(2) after the double-wall corrugated pipe is cooled, a fan 51 and an electric heater 53 of the drying device 5 are opened, the fan 51 sends wind into a preheating water tank 52, the wind is heated by a heating wire 533 into hot wind when passing through the electric heater 53, the hot wind is dispersed to each spray head 56 along an air supply pipe 54 and a heat supply pipe 55, the hot wind is sprayed out of the spray heads 56, the double-wall corrugated pipe is blown and dried, moisture on the surface of the double-wall corrugated pipe is removed, and the double-wall corrugated pipe is taken out from a pipe outlet 112 after the drying is finished;
