Abstract

套接竹碗是由一段圆径竹材车削的圆筒为碗体， 和多块立方体型的竹片经拼接车削成的圆片竹板后 再由多块圆片竹板相拼接车削成倒凹形的圆柱体的 碗底经套接后成型。碗的内外表面均采用油漆涂饰， 它既保持竹材所特有的自然纹理，具有其观赏价值和 餐具使用功能，又废材利用。

Description

本实用新型涉及“套接组合成型工艺竹碗”。
现有以毛竹原材根据竹材本身具有的大、小不同口径的竹段和一块竹板经“套接组合后车削成型的竹碗”有观赏和餐具使用功能，由于该套接的毛竹口径要求要园，套接层数多，故取材不易，口径不园的竹材又无法利用。
本实用新型设计的竹碗是提供一种可以口径不园的竹材能够充分利用，园径竹材是用上述现有专利用材可节约5分之4，其主要特点是只用一段园经竹材和一段园竹板拼合的实体坯车削成可互相套接组合的坯料，经互相套接组合后车削成型。
附图所示的是这种套接组合成型的剖视结构。
以下结合附图说明其结构。
碗体（1）是由一段园径竹材车削成型的园筒坯料和碗底（2）是由多块立方体型的竹片相互拼接后车削成一块园片竹板；再由多块园片竹板相互拼接后车削成一倒凹型的园柱体坯料相互套接组合后经车削成型。碗体（1）和碗底（2）采用过盈配合。（3）是立方体竹片拼合缝，（4）是园片竹板拼合缝，（5）是套接组合缝。都采用无毒、无味，耐热的树脂胶作为粘合剂，碗的内外表面均采用无毒、无味，耐热的透明油漆涂饰，使其有漆膜保护又能显示出竹材的自然纹理。
本实用新型与现有的竹碗相比，在同样具备观赏价值餐具使用功能还能节约原材，利废为宝，减低成本等优点。

Claims (2)

1、套接竹碗，由碗体(1)碗底(2)套接组成，其特征在于碗体(1)是由一段园径竹材车削成型园筒，碗底(2)是由多块立方体形的竹片相互拼接后车削成一块园片竹板，再由多块园片竹板拼接后车削成倒凹形的园柱体，套接组合采用过盈配合，并用树脂胶作粘合剂。
2、根据权利要求1所说的竹碗，其特征在于制造材料为竹材。
