a chassis;
a suction cleaning system and a water wash cleaning system disposed on the chassis;
the traveling mechanism is arranged below the chassis;
the running driving mechanism drives the running mechanism to drive the environmental sanitation cleaning equipment to run;
the control mechanism is used for receiving an operation instruction;
the control system is respectively connected with the suction cleaning system, the washing cleaning system, the running driving mechanism and the control mechanism, and controls the suction cleaning system, the washing cleaning system and the running driving mechanism according to the operation instruction, detects the position relation between the control mechanism and the chassis, and controls the sanitation cleaning equipment to be switched between a driving mode and a dragging mode according to the position relation between the control mechanism and the chassis.
2. The sanitation cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the steering mechanism includes a steering handle, wherein,
when the position relation between the control mechanism and the chassis is a vertical relation, the control system controls the environmental sanitation cleaning equipment to work in the driving mode, and receives a speed regulation instruction and a turning driving instruction through the control handle so as to control the driving mechanism;
when the position relation between the control mechanism and the chassis deviates from the vertical direction, the control system controls the environmental sanitation cleaning equipment to work in the dragging mode, and receives a speed regulation instruction and a turning driving instruction through the control handle so as to control the driving mechanism.

The sanitation cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the handle is further provided with an emergency button, and wherein the control system brakes the sanitation cleaning device by outputting a signal in a reverse direction to the travel drive mechanism if the emergency button is activated when the sanitation cleaning device is in the towing mode.
4. The sanitation cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the control mechanism further comprises a control panel having a switch thereon, the switch having a suction state, a blowing state and a rinsing state, wherein the control system controls the suction cleaning system when the switch is in the suction state or the blowing state and controls the water wash cleaning system when the switch is in the rinsing state.
5. The sanitation cleaning device of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the control system comprises:
a central controller;
the working mode sensor is connected with the central controller so as to send a detected position relation signal between the control mechanism and the chassis to the central controller;
the brake sensor is connected with the central controller so as to send a signal that the sanitation cleaning equipment is in a brake state to the central controller;
the water tank level sensor is connected with the central controller so as to send a detected water level signal of a water tank in the washing and cleaning system to the central controller;
a trash can overfill sensor connected to the central controller to send detected trash collection signals of the trash cans in the suction cleaning system to the central controller;
the positioning module is connected with the central controller so as to send the positioning information of the environmental sanitation cleaning equipment to the central controller;
the information display module is connected with the central controller so as to execute a display instruction sent by the central controller;
the water pump motor driving module is connected with the central controller so as to execute a flushing instruction sent by the central controller;
the driving motor driving module is connected with the central controller so as to execute a driving instruction sent by the central controller;
and the dust absorption and blast motor driving module is connected with the central controller so as to execute a dust absorption instruction or a blast instruction sent by the central controller.

The sanitation cleaning device of claim 5, wherein the control system further comprises a first communication module connected to the central controller, the first communication module is used for establishing a communication connection between the central controller and a remote server, the central controller sends the positioning information of the sanitation cleaning device, the garbage collection information of the garbage bin, the water level information of the water tank and the operation state information of the sanitation cleaning device to the remote server through the first communication module, so that the remote server generates a job task according to the positioning information of the sanitation cleaning device, the garbage collection information of the garbage bin, the water level information of the water tank and the operation state information of the sanitation cleaning device and receives the job task issued by the remote server through the first communication module, and controlling the information display module to prompt the job task.
7. The sanitation cleaning device of claim 6, further comprising:
the shooting mechanism shoots the surrounding environment of a driving area when the environmental sanitation cleaning equipment works so as to generate image information;
the image processing module is connected with the shooting mechanism and is used for processing the image information to generate image monitoring data;
the second communication module is connected with the image processing module and used for establishing communication connection between the image processing module and the remote server, wherein the image processing module uploads the image monitoring data to the remote server through the second communication module so as to use the sanitation cleaning equipment as a mobile monitoring terminal.
