Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present embodiment is not intended to limit the present invention.
(embodiment mode)
Hereinafter, a dish washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a side cross-sectional view of a dish washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1 shows a cross section of the dishwasher after the dishwasher is inserted into the integrated kitchen SK.
As shown in fig. 1, the dish washing machine of the present embodiment includes a main body 1, a door 1a, a washing tub 2, a washing pump 6, a water supply valve 10, and the like.
In the following description, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the front direction is a direction in which the door 1a and the cleaning tank 2 are pulled out, and the rear direction is a direction in which the cleaning tank 2 is housed and the door 1a is closed. The explanation will be given with the side on which the dishwasher is installed being the lower side and the opposite side thereof being the upper side, and with the right side being the right side and the left side being the left side, facing the front of the door 1a, as shown in fig. 2, for example.
The washing tub 2 includes a dish basket 4, a washing nozzle 7, a drain port 8, a residue filter 8a, and the like. The cleaning tank 2 is provided inside the casing 1, and is configured to be able to be taken out or put in the cleaning tank 2 in the front-rear direction. Cleaning tank 2 has opening 2a opened in the upper surface. When cleaning tub 2 is housed in main body 1, opening 2a is closed by lid 3 disposed in main body 1. The dish basket 4 is placed with objects 5 to be washed such as dishes.
Door 1a is provided at the front of washing tub 2, and opens and closes an opening in the front surface of main body 1. The water supply valve 10 is provided inside the rear of the main body 1. For example, tap water as washing water is supplied into washing tub 2 by opening water supply valve 10.
The cleaning apparatus for cleaning the object 5 to be cleaned includes a cleaning pump 6, a cleaning nozzle 7, a heater 9, and the like. Cleaning pump 6 is provided outside the bottom surface of cleaning tank 2, and cleaning nozzle 7 is provided near the bottom inside cleaning tank 2. Washing pump 6 is for pressurizing washing water stored in washing tub 2 and supplying the pressurized washing water to washing nozzle 7, that is, for pressurizing and conveying the washing water to washing nozzle 7. The washing nozzle 7 sprays washing water toward the object 5 to be washed while rotating by a reaction force of the spray of the washing water conveyed under pressure. The washing water ejected from the washing nozzle 7 collides with the objects to be washed 5 such as tableware to wash away dirt, and is washed. The washing water includes a washing liquid that contains a detergent and is sprayed to the object 5 to be washed, and rinsing water for rinsing the object 5 to be washed.
The drain port 8 is provided at the bottom of the washing tub 2. Heater 9 is provided near the bottom in cleaning tank 2. The residue filter 8a is detachably provided in the drain port 8, and collects the residue washed and removed from the object 5. The heater 9 is used to heat the washing water accumulated in the washing tub 2 in the washing step. In the drying step, the heater 9 heats the air in the cleaning tank 2 to dry the object 5 to be cleaned in the cleaning tank 2. Temperature sensor 11 is disposed outside the bottom surface of washing tub 2, and is formed of, for example, a thermistor. Temperature sensor 11 detects the temperature of the cleaning water, air, and the like in cleaning tub 2.
The suction side of washing pump 6 communicates with drain port 8, and sucks the washing water from which the residue has been removed by residue filter 8a and circulates the washing water in washing tub 2. The washing pump 6 is configured to reverse the rotation direction of the motor when circulating the washing water, so that the washing pump 6 functions as a drain pump for discharging the washing water from which the residue is removed to the outside. Further, a drain pump for draining water may be separately provided, and the washing pump 6 may be dedicated to washing water circulation.
A drying device for drying the object 5 to be cleaned is provided between the cleaning tank 2 and the door 1 a. The drying device includes a blower fan 14, an exhaust port 17, a heater 9, an air supply passage 12 as a 2 nd communication passage, a communication passage 13 serving as an exhaust passage, an air intake passage 15 extending to the blower fan 14, an air intake filter 16 provided in the air intake passage 15, and the like. The air supply passage 12 and the communication passage 13 communicate the inside of the cleaning tank 2 with the outside of the main body 1, respectively. Further, the exhaust port 17 is disposed in the door 1 a.
The blower fan 14 is disposed in the air supply passage 12. An intake passage 15 is provided upstream of the blower fan 14. An intake filter 16 is disposed in the intake passage 15. The blower fan 14 is for introducing outside air (outside air) into the cleaning tub 2. The air in cleaning tank 2 is discharged from exhaust port 17 to the outside through communication passage 13 by the introduction pressure of the air. The intake filter 16 is used to collect dust and the like contained in the sucked air. As described above, the heater 9 heats the air introduced by the blower fan 14 through the air supply passage 12 in the drying step to generate the drying air.
The cleaning tank 2 has a lower cover 18 disposed at a lower portion. The lower cover 18 covers and hides the components such as the cleaning pump 6, piping, and wiring. This improves the appearance of the main body 1 when it is pulled out from the cleaning tank 2. The lower cover 18 has an intake passage opening 15a that opens into the space inside the main body 1.
As shown in fig. 1, control unit 19 is disposed in space S2 between cleaning tank 2 and door 1 a. The control unit 19 controls the cleaning device, the blower fan 14, and the like at least during any one of the cleaning operation in the cleaning step, the rinsing step, and the drying step. The control unit 19 controls the operation of the blower fan 14 of the communicating portion particularly in the drying step. This efficiently dries the object 5 to be cleaned and the inside of the cleaning tank 2. As a result, the drying time in the drying step can be shortened.
The dish washing machine according to the present embodiment is configured as described above.
Hereinafter, the structure around the intake passage 15 of the dishwasher will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the dishwasher as viewed from below. Fig. 3 is a main part perspective view of the dishwasher as seen from below of the lower cover 18. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the dishwasher as seen in vertical section near the intake passage 15.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the lower cover 18 has an intake passage 15, an intake passage opening 15a, and the like on the bottom surface. The lower cover 18 has a lattice portion 16a integrally disposed on the upstream side of the intake filter 16. The lattice portion 16a is used to prevent the intake air filter 16 from being sucked into, for example, the cleaner when dust and the like collected by the intake air filter 16 are sucked by the cleaner. That is, first, the intake filter 16 is temporarily fixed to the intake passage 15 on the side of the washing tank 2. Then, the intake filter 16 is completely fixed to the intake passage 15 by mounting the lower cover 18.
Accordingly, the intake filter 16 can be prevented from being visually recognized from the outside during normal use, and thus the reduction in the aesthetic appearance of the dishwasher can be suppressed. On the other hand, the user can easily check the dirt state of the intake filter 16 by pulling out the cleaning tub 2. Further, the dust collected by the intake filter 16 can be sucked by a vacuum cleaner or the like at an appropriate timing to clean the intake filter 16. In addition, the intake filter 16 can be replaced by detaching the lower cover 18. That is, the maintenance of the intake filter 16 can be easily performed by the above-described operation. This prevents a decrease in the amount of air sucked into cleaning tank 2 during the drying step. As a result, a decrease in drying efficiency can be suppressed and a high drying efficiency can be maintained.
In the above embodiment, the configuration in which the intake filter 16 is disposed on the bottom surface of the lower cover 18 has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the intake filter 16 may be provided on the left and right side surfaces 18a of the lower cover 18. This can provide the same effect as that of the structure in which the intake air filter 16 is disposed on the bottom surface of the lower cover 18.
As described above, the dish washing machine of the present embodiment includes: a main body 1; a dish basket 4 for storing the objects to be washed 5; a washing tub 2 provided in the main body 1 and receiving a dish basket 4; a door 1a for opening and closing the door 1a to take out or put in the dish basket 4 in the front-rear direction; and a cleaning device such as a cleaning pump 6 for cleaning the object 5 to be cleaned. Further, the dish washing machine includes: a blower fan 14, an air intake passage 15, and an air intake filter 16, the blower fan 14 introducing outside air into the interior of the washing tub 2; a lower cover 18 covering the lower part of the cleaning tank 2; and a control unit 19 that performs at least one of a cleaning step, a rinsing step, and a drying step in the course of the cleaning operation. The lower cover 18 has an intake passage opening 15a of the intake passage 15. With this configuration, the intake air filter 16 can be prevented from being visually recognized from the front. Further, maintenance such as cleaning of the intake passage 15 and the intake filter 16 and replacement of the intake filter 16 can be easily performed.
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration of the dish washing machine having pull-out washing tub 2 has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can also be applied to a pull-out type dish washing machine shown in fig. 5.
Here, as an example, a drawer-type dish washing machine will be described with reference to fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the pull-out type dish washing machine has a washing tub 72 formed inside a main body 71. Door 73 is supported by support rail 74 and is slidable in the front-rear direction, thereby opening and closing front surface opening 72a of cleaning tub 72. The dish basket 75 is supported by the basket rail 76, locked to the door 73, and slidable in the front-rear direction. The blower and the communication portion are disposed inside the door 73. The door 73 has an exhaust port 77 at the front surface. The blower is configured to be able to introduce outside air from an opening 78 provided on a side surface, a lower surface, or the like of the door 73. The intake filter 16 is disposed inside an opening 78 provided in a side surface or a lower surface of the door 73. Thus, also in the pull-out type dish washing machine as shown in fig. 5, the same operation and effect as those of the dish washing machine of pull-out type washing tub 2 can be obtained.
As described above, the dishwasher of the present invention includes: a main body; a dish basket for receiving objects to be washed; a washing tank provided in the main body for receiving the dish basket; a door which is opened and closed to take out or put in the tableware basket along the front and back direction; and a cleaning device for cleaning the object to be cleaned. Further, the dish washing machine includes: an air supply fan for introducing external air into the interior of the cleaning tank; a lower cover covering a lower portion of the cleaning tank; and a control unit that performs at least one of a cleaning step, a rinsing step, and a drying step during the cleaning operation. The lower cover has an intake passage opening of the intake passage.
In addition, it is desirable that the dish washing mechanism of the present invention is configured such that the intake filter can be replaced by removing the lower cover. With this configuration, maintenance such as cleaning and replacement can be easily performed.
With the above configuration, the intake filter can be prevented from being visually recognized from the front. Further, maintenance such as cleaning of the intake passage and the intake filter and replacement of the intake filter can be easily performed.
Industrial applicability
The dishwasher of the present invention is useful as a household dishwasher because it can prevent the intake filter from being visually recognized from the front and can easily perform maintenance such as cleaning and replacement.
