Referring to fig. 2, the feeding apparatus 100 includes a feeding hopper 110 and a dust remover 120 disposed above the feeding hopper, and performs primary dust removal on raw materials during feeding.

Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the steam mixing device, the bacteria inoculation device, and the air supply box share the same housing 300, the upper portion of the housing is provided with a raw material inlet 311, a steam inlet 312, a bacteria liquid inlet 313, and an air inlet 314, and the bottom of the housing is provided with a raw material outlet 315. The raw material inlet 311 is connected to the first conveying mechanism, and a flow scale 320 is connected to the raw material inlet of the housing. The steam inlet 312 is communicated with an external steam providing device with a regulating valve 316, and steam is supplied into the shell through the steam inlet 312; the bacteria liquid inlet 313 is communicated with external bacteria liquid supply equipment, a valve is arranged at the position of the bacteria liquid inlet 313, and bacteria liquid is filled in the shell through the bacteria liquid inlet 313; the air opening 314 is communicated with an external blower, a valve is arranged at the position of the air opening 314, and external air enters the shell through the air opening 314. The steam inlet and the bacteria liquid inlet are provided with spray heads to enhance the steam mixing and bacteria inoculation effects.
After raw materials enter the shell 300 from the raw material inlet 311, when steam mixing is needed, steam provided by external steam providing equipment enters the shell through the steam inlet 312 to complete steam mixing; when bacteria inoculation is needed, bacteria liquid provided by external bacteria liquid providing equipment enters the shell through the bacteria liquid inlet 313 to complete bacteria inoculation and mixing; when aerobic fermentation is required, fresh air is supplied into the housing by the external blower through the air port 314.
In order to facilitate the raw material to flow out from the raw material outlet 315, a rotating shaft with a helical blade 330 is disposed at the lower portion of the housing, the rotating shaft is in transmission connection with a driving motor, and the driving motor is started to drive the helical blade 330 on the rotating shaft to rotate, so as to drive the raw material to flow along the direction of the helical blade to the raw material outlet.
The lower part of the housing is provided with a temperature sensor, the raw material outlet 315 at the bottom of the housing is provided with a pneumatic valve 340, and the raw material outlet 315 at the bottom of the housing is communicated with a pipe chain conveyor 400.
The first conveying means is connected to the housing via a main line 210 and a bypass line 220, a three-way valve 230 being provided at the junction of the main line and the bypass line. A cooler 240 is provided on the main pipeline. The cooler comprises a box body, an inlet 241 is arranged at the top of the box body, an outlet 242 is arranged at the bottom of the box body, a plurality of groups of vibrating beds 243 are arranged in the box body, each group of vibrating beds is connected end to end, each vibrating bed comprises a vibrating groove and a vibrating motor, the vibrating grooves are obliquely arranged, the vibrating motors drive the vibrating grooves to vibrate, a fan 244 is arranged at the bottom of the box body, a pulse dust collector 245 is arranged on the upper portion of the box body, and the fan 244 and the pulse dust collector 245 play a role in further dust.
Referring to fig. 4, the pipe-chain conveyor 400 is used for conveying raw materials (such as rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, soybean meal, etc.), and a common pipe-chain conveyor on the market is selected; comprising an inlet 440 connected to the feed outlet at the bottom of the housing and three outlets. The three outlets are a first outlet 410, a second outlet 420, and a third outlet 430, respectively, each provided with a pneumatic valve.
Referring to fig. 5, a material storage tank 500 is used for high temperature sterilization. The material storage tank comprises a tank body, the tank body comprises a tank body inlet 511 and a tank body outlet 512, the tank body inlet is communicated with the first outlet 410 of the pipe chain conveyor, and a temperature sensor 520 for detecting the internal temperature is arranged on the side wall of the tank body; the top and the side of the material storage tank are respectively provided with an ultraviolet lamp tube 530, which plays a role in sterilization. And after the raw materials mixed by the steam enter the material storage tank through the pipe chain conveyor, sterilizing the raw materials in the material storage tank for a preset time. The outlet of the tank body corresponds to the second conveying mechanism.
Certainly, a heating device can be coated on the side wall of the tank body of the material storage tank, so that high-temperature sterilization is further facilitated. The top of the tank body is provided with an air port 560 with a control valve, and the air port 560 is communicated with an induced draft fan (not marked in the figure); when the raw materials got into the jar internal, open the valve in wind gap, start the draught fan, the raw materials down drops because of gravity, and the air upflow under the effect of draught fan, the air of upflow plays the refrigerated effect of cooling to the raw materials.
A manhole 550 for cleaning is provided at the lower portion of the tank body so as to clean the inside of the tank body.
Because the raw materials are easy to solidify and precipitate, an arch breaking discharging mechanism is arranged at the outlet of the tank body. In this embodiment, broken arch discharge mechanism includes: a large hole is arranged in the middle of the tank body bottom plate, a rotary base 541 connected with the tank body bottom plate through a fixed support is arranged in the large hole, and a blanking gap 542 is formed between the rotary base and the large hole; a conical discharging barrel 545 with a pneumatic valve is arranged below the bottom plate of the tank body. The blanking gap 542 is located inside the conical take-off cylinder 545. A driving motor 546 is in transmission connection with the rotating base 541 to drive the rotating base to rotate; the rotary base is provided with a helical blade mechanism 543 for driving the raw material to flow to the blanking gap, and the helical blade mechanism comprises a helical blade and a driving piece for driving the helical blade to rotate; the rotating base is further provided with a baffle mechanism 544 which synchronously rotates along with the rotating base, the baffle mechanism 544 comprises a side plate and a top plate, the top plate is connected with the upper edge of the side plate, and the side plate is provided with a helical blade extending hole 547. Material is prevented from entering the drive member of the screw blade mechanism by the flapper mechanism 544. A cover 548 is provided outside the drive motor 546. The material is prevented from entering the drive motor 546 by the housing 548. The arch breaking discharging mechanism is adopted, so that the material surface is basically flat, the discharging is uniform, and the materials are first in and first out in the discharging process.

In order to facilitate discharging, an arch breaking discharging mechanism (the structure of the arch breaking discharging mechanism is the same as that of the material storage tank) is also arranged at the outlet of the fermentation tank.
The second conveying mechanism 700 is used for conveying the materials in the material storage tank or the fermentation tank to the first conveying mechanism; in this embodiment, the second conveying mechanism is a scraper. The height position of the scraper corresponds to the outlet position of the tank body of the material storage tank, and the position of the front end (discharging end) of the scraper corresponds to the position of the feeding barrel of the material hoister (first conveying mechanism).
And an inlet of the drying equipment is communicated with a second outlet of the pipe chain conveyor and is used for drying the fermented material until the fermented material reaches qualified moisture and then enters a crushing and packaging process.
The workflow of this embodiment is:
the raw materials are put into the feed hopper 110, dedusted by the deduster 120, transmitted into the three-in-one shell 300 of the steam mixing device, the bacteria liquid inoculation device and the air supplement box through the material hoister 200 and the bypass pipeline 220, a valve of the external steam providing device is opened, and the steam provided by the external steam providing device enters the shell through the steam inlet 312 and is mixed with the raw materials; the raw materials after the steam mixing enter a material storage tank 500 through a pipe chain conveyor 400 for high-temperature sterilization, and a control system controls the sterilization time and temperature; the sterilized raw materials are sequentially conveyed to the cooler 240 through the scraper 700, the material lifter 200 and the main pipeline 210, the cooling speed of the raw materials is increased, the raw materials enter the three-in-one shell 300 after being cooled by the cooler, a valve of external bacteria liquid providing equipment is opened, and the bacteria liquid enters the shell 300 through the bacteria liquid inlet 313; the inoculated raw materials enter a fermentation tank 600 through a pipe chain conveyor 400 for fermentation, and if the fermentation is anaerobic fermentation, the raw materials in the tank are stopped for fermentation in the tank until the fermentation of the raw materials is finished; if the fermentation is aerobic fermentation, after the raw materials in the tank are fermented for a preset time, the raw materials are conveyed into the three-in-one shell 300 through the scraper conveyor 700, the material elevator 200 and the bypass pipeline 220 in sequence, the blower is turned on, the raw materials are fully contacted with air to supplement oxygen, and after the fermentation is finished, the raw materials enter the fermentation tank 600 again through the pipe chain conveyor to be fermented, so that the circulation is carried out until the fermentation of the raw materials is finished; and the fermented materials sequentially pass through a scraper, a material elevator, a bypass pipeline, a three-in-one shell and a pipe chain conveyor to enter drying equipment for drying, and enter a crushing and packaging process until qualified moisture is reached.
