本实用新型涉及自清洗过滤器。
背景技术
自清洗过滤器是一种利用滤网直接拦截液体中的杂质，漂浮物，颗粒物等，同时降低水的浊度，减少污垢，同时保障后面设备正常工作及使用寿命的精密设备。目前的自清洗过滤器的污物集中在细滤网内壁，由吸污管吸除，但是吸污管不能吸掉卡在网孔内的杂质，也不能吸除粘在滤网内壁的污物，影响过滤器使用效果。
实用新型内容
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供自清洗过滤器，包括壳体，壳体上端设端盖，端盖上设电机，电机的输出轴连接转轴；转轴与端盖密封连接，并伸入壳体内；转轴上设钢刷，钢刷与过滤网内壁贴合；壳体内设有安装板，安装板中部设有通孔；安装板上固定设过滤网，过滤网底部设底板，底板上设排污管；排污管与壳体底部密封连接，并穿出壳体外；安装板上方的壳体外侧壁设入液管，壳体外侧边底部设出液管，出液管与反冲洗管的一端连接，反冲洗管另一端固定在安装板下方的壳体外侧壁；入液管、出液管和反冲洗管上均设有电磁阀，反冲洗管上还设有抽水泵。
进一步的，底板为圆弧形。
本实用新型通过钢刷与抽水泵相配合，实现反冲洗，清除过滤网上的污物杂质，增加过滤网使用寿命，提高过滤器使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，自清洗过滤器，包括壳体7，壳体7上端设端盖5，端盖5上设电机4，电机4的输出轴连接转轴3。转轴3与端盖5通过轴封连接，转轴3伸入壳体7内。转轴3上设钢刷8，钢刷8为钢丝刷。钢刷8的钢丝头部与过滤网6内壁贴合；壳体7内上部设有安装板14，安装板14底面通过螺栓固定设过滤网6，安装板14为中间开孔的板，液体从开设的通孔15中流入过滤网6，以便于过滤网6过滤。过滤网6底部设底板13，底板13上设排污管9。排污管9与壳体7底部密封连接，并穿出壳体7外。安装板14上方的壳体7外侧壁设入液管1，壳体7右侧底部设出液管12，出液管12与反冲洗管10的一端连接，反冲洗管10另一端固定在安装板14上方的壳体7右侧壁。入液管1、出液管12和反冲洗管10上均设有电磁阀2，反冲洗管10上还设有抽水泵11。需要冲洗过滤网的时候，关闭入液管1、出液管12和排污管9上的电磁阀2，打开电机4，打开反冲洗管10上的电磁阀2和抽水泵11，将过滤器本身过滤后的干净的液体送入过滤器内对过滤网进行冲洗。冲洗完成打开排污管9上的电磁阀2进行排污。
底板13为圆弧形，有利于污物排出。

1.自清洗过滤器，其特征在于：包括壳体（7），壳体（7）上端设端盖（5），端盖（5）上设电机（4），电机（4）的输出轴连接转轴（3）；转轴（3）与端盖（5）密封连接，并伸入壳体（7）内；转轴（3）上设钢刷（8），钢刷（8）与过滤网（6）内壁贴合；壳体（7）内设有安装板（14），安装板（14）中部设有通孔（15）；安装板（14）上固定设过滤网（6），过滤网（6）底部设底板（13），底板（13）上设排污管（9）；排污管（9）与壳体（7）底部密封连接，并穿出壳体（7）外；安装板（14）上方的壳体（7）外侧壁设入液管（1），壳体（7）外侧边底部设出液管（12），出液管（12）与反冲洗管（10）的一端连接，反冲洗管（10）另一端固定在安装板（14）下方的壳体（7）外侧壁；入液管（1）、出液管（12）和反冲洗管（10）上均设有电磁阀（2），反冲洗管（10）上还设有抽水泵（11）。
