a multilayer composite device, which comprises a first unreeling roller, a second unreeling roller, a third unreeling roller, a first composite roller, a second composite roller and a shearing mechanism, the first unwinding roller is used for unwinding a first cloth, the second unwinding roller is used for unwinding a second cloth, the second cloth is wider than the first cloth, the third unwinding roller is used for unwinding a developing material, the first composite roller is arranged at the intersection of the unwinding paths of the first unwinding roller and the third unwinding roller, the first compound roller is used for compounding the developing material to the first cloth, the shearing mechanism is arranged between the third unwinding roller and the first compound roller, the second compound roller is arranged at the intersection of the unwinding paths of the first compound roller and the second unwinding roller, the second composite roller is used for compositing the first cloth and the second cloth which are composited with the developing material;
the cloth folding device comprises a folding mechanism and a folding mechanism, the folding mechanism and the folding mechanism are sequentially arranged on a conveying path behind the second composite roller, the folding mechanism is used for folding two side edges of the second cloth onto the first cloth, and the folding mechanism is used for folding the folded cloth along a central line;

the hanging belt device comprises a hanging belt unwinding roller and a hanging belt folding feeding mechanism, the hanging belt unwinding roller is used for unwinding hanging belts, the hanging belt folding feeding mechanism is arranged between the hanging belt unwinding roller and the conveying channel, and the hanging belt folding feeding mechanism is used for folding the hanging belts and then cutting the hanging belts, and conveying the hanging belts subjected to folding and cutting to be compounded with cloth on the conveying channel;

and the pressing device comprises a plurality of pressing rollers, the pressing rollers are arranged on a conveying path behind the third folding mechanism, and the pressing rollers are used for pressing the folded cloth.
2. The apparatus for producing a medical abdominal sheet according to claim 1, wherein a heating mechanism for heat-sealing said developing material to said first fabric is installed in said first combining roll.
