the dustproof film is fixed at the outlet end of the hollow air guide pipe, is opened in the air exhaust state of the hollow air guide pipe, and closes the outlet end in the non-air exhaust state of the hollow air guide pipe;
and the fan is arranged inside or at any end of the hollow air guide pipe so as to form exhaust airflow in the hollow air guide pipe.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the dust-proof membrane is fixed to the upper edge of the outlet end, and the side and lower ends of the dust-proof membrane are in an unfixed state, such that the dust-proof membrane closes the outlet end based on gravity in the non-air exhausting state of the hollow air duct.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the upper end of the dust-proof membrane is fixed to the upper edge of the outlet end by a bead.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the plane of the outlet end of the hollow air duct is an inclined upwardly facing plane.
5. The apparatus of claim 4 wherein the exit end is at an angle of 80 degrees to the horizontal.
6. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hollow air duct is L-shaped, the hollow air duct being oriented upwardly from below the base pan to mount the inlet end to the base pan; the outlet end is arranged towards the tail part or two oblique sides of the vehicle.
7. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the outlet end is provided with a grid.
8. The apparatus of any of claims 1-5, further comprising:
