The second moving body 110 includes a third connecting portion 113 and a fourth connecting portion 114, the third connecting portion 113 and the fourth connecting portion 114 are connected to form a T-shaped structure, the second clamping body 50 is installed at one end of the third connecting portion 113 far away from the fourth connecting portion 114, and an end surface of one end of the fourth connecting portion 114 connected to the third connecting portion 113 is a fifth limiting portion 112. The sixth limiting portion 23 is a plate-shaped structure fixed on the movable seat 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the movable seat 20 is internally formed with an accommodating space 24 opened at both ends in the first preset direction B (not shown in fig. 6 and 7). The first moving body 100 and the second moving body 110 are both movably disposed in the accommodating space 24. The fourth position-limiting portion 22 is disposed at an opening of one end of the movable seat 20, and the sixth position-limiting portion 23 is disposed at an opening of the other end of the movable seat 20.
The first moving body 100 and the second moving body 110 are movably disposed in the accommodating space 24 of the movable seat 20, and the movable seat 20 can protect the first moving body 100 and the second moving body 110. The fourth limiting portion 22 is disposed at an opening of one end of the movable seat 20, and the sixth limiting portion 23 is disposed at an opening of the other end of the movable seat 20, so that the fourth limiting portion 22 and the sixth limiting portion 23 are conveniently disposed on the movable seat 20.
In this embodiment, the first driving device 61 and the second driving device 62 are also disposed in the accommodating space 24 of the movable seat 20.
The movable seat 20 includes a bottom plate 25, a top plate 26, a first side plate 27 and a second side plate 28, wherein the bottom plate 25 and the top plate 26 are connected through the first side plate 27 and the second side plate 28. The bottom plate 25, the first side plate 27, the top plate 26, and the second side plate 28 collectively define the accommodation space 24. The fourth limiting portion 22 and the sixth limiting portion 23 are fixed at two ends of the bottom plate 25 respectively.
In this embodiment, the top portion 21 of the bottom plate 25 of the movable seat 20 is protruded on the lower surface of the bottom plate 25.
Further, the bottom of the movable seat 20 is provided with a first positioning rod 120 and a second positioning rod 130 extending downward along the vertical direction a. The first positioning rod 120 and the second positioning rod 130 are spaced in the second predetermined direction C. The first preset direction B, the second preset direction C and the vertical direction A are vertical to each other.
First clamping body 40 and second clamping body 50 can cooperate first locating lever 120 and second locating lever 130 respectively with two constant head tanks 310 on the last fitting part 300 before snatching last fitting part 300, realize the location, guarantee that first clamping body 40 and second clamping body 50 can accurately snatch last fitting part 300.
The first positioning rod 120 includes a first rod segment 121, a first elastic member (not shown in fig. 6 and 7), and a second rod segment 122, the second rod segment 122 is axially movably disposed on the first rod segment 121, the first rod segment 121 is connected to the movable seat 20, and the first elastic member is disposed between the first rod segment 121 and the second rod segment 122. The second positioning rod 130 includes a third rod segment 131, a second elastic member (not shown in fig. 6 and 7), and a fourth rod segment 132, the fourth rod segment 132 is axially movably disposed on the third rod segment 131, the third rod segment 131 is connected to the movable seat 20, and the second elastic member is disposed between the third rod segment 131 and the fourth rod segment 132.
In the process of grabbing the upper assembly part 300 placed on the supporting platform, after the first driving mechanism 30 drives the movable seat 20 to move vertically a downward and insert the first positioning rod 120 and the second positioning rod 130 into the two positioning slots 310 of the upper assembly part 300 respectively, after the second rod section 122 of the first positioning rod 120 and the fourth rod section 132 of the second positioning rod 130 contact with the upper surface of the supporting platform, the second rod section 122 will move axially relative to the first rod section 121 and compress the first elastic member, and the fourth rod section 132 will move axially relative to the third rod section 131 and compress the second elastic member, so as to play a buffering role, and prevent the first positioning rod 120 and the second positioning rod 130 from being damaged due to rigid contact with the supporting platform in the process of grabbing the upper assembly part 300.
Optionally, the first positioning rod 120 is movably disposed on the movable seat 20 along the second preset direction C. The second positioning rod 130 is movably disposed on the movable seat 20 along a second predetermined direction C. The positions of the first positioning rod 120 and the second positioning rod 130 in the second predetermined direction C can be adjusted according to different sizes of the upper assembly 300.
In other embodiments, the first positioning rod 120 and the second positioning rod 130 may also be directly fixed to the movable seat 20.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the assembly gripping device 200 further includes a first coupling seat 140, a second coupling seat 150, a first locking member 160, and a second locking member 170. The first connecting seat 140 is movably disposed on the movable seat 20 along the second predetermined direction C, and the first positioning rod 120 is fixed to the first connecting seat 140. The second connecting seat 150 is movably disposed on the movable seat 20 along a second predetermined direction C, and the second positioning rod 130 is fixed to the second connecting seat 150. First locking member 160 is used to lock first coupling seat 140 to movable seat 20. The second locking member 170 is used for locking the second connecting seat 150 with the movable seat 20.
The first connecting seat 140 is movably disposed on the bottom plate 25 of the movable seat 20, the first rod segment 121 is fixed to the first connecting seat 140, two first bar-shaped through holes 251 parallel to each other are disposed on the bottom plate 25, and two first mounting holes arranged at intervals are disposed on the first connecting seat 140. The first locking member 160 includes two first bolt-nut assemblies including a bolt and a nut, the bolt of each first bolt-nut assembly simultaneously passes through one first mounting hole and one first bar-shaped through-hole 251, and the nut is screwed on the bolt. The first connecting seat 140 can be locked with the bottom plate 25 of the movable seat 20 by tightening the nut, and the position of the first connecting seat 140 can be adjusted by loosening the nut.
The second connecting seat 150 is movably disposed on the bottom plate 25 of the movable seat 20, the third rod segment 131 is fixed to the second connecting seat 150, two second strip-shaped through holes 252 parallel to each other are disposed on the bottom plate 25, and two second mounting holes arranged at intervals are disposed on the second connecting seat 150. The second locking member 170 includes two second bolt-nut assemblies including a bolt and a nut, the bolt of each second bolt-nut assembly simultaneously passes through one second mounting hole and one second bar-shaped through hole 252, and the nut is threadedly coupled to the bolt. The second connecting seat 150 can be tightly locked with the bottom plate 25 of the movable seat 20 by screwing the nut, and the position of the connecting seat can be adjusted by unscrewing the nut.
For example, the first connecting seat 140 and the second connecting seat 150 are both plate-shaped structures.

Claims (10)

1. An assembly clamp, comprising:
a base;
the movable seat is movably arranged on the base;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the movable seat to vertically move relative to the base;
a first clamping body;
the first clamping body and the second clamping body are arranged oppositely in a first preset direction, and the first clamping body and the second clamping body are used for clamping an upper assembly part in a matched manner; and
the second driving mechanism is used for driving the first clamping body and the second clamping body to mutually approach or depart from each other along the first preset direction;
wherein, the bottom of the movable seat is provided with an extruding top part for extruding the upper assembling part.
2. The assembly gripper of claim 1, wherein the second drive mechanism comprises a first drive and a second drive;
the first driving device is used for driving the first clamping body to move towards the direction close to or away from the second clamping body relative to the movable seat;
the second driving device is used for driving the second clamping body to move towards the direction close to or far away from the first clamping body relative to the movable seat.
3. The assembled gripping apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a first moving body and a second moving body movably provided to the movable base in the first preset direction;
the first clamping body is mounted on the first moving body, and the second clamping body is mounted on the second moving body;
the first moving body is provided with a first limiting part, the second moving body is provided with a second limiting part, and the second clamping body and the first clamping body move towards the direction close to each other to enable the second limiting part to abut against the first limiting part.
4. The assembly clamping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first limiting part is a first screw bolt screwed to the first moving body and arranged along the first preset direction;
the second limiting part is a second screw bolt which is screwed on the second moving body and is arranged along the first preset direction.

The assembly gripping device according to claim 3, wherein the first moving body has a third stopper portion, the movable seat has a fourth stopper portion, and the first gripping body moves in a direction away from the second gripping body so that the third stopper portion abuts against the fourth stopper portion;
the second moving body is provided with a fifth limiting part, the movable seat is provided with a sixth limiting part, and the second clamping body moves towards the direction far away from the first clamping body so that the fifth limiting part can be abutted against the sixth limiting part.
6. The assembly gripping device according to claim 5, wherein the movable seat forms an accommodating space inside thereof, both ends of which are open in the first predetermined direction;
the first moving body and the second moving body are movably arranged in the accommodating space;
the fourth limiting part is arranged at an opening at one end of the movable seat, and the sixth limiting part is arranged at an opening at the other end of the movable seat.
7. The assembly clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first positioning rod and a second positioning rod extending downward along the vertical direction are provided at the bottom of the movable seat;
the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod are arranged at intervals in a second preset direction;
the first preset direction, the second preset direction and the vertical direction are vertical to each other.

The assembly gripping device of claim 7, wherein the first positioning rod includes a first rod segment, a first resilient member, and a second rod segment, the second rod segment being axially movably disposed on the first rod segment, the first rod segment being coupled to the movable mount, the first resilient member being disposed between the first rod segment and the second rod segment;
the second positioning rod comprises a third rod section, a second elastic piece and a fourth rod section, the fourth rod section is axially movably arranged on the third rod section, the third rod section is connected to the movable seat, and the second elastic piece is provided with the third rod section and arranged between the fourth rod sections.
9. The assembly gripping device according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the first positioning rod is movably arranged on the movable seat along the second preset direction;
the second positioning rod is movably arranged on the movable seat along the second preset direction.
10. The assembly gripper apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a first attachment base, a second attachment base, a first locking member, and a second locking member;
the first connecting seat is movably arranged on the movable seat along the second preset direction, and the first positioning rod is fixed on the first connecting seat;
the second connecting seat is movably arranged on the movable seat along the second preset direction, and the second positioning rod is fixed on the second connecting seat;
the first locking piece is used for locking the first connecting seat with the movable seat;
the second locking piece is used for locking the second connecting seat and the movable seat.
