As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that, in order to increase the contact area between the adjustment limiting structure 400 and the transverse tensioned retaining wall 200, a second limiting portion 403 is disposed at an end of the first limiting portion 402, an abutting surface 404 is formed at a side of the second limiting portion 403 and a bottom of the second limiting portion 403, and the abutting surface 404 abuts against a side of the transverse tensioned retaining wall 200 and a top or a protruding portion of the top, so as to achieve a better abutting effect, prevent the tensioned retaining wall 300 from moving, better ensure that a central axis of the tensioned screw 601 coincides with a central axis of the precast pile forming mold 100, and preferably, an arc transition section is disposed between the first limiting portion 402, the second limiting portion 403 and the fixing plate 401, so as to reduce stress concentration and improve the overall structural strength of the adjustment limiting structure 400, wherein the second limiting portion 403 and the first limiting portion 402 can be integrally formed, the fixing device can be detachably or non-detachably fixedly connected in a fixing mode such as welding, clamping and the like.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not limited thereto, and different embodiments can be obtained by performing targeted adjustment according to actual needs. For example, a groove may be formed on the lateral tensioning retaining wall 200, the second limiting portion 403 of the adjusting limiting structure 400 may be inserted into the groove to limit, or the second limiting portion 403 of the adjusting limiting structure 400 may be reversely locked with one side of the protrusion structure 900. This is not illustrated here, since many implementations are possible.

Claims (10)

1. A precast pile forming die set is characterized by comprising:
two transversely-tensioned retaining walls which are longitudinally arranged at intervals and oppositely arranged;
the precast pile forming dies are sequentially arranged between the two transverse tensioning retaining walls along the transverse direction and are provided with tensioning screws;
the transverse tensioning retaining wall is provided with a transverse adjusting hole through which a tensioning screw rod can longitudinally penetrate, the transverse tensioning retaining wall is provided with a tensioning baffle, and the tensioning baffle is provided with a through hole through which the tensioning screw rod can be radially positioned so that the central line of the precast pile forming die coincides with the central axis of the tensioning screw rod.
2. The precast pile forming die set according to claim 1, wherein the tension baffle is detachably fitted to a side end of the transverse tension retaining wall away from the precast pile forming die by adjusting a limiting structure, so that the tension baffle is displaced and fixed along the length and height directions of the transverse tension retaining wall, so that the center line of the through hole coincides with the center line of the precast pile forming die.

The precast pile forming die set according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting and limiting structure comprises a fixing plate and a first limiting part, the fixing plate is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the tensioning baffle plate, at least part of the fixing plate is flush with the top surface of the tensioning baffle plate and/or at least part of the fixing plate protrudes out of the top surface of the tensioning baffle plate, the first limiting part is arranged on the top surface of the fixing plate along the length direction of the precast pile forming die, the first limiting part abuts against the top of the transverse tensioning baffle wall, and the first limiting part is pressed against the top of the transverse tensioning baffle wall under the action of gravity of the tensioning baffle plate.

The precast pile forming die set according to claim 3, wherein the adjusting and limiting structure further comprises a second limiting portion, and the second limiting portion is connected to one end of the first limiting portion, which is far away from the fixing plate, and abuts against the inner surface of the transverse tensioned retaining wall.
5. The precast pile forming die set according to claim 1, wherein the height of the tension baffle is greater than or equal to the height from the upper wall body to the lower wall body of the transverse tension retaining wall.

The precast pile forming die set according to claim 1, further comprising a supporting member at the top of the transverse tensioned retaining wall, wherein the supporting member facilitates displacement of the adjusting and limiting structure along the height direction of the transverse tensioned retaining wall and supports the adjusting and limiting structure.
7. A precast pile forming die set according to claim 6, wherein the supporting member comprises supporting seats which are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the transverse tensioned retaining wall, and the supporting seats are provided with a plurality of stages of clamping grooves for the first limiting parts to pass through in the vertical direction.
8. The precast pile forming die set according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding groove which is located at the top of the transverse tensioned retaining wall and facilitates the supporting member to slide arbitrarily along the length direction of the transverse tensioned retaining wall.
9. The precast pile forming die set according to claim 1, further comprising a protruding structure fixedly connected to an outer edge of the top of the transverse tensioned retaining wall and supporting the adjusting and limiting structure.
10. A precast pile forming die set according to claim 9, wherein the axial projection of the projection structure is L-shaped or trapezoidal.
