12. The head assembly for an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the electro-acoustic module is a speaker.
13. An air conditioner, comprising:
a cabinet having a top opened to define an open opening;
the cap assembly of any one of claims 1-12, said cap being located at said opening.
14. The air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein the top cover closes a portion of the open opening such that the remaining portion of the open opening defines an escape opening.
15. An air conditioner according to claim 13 wherein the top wall of the housing has a positioning slot and the top cover has a downwardly extending positioning post that engages the positioning slot.
16. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 15, wherein the positioning posts comprise at least one first positioning plate extending downward and a plurality of second positioning plates extending downward, the plurality of second positioning plates are arranged in parallel, and the first positioning plates are connected with the second positioning plates in a staggered manner.
