 2 from being pressed against the cigarette by an external force after being closed. As shown in fig. 2, the supporting portion 4 is connected to one side of the opening of the box body 1, and when the outer lid 2 is in the closed state, the supporting portion 4 can contact with the top surface of the outer lid 2 and the air-isolated surface of the main surface, and is used for supporting the top surface of the outer lid 2 to protect the cigarette from being squeezed.

Specifically, the support portion 4 may be connected to the front panel, the left side panel, and the right side panel of the case 1. The part of the supporting part 4 connected with the front panel of the box body 1 can be provided with a gap, so that the supporting part 4 is in a U-shaped structure, the cigarette holder of the cigarette is exposed from the gap, and the cigarette is convenient for a user to take. Alternatively, the support portion 4 may be provided as two independent sub-support portions, which are respectively connected with the left and right side panels of the case 1. Wherein, the supporting part 4 can be detachably connected with the box body 1, so that a user can reserve or remove the box body according to the requirement.

In one example, the box 1 may further include a moisture-retaining layer (not shown), which is located inside the box 1, and is attached to the inner wall of the box 1 and directly contacts with the cigarettes. The moisture-keeping layer has good sealing performance, can fully cover the cigarettes, can further prevent the cigarettes from being affected with moisture and the original moisture loss, and enhances the moisture-keeping and moisture-proof effects of the cigarettes. The moisture-keeping layer can be a structure independent of the box body 1 or a structure integrated with the box body 1, and a commonly used moisture-keeping layer can be made of aluminum foil paper.

In one example, the outer surfaces of the case 1 and the outer lid 2 may have a plastic shrink film (not shown). The plastic shrink film can form smooth and tough surfaces outside the box body 1 and the outer cover 2, the box body 1 and the outer cover 2 are protected from being punctured, scratched and the like under the action of external force, the reliability of isolating cigarettes from air is improved, and the cigarettes are further prevented from being affected with damp and the loss of original moisture in the cigarettes.

In one example, to increase the moisture and humidity retaining effect of the cigarettes, the thickness of a single face of the body 1 and/or that of the outer lid 2 of the cigarette pack may be 0.29mm to 0.31 mm. The cigarette can be enhanced to be isolated from the air by the single surface of the thickened box body 1 and/or the single surface of the outer cover 2, so that the cigarette can be kept in a good state. The single faces of the box 1 and of the cover 2 are, among others, the faces formed by the wrapper which constitutes the packet. The packaging material mainly comprises paper, plastic and the like.

In an embodiment of the application, the box of the cigarette box is used for containing cigarettes, and the outer cover of the cigarette box is connected with one side of the opening of the box and can completely cover at least two surfaces of the box when the outer cover is closed. The outer cover covers the box body, so that the isolation between the cigarettes and the air can be enhanced, and the moisture-keeping and damp-proof effects of the cigarettes are improved. Moreover, the improved cigarette case can be packaged by a machine, so that the moisture-keeping and damp-proof effects on cigarettes are enhanced on the basis of production automation.

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (9)

1. A cigarette package, comprising:

the cigarette box comprises a box body and a cigarette box body, wherein the box body comprises an opening and an accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating cigarettes;

the outer cover is connected with one side of the opening and used for opening and closing the opening, and at least two surfaces of the outer cover completely cover the corresponding surfaces of the box body when the opening is closed by the outer cover;

when the opening is closed by the outer cover, at least five faces of the outer cover completely cover or mostly cover corresponding faces of the box body.

2. The cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein five faces of the outer lid cover completely or mostly a corresponding face of the case in a state where the opening is closed by the outer lid, and the other face of the outer lid corresponds to a face of the case having a largest area.

3. The cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the outer lid has a secondary opening for facilitating opening of the outer lid by a user.

4. The cigarette package of claim 3, wherein one of the side surfaces of the outer lid completely covers a corresponding surface of the opening in a state where the opening is closed by the outer lid, and at least one other side surface of the outer lid is provided with the auxiliary opening.

5. The cigarette case of claim 1, wherein the case body is a trapezoidal body having only one inclined surface, the opening is located on the inclined surface, and a junction between a bottom surface of the trapezoidal body and the inclined surface is connected to the outer cover.

6. The cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein the case body includes a support portion connected to one side of the opening, the support portion supporting one side surface of the outer lid, which completely covers a surface corresponding to the opening, in a state where the opening is closed by the outer lid.

7. The cigarette case of claim 1, wherein the case comprises a moisture retention layer located within the case and attached to an inner wall of the case.

8. The cigarette package of claim 1, wherein the outer surfaces of the case and the outer lid have plastic shrink films.

9. The cigarette case according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the single face of the case and/or the thickness of the single face of the outer lid is 0.29mm to 0.31 mm.
