In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-4, the roller 32 may be a hollow shaft, as shown in fig. 5, two conductors may be disposed inside the hollow shaft of the roller 32, and the two conductors may be electrically isolated from each other, and the wires inside the flat wires 33 and the wires inside the first cable 301 are respectively connected to the two conductors to form two conductive circuits, and the conductors may be fixed inside the shaft of the roller 32 to ensure stable electrical connection, and when the roller 32 rotates, the flat wires 33 can be correspondingly wound or unwound around the roller 32, so that the wires are not pulled or twisted, and the electrical connection between the wires and the conductors is not affected. The utility model discloses the crooked that probably takes place when being pulled out and being rolled up with the cable is offset with the mode of twisting reverse winding of adoption platykurtic wire to ensure stable electricity in the terminal box and connect and receive the smooth and easy of acting as go-between.
In some preferred modes, the flat wire is a round wire or a nearly round wire, and the flat wire used in the present invention means that the ratio of the length and the width of the wire cross section (or the major axis and the minor axis of the ellipse) is large, such as long: a width > 5:1 or a similar shape. In some preferred modes, the flat lead can also adopt a shape structure with a cross section close to a diamond shape or a shape structure close to a rectangle. Generally, the flat wire meets the shape requirement that the width of the winding contact surface is larger than that of the winding side surface, and is convenient to wind and form. In some preferred modes, the flat lead can be made of the same material as the existing lead without changing the material of the lead outer covering wire or made of a plastic material with a shell more flexible than the existing lead.
Compared with a round wire, the flat wire is easy to wind, the flat wire is easy to form a neat coil after being wound, the round wire is easy to form an irregular coil during winding, similarly, a ribbon can be easily wound and stacked, but a wool is not suitable for stacking winding and only can wind a wool ball in multiple directions, the wool ball is easy to knot and disorder once being loosened, and the ribbon is not easy to knot after being loosened, in addition, the flat wire is adopted, because the wire and the ribbon are different, the flat wire has certain hardness and flexibility, and the whole body can keep the direction and the flexibility of the wound under the condition of partial loosening once being wound, so the flat wire can be used as a wire for assisting winding, no matter whether a cable is wound or unwound, the flat wire on the other side can be synchronously wound or unwound, and can be synchronously wound or unwound (the winding direction of the flat wire is related), the flat wire is confined in the cable storage box, and even if the flat wire is released outwards to form a loose coil, the shape and texture of the flat wire are not scattered, and the flat wire can be quickly formed into a regular coil once being subjected to pulling force.
In some preferred modes, the flat conducting wire can be wound or loosened around the rolling shaft 32 in a single-row winding line mode, the single-row winding line can well avoid the problem of easy winding and knotting caused by multiple rows of winding lines, and meanwhile shaking in the cable stretching or retracting process can be reduced, and smooth stretching is ensured.
In some preferred forms, a portion of the roller 32 may extend beyond the cable receiving area and the flat wire may be wound around the portion of the roller. The whole of the flat wire 33 is confined in the space between the roller and the housing and thus does not scatter.
In some preferred modes, as shown in fig. 3, the outer end of the flat wire 33 may be provided with a connection board 34, which may be a circuit board or a common connection board, and the connection board is provided with an electrical connection point, and a cable for connecting an external power source or other devices may be used to weld the wire thereof to the connection board to be electrically connected with the flat wire. In some preferred forms, this connection plate may be fixed to the inside of the cable housing. In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, a cable hole 35 may be provided in the cable storage device to allow a cable for connecting an external power source to be inserted and soldered to the connection board. In some preferred modes, a cable socket (replacing the wiring hole) can be arranged on the cable storage device, and is butted and electrically communicated with the circuit board or the connecting board.
Other embodiments of this example are the same as example 1.
Example 4, see figure 8.
In this embodiment, the support assembly 2 further includes a second shaft 22 therein for changing the extension direction of the cable when the cable is pulled. In some preferred modes, when the cable is pulled out, the cable can move along the direction of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotates along the direction of pulling out or retracting the cable, so that hard contact and friction between the cable and other parts are avoided, and the cable is protected.
Other embodiments of this example are the same as example 1.
