In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the hinge mechanism 300 may include a first hinge plate 310 provided on the hotpot tub 100, a second hinge plate 320 provided on the connection portion 220, and a connection shaft 330.

A connecting hole is provided on each of the first hinge plate 310 and the second hinge plate 320. In the installed state, one end of the connecting shaft 330 may be insertably inserted through the connecting holes of the first and

310 and 320, so that the connecting portion 220 is rotatably connected to the rim of the hotpot tub 100. The connecting shaft 330 forms a hinge connection structure with the first hinge plate 310 and the second hinge plate 320 by adopting a pluggable connection manner, so that the hot pot basin 100 and the dump bucket 200 can be conveniently detached.

Specifically, the first hinge plate 310 may be disposed above the rim 110. The second hinge plate 320 may be disposed at an underside of the connection part 220. This may allow the hinge mechanism 300 to be hidden between the rim 110 and the connecting portion 220 in the connected state. The number of the second hinge plates 320 may be at least one. For example, the number of the first hinge plates 310 is two, and the first hinge plates are arranged on the pot rim 110 in parallel; the second hinge plates 320 are also two in number, and are arranged in parallel with each other on the connecting portion 220; in the connected state, the two second hinge plates 320 on the connecting portion 220 are located between the two first hinge plates 310 on the rim 110, and one end of the connecting shaft 330 that can be inserted and pulled through the connecting holes on the two first hinge plates 310 and the two second hinge plates 320, so that the two first hinge plates 310 and the two second hinge plates 320 form a hinge connecting structure.

Further, a partition member 120 is further provided in the hotpot tub 100, so that the hotpot tub 100 is divided into at least two parts.

For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the partition 120 may include a cylindrical partition 121. The cylindrical partition member 121 may be disposed at the middle of the hotpot tub 100, so that the interior of the hotpot tub 100 may be divided into an inner portion and an outer portion. When in use, the inner part and the outer part can be respectively filled with soup bases with different tastes.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the dividing member 120 may further include a plurality of dividing plates 122 disposed between the cylindrical dividing member 121 and the tub wall of the hot pot tub 100. The plurality of partition plates 122 are uniformly distributed in the annular accommodation space between the cylindrical partition member 121 and the bowl wall of the hot pot basin 100, and partition the space into different regions. So that different regions can be respectively filled with soup bases with different tastes, and different food materials can be respectively filled in different regions.

Preferably, the dividing plate 122 may be 6-10 pieces, so that the annular accommodating space between the cylindrical dividing member 121 and the wall of the hot pot basin 100 can be divided into 6-10 parts for containing dishes. The number of the skip buckets 200 may also be 6 to 10, which are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the hotpot tub 100. Each skip 200 may be located in the cooking space between two adjacent dividing plates 122.

In some embodiments, a bridge 230 is also provided on the screen section 210. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the overlapping part 230 is provided at an end of the filter screen part 210 opposite to the connection part 220. Specifically, the overlapping part 230 and the filter screen part 210 may be integrally formed by machining or the like, or may be connected together by welding, riveting, or connecting means such as bolts and screws.

In some embodiments, dump bucket 200 further comprises a handle portion 240 connected to connecting portion 220. a connecting hole is formed in each of the first hinge plate (310) and the second hinge plate (320);

in the mounting state, one end of the connecting shaft (330) can be inserted and pulled through the connecting holes on the first hinge plate (310) and the second hinge plate (320), so that the connecting part (220) can be rotatably connected with the edge of the hot pot basin (100).

3. The chafing dish with a tipper according to claim 2, wherein a pot rim (110) is provided on the top of the chafing dish pot (100);

the pan rim (110) is formed at the top edge of the hotpot tub (100) in a manner of protruding outward in a horizontal direction.

The chafing dish with a dump box according to claim 3, wherein the first hinge plate (310) is provided above the rim (110); the second hinge plate (320) is arranged at the lower side of the connecting part (220); such that in the connected state the hinge mechanism (300) is hidden between the pan rim (110) and the connecting portion (220);

or the first hinge plate (310) is arranged below the pot edge (110); the second hinge plate (320) is arranged at the lower side of the connecting part (220); such that in the connected state the hinge mechanism (300) is hidden at the side of the hotpot pan (100) below the pot rim (110).

5. The chafing dish with a dump box according to claim 4, wherein the number of the first hinge plates (310) is at least two, and the first hinge plates are arranged on the pot rim (110) in parallel; the number of the second hinge plates (320) is at least one.

6. The chafing dish with a tipper according to claim 1, wherein the strainer portion (210) is in a strainer structure or a net cage structure;

the filter screen part (210) is in a regular or irregular shape in a plan view.

Chafing dish with a skip according to claim 1, characterized in that the chafing dish pot (100) is circular, quadrangular, hexagonal or octagonal in plan view; and a partition piece (120) is also arranged in the hot pot basin (100), so that the interior of the hot pot basin (100) is divided into at least two parts;

the filter screen part (210) is provided with a lapping part (230), and the lapping part (230) is arranged at one end, opposite to the connecting part (220), of the filter screen part (210).
