the household appliance packaging box enters a packaging box code spraying printing section on a production line;
scanning the household appliance model information in the household appliance packaging box by a code scanning gun;
the control component instructs the lateral positioning mechanism and the fixed edge blocking mechanism to be mutually matched according to the obtained household appliance model information, and mutually matched with the vertical blocking mechanism to limit the household appliance packaging box at a code spraying position;
the bidirectional moving module drives the code spraying machine to move to a proper code spraying operation position according to the instruction of the control assembly;
the code spraying machine sprays codes to print corresponding two-dimensional code information according to the instruction of the control assembly;
after the code spraying and printing are finished, the household appliance packaging box enters the next process flow;
and the code spraying machine, the bidirectional moving module and the lateral positioning mechanism return to the initial state to prepare for the next code spraying operation.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic code spraying system for a packing box disclosed in embodiment 1.
In the embodiment 1, on a household appliance production line, a household appliance passes through a household appliance packaging device 10 and then enters a household appliance packaging box code spraying section; two sides of the household appliance assembly line 7 are respectively provided with an assembly line edge side 70, and the household appliance packaging box 9 is limited on a roller line of the assembly line in the edge side 70; the code scanning gun 1 is fixedly connected to a proper height position on the code scanning gun support 2, and the code scanning gun support 2 is fixedly installed on a floor of a construction site; an equipment frame 3 is adjacently arranged at the same side of the code scanning gun 1, four movable horse wheels are arranged at the bottom of the equipment frame 3 and are installed at four vertex angle positions of the four movable horse wheels, a frame platform horizontally arranged on the equipment frame 3 is provided with a bidirectional moving module 4 in the same direction as the production line, a code spraying assembly 5 is arranged on the bidirectional moving module 4, a fixed edge barrier plate 8 is fixedly arranged on the edge side 70 of the production line adjacent to the bidirectional moving module 4, the fixed edge barrier plate 8 is integrally rectangular, one long edge end of the fixed edge barrier plate 8 is fixedly connected with the edge side 70 of the production line, and the other long edge end extends to the roller line; the other side of the household appliance production line opposite to the fixed edge blocking plate 8 is provided with the lateral positioning mechanism 6, the fixed edge blocking mechanism 8 is matched with the lateral positioning mechanism 6, and the household appliance packaging box can be fixed at a set code spraying position.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a bidirectional moving module of the automatic code spraying system for packing cases disclosed in embodiment 2.
In embodiment 2, the bidirectional moving module includes a rectangular mounting base 41, a first fixing member 411 is disposed at a left side end of the mounting base 41, a second fixing member 412 is disposed at a right side end of the mounting base 41, and two parallel linear guide rails 42 are disposed and mounted between the first fixing member 411 and the second fixing member 412 on both sides of an upper surface of the mounting base 41;
a lead screw 40 is arranged between the first fixed part 411 and the second fixed part 412, two ends of the lead screw 40 are respectively and rotatably connected with the first fixed part 411 and the second fixed part 412, a movable part 413 matched with the lead screw is arranged on the linear guide rail 42, an opening matched with the lead screw 40 is arranged on the movable part 413, the lead screw 40 is arranged in the opening on the movable part 413, and the movable part 413 can move on the linear guide rail 42 under the driving of the lead screw 40;
the right end part of the screw rod 40 is connected with a servo motor 44, the servo motor 44 drives the screw rod 40 to rotate, and the screw rod 40 drives the movable component 413 to move on the linear guide rail 42;
the servo motor 44 is fixedly mounted on the mounting base 41 through the second fixing member 412;
a code spraying assembly mounting platform 43 is mounted on the movable component 413, a code spraying assembly transverse moving table 46 is arranged on the code spraying assembly mounting platform 43, an air cylinder telescopic mechanism is mounted between the code spraying assembly transverse moving table 46 and the code spraying assembly mounting platform 43, and transverse movement of the code spraying assembly transverse moving table 46 is achieved through driving of the air cylinder telescopic mechanism;
an ink-jet printer fixing support is arranged on the ink-jet printer assembly transverse moving table 46, a fixing frame 48 of the ink-jet printer fixing support is fixedly connected with a support base 47 to form an L-shaped ink-jet printer fixing support, and the support base 47 is installed on the ink-jet printer assembly transverse moving table 46;
a spring 45 is arranged between the bracket base 47 and the ink-jet printer transverse moving platform 46, and the bracket base 47 and the ink-jet printer transverse moving platform 46 can move mutually when the spring 45 deforms under the action of external force;
the fixed frame 48 is a rectangular frame structure, the outer side of the fixed frame is provided with four guide wheels 49, and the four guide wheels 49 are respectively and fixedly arranged at four vertex angles of the rectangular frame structure;
the ink-jet printer 5 is arranged on an L-shaped ink-jet printer fixing support, and the ink-jet printing end of the ink-jet printer 5 is fixedly arranged in a fixing frame 48.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a lateral positioning mechanism of the automatic code spraying system for packing boxes disclosed in embodiment 3.
