The dual purpose device for washing and drying the leg of the pet dog as claimed in claim 2, wherein the brush module is formed such that the brush is protruded radially inward around the inner side of the circular frame having the cylindrical hollow portion at the center, the other end of the support rod integrally formed at the outer side of the circular frame is inserted into the guide rail formed around the inner side of the lower portion of the cylindrical shower and drying head body, the rotary knob is protruded at the outer side of the operation rod connected to the lower portion of the support rod, and the operation rod is located in the operation space portion of the lower portion side of the shower and drying head body.
