The invention relates to a fastening device for two housing parts, in particular for a fan housing part.

In the prior art, housing parts, in particular fan housing parts, are often screwed to one another. However, this is relatively cumbersome in terms of installation.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a fastening device with which two housing parts, in particular fan housing parts, can be easily and safely connected to one another without additional tools.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by: a fastening device of two housing parts is provided, characterized in that at least one projecting locking hook is formed on the first housing part and at least one receptacle is formed on the second housing part, which receptacle is designed with an abutment shoulder for the fixed locking of the locking hook, wherein the receptacle has two guide webs which extend in a V-shape towards one another and thus define a wedge-shaped receptacle space, wherein the locking hook has a wedge shape corresponding to the receptacle space and can be introduced into the receptacle along the guide webs.
Preferably, the housing part is a fan housing part.
Preferably, the locking hook completely fills the accommodation space in the fastened state.
Preferably, the latching hook has an engagement element on its free end pointing in the fastening direction toward the receptacle, which engagement element overlaps the abutment shoulder in the fastened state.

The fastening of the latching hook and the abutment shoulder is a snap connection in the locking sense, wherein the position between the latching hook and the receptacle in the fastened state is obviously locally fixed. The introduction opening for introducing the locking hook into the wedge-shaped accommodation space is wider by accommodation with V-shaped guide webs extending towards each other. The wedge shape of the locking hook correspondingly cooperates with the wedge shape of the receiving space, so that the relatively narrow free end of the locking hook, i.e. the narrow tip of the wedge shape, is first guided in order to be attached to the wide V-shaped introduction opening of the receiving portion. The locking hook is therefore very easy to find the introduction opening, thereby considerably facilitating manual assembly. When the two housing parts are combined, the locking hook slides along the guide web and fills the receiving space more and more until it has reached the final fastening position and engages on the abutment shoulder.
An advantageous embodiment of the fastening device provides that the locking hook completely fills the receiving space in the fastened state. The guide webs of the receptacle then lie on the sides of the locking hooks and contribute to a secure fastening and rotation-prevention of the housing parts.
The at least one latching hook has an engagement element on its free end pointing in the fastening direction toward the receptacle, which engagement element overlaps the abutment shoulder in the fastened state. The locking hook is preferably formed as a hollow body.
A variant of the fastening device is characterized in that the guide webs are spaced apart relative to an axial edge plane of the second housing part, which in the fastened state is bridged by the locking hooks.
The receptacle is therefore also spaced apart from the edge plane, and firstly a free space is provided on the housing part with the receptacle section, into which free space the locking hook can be pre-positioned. In this state, the two housing parts can still be rotated relative to one another, so that the locking hooks can be assigned to the respective receptacles. Once this is done, the latching hook can continue to be guided in the direction of the receptacle and, once the guide web is reached, can be pushed completely into the receptacle of the receptacle.
In addition, in an embodiment of the fastening device, it is provided that the at least one locking hook has a reinforcing web in the direction of its extent towards its free end. The reinforcing web facilitates locking and securing against the abutment shoulder. This ensures the fastening even in the case of vibrations of the housing parts during operation.
The present invention relates in particular to a fan housing having two fan housing parts. The first housing part is preferably designed as a protective grid. The second housing part is, for example, an annular element which surrounds the fan wheel.
Preferably, the fan housing is characterized in that at least three locking hooks are distributed on the protective grid in the circumferential direction and are formed to protrude toward the second housing part. In particular, the distances in the circumferential direction are respectively of the same size, so that each locking hook can be assigned to any one of the receptacles.
As an embodiment variant, it is provided in the fan housing that the protective grid has coaxial circulation struts and radial struts which extend over the circulation struts, and that the locking hooks are spaced apart in the circumferential direction relative to the radial struts.
The fastening device of the invention makes it possible to connect two housing parts, in particular fan housing parts, to one another easily and safely without additional tools.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 4 show exemplary embodiments of fastening devices for two housing parts, which are designed as fan housing parts 2, 3 in the form of a protective grid and a fan ring housing. Three geometrically identical receptacles 6, each having two guide webs 9, are formed integrally on the housing part 3 in the circumferential direction, each at 120 ° intervals. The guide webs 9 extend V-shaped towards each other and define a wedge-shaped receiving space 5 between them.
The housing part 2 designed as a protective grid comprises in the embodiment shown five coaxial circulation struts 8 and nine radial struts 7 and is of axially and radially open construction. The number of circulating struts 8 and radial struts 7 can be matched as desired. Three locking hooks 4 each having a wedge shape corresponding to the accommodation space 5 integrally extend from the housing member 2. On the outside, a reinforcing web 11 is formed on each locking hook 4, which web extends in the direction of the free end of the locking hook along the respective axial extent of the locking hook 4. At their free ends, the latching hooks 4 each have a hook-shaped engagement element 10 which, in the fastened position, engages in or acts behind an abutment shoulder 12 of the respective receptacle.
As shown in fig. 2, the locking hooks 4 can be introduced into the respective receptacles 6 and the respective receiving spaces 5 along the guide webs 9, wherein the locking hooks 4 are initially attachable to one of the guide webs 9 due to the wedge shape and are then axially displaced into a fastening position, which is shown in fig. 4. In this position, the locking hooks 4 completely fill the respective receiving space 5 and rest on the guide webs 9.
The guide web 9 is opposite the axial edge plane 20 of the second housing part 3 over a predetermined length which is substantially spaced from the axial length of the hook engaging elements 10. The locking hook 4 can thus already overlap the second housing part 3, however, a relative rotational movement of the two housing parts 2, 3 is still achieved until the locking hook 4 continues to be guided in the direction of the receptacle 6. The solution with a V-shaped receptacle 6 is also advantageous, since only one locking hook 4 can be fixed even initially, as shown in fig. 3, and then the other two locking hooks can be locked in connection. Therefore, pre-positioning can be performed on one of the accommodating portions 6 before the other locking hook 4 is locked.
The locking hooks 4 are in the embodiment shown configured spaced apart in the circumferential direction with respect to the radial struts 7, i.e. they extend between two adjacent radial struts 7. In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the locking hooks 4 and the accommodating portions 6 is set to three, but only two or more than three locking hooks 4 and accommodating portions 6 may be used as necessary.

Fastening device for two housing parts, characterized in that at least one projecting locking hook (4) is formed on a first housing part (2) and at least one receptacle (6) is formed on a second housing part (3), which receptacle is designed with an abutment shoulder (12) for the fixed locking of the locking hook (4), wherein the receptacle (6) has two guide webs (9) which extend in a V-shape towards one another and thus define a wedge-shaped receiving space (5), wherein the locking hook (4) has a wedge shape corresponding to the receiving space (5) and can be introduced into the receptacle (6) along the guide webs (9).
