However, as more electronic devices are deployed in pluggable modules, the space occupied by the electronic devices is larger and smaller, and the space reserved for the wrench assembly is smaller and smaller. Fig. 4 is a partial perspective view of the wrench assembly 104. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the wrench 111 is rotatably assembled to the holder 110. The locking assembly 112 is rotatably assembled to the fixing base 110. The locking assembly 112 includes a locking member 113, a rotating shaft 114 passing through the locking member 113, and an elastic member 115 assembled to the rotating shaft 114, wherein the rotating shaft 114 is rotatably passed through the fixing base 110, and the elastic member 115 abuts against the locking member 113. In some embodiments, the friction between the locking member 113 and the wrench 111 is small, so that the locking member 113 is not easily broken when pressed, and has a long service life.
In some embodiments, the wrench assembly 104 includes a switch 116 disposed on the fixing base 110, and the switch 116 is communicatively connected to the interface module 103 and communicatively connected to the chassis 101 through the interface module 103, as shown in fig. 2. Before the pluggable module 102 is pulled out of the chassis 101, the switch 116 may provide the chassis 101 with a signal indicating that the pluggable module 102 is to be pulled out, so as to provide the chassis 101 with buffering time, reduce the damage probability of the electronic device 100, and improve the reliability of the electronic device 100. Fig. 5 shows an exploded perspective view of the wrench assembly 114. Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the fixing base 110 includes a main fixing base 120, and the main fixing base 120 is fixedly assembled to the interface module 103. In some embodiments, the anchor 110 includes a catch anchor 117, and the catch anchor 117 includes a catch-receiving cavity 118. The locking assembly 112 is rotatably assembled to the locking member holder 117 and at least partially received in the locking receiving cavity 118. In some embodiments, the holder 110 includes a switch holder 121, and the switch holder 121 includes a switch receiving cavity 122 for receiving the switch 116, and a position-limiting portion 123 protruding out of the switch receiving cavity 122. The switch fixing base 121 is fixed to the main fixing base 120 and the locking member fixing base 117, and abuts against the interface module 103. In some embodiments, a portion of the switch fixing base 121 is integrally formed with the main fixing base 120, and another portion is assembled after being separately formed with the main fixing base 120. The switch holder 121 includes a switch base 124 and a cover plate 125 covering the switch base 124, and a switch accommodating cavity 122 and a limiting portion 123 are formed between the switch base 124 and the cover plate 125. The switch base 124 may be integrally formed with the main fixing base 120, and the cover plate 125 is formed separately from the switch base 124 and assembled to the switch base 124. The cover plate 125 may be assembled to the switch base 124 by set screws 129. In other embodiments, the switch fixing base 121 and the main fixing base 120 are assembled together after being separately molded. In other embodiments, the switch fixing base 121 is integrally formed with the main fixing base 120.
In some embodiments, the locking element 113 includes a rotating connecting portion 130, a pressing portion 131 disposed at one end of the rotating connecting portion 130, and a locking portion 132 disposed at the other end of the rotating connecting portion 130, the rotating shaft 114 is disposed through the rotating connecting portion 130, and the elastic element 115 abuts between the pressing portion 131 and the fixing base 110. The force for unlocking by pressing is small, so that unlocking is facilitated, and the structure is simple. By pressing the pressing portion 131, the rotation connecting portion 130 rotates around the rotation shaft 114 against the elastic force of the elastic member 115, and the locking portion 132 is driven to rotate, so as to loosen the wrench 111. In some embodiments, the pressing portion 131 extends obliquely from the rotation connecting portion 130 to a direction away from the rotation connecting portion 130 and to a direction away from the locking portion 132, so as to ensure a sufficient pressing stroke, so that the locking portion 132 can release the wrench 111. In some embodiments, the locking portion 132 and the pressing portion 131 both extend toward the wrench 111. The rotation shaft 114 is parallel to the rotation plane of the wrench 111 relative to the fixing base 110. Fig. 6 is a partial perspective view of the wrench assembly 104 with the catch assembly 112 in a locked condition. In some embodiments, the wrench 111 actuates the switch 116 and the latch assembly 112 is in the locked state. As shown in fig. 3, wrench 111 releases switch 116 and latch assembly 112 is in the unlocked state. In the locked and unlocked states, the electrical signal of switch 116 is different, so that chassis 101 (shown in fig. 2) can determine the state of wrench 111. The wrench 111 presses the switch 116, so that the structure of the locking piece 113 can be reduced, the locking piece 113 has a simple structure and is adapted to a limited space, the wrench 111 can more stably press the switch 116, and a signal generated by the switch 116 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the wrench 111 includes a handle 150, a wrench turning portion 151 connected to the handle 150, and a switch actuating portion 152 extending from the handle 150 to the switch 116. Handle 150 includes a rotating end 153 and a grip end 154 opposite rotating end 153. The wrench rotating part 151 is located at the rotating end 153 of the handle 150 and is rotatably assembled to the fixing base 110. The switch activating part 152 is located between the wrench rotating part 151 and the handle end 154, and activates the switch 116 in a locked state.
In some embodiments, the handle 150 may be generally elongated. The rotating end 153 of the handle 150 is rotatably engaged with the holder 117.
