s9, feeding the connecting piece into a welding device: after the battery piece is placed in the positioning plate, the connecting piece robot device C places the three connecting pieces on the positioning plate respectively;
s10, the linear module moves the positioning plate to the welding position, the transverse linear module 38 and the longitudinal linear module 39 move the positioning plate to complete the welding of a plurality of welding points, and the positioning plate is moved to the material taking and placing position after the welding is completed;
s11, detecting the fragment of the component: the battery piece robot device D moves the welded battery assembly onto a vacuum chuck of a piece detection table, an infrared detection camera shoots, and unqualified products are placed into a waste tray beside the infrared detection camera; qualified products are transferred to a material taking position of a material tray of the solar cell taking and placing device B by a cell robot device D;
and S12, repeating the above steps and repeating the process circularly.

An automatic welding device for a space solar cell module is characterized by comprising a connecting sheet storage and taking device (A), a solar cell taking and placing device (B), a connecting sheet robot device (C), a cell piece robot device (D), a welding device (E), a code scanning mechanism (F), a connecting sheet welding spot recognition platform (G), a fragment detection mechanism (H) and a cell piece welding spot recognition platform (N), wherein the connecting sheet storage and taking device (A), the solar cell taking and placing device (B), the connecting sheet robot device (C), the cell piece robot device (D), the welding device (E), the code; wherein:
the connecting sheet storing and taking device (A) and the connecting sheet robot device (C) are positioned on one side of the welding device (E), the connecting sheet robot device (C) is used for transferring the connecting sheets stored on the connecting sheet storing and taking device (A) to the position of the connecting sheet welding spot recognition table (G), determining the welding spot position of the connecting sheets and whether the connecting sheets are damaged or not, and continuously transferring the connecting sheets to the welding device (E) after the damage is confirmed;
the solar cell taking and placing device (B) and the cell piece robot device (D) are positioned on the other side of the welding device (E), the cell piece robot device (D) is used for transferring the solar cell stored on the solar cell taking and placing device (B) to the position of the code scanning mechanism (F) for data reading, the cell piece read and identified by the code scanning mechanism (F) is continuously transferred to the position of the cell piece welding spot identification table (N), the welding spot position and the damage of the cell piece are determined, and the cell piece is continuously transferred to the welding device (E) after the damage is determined; and
the welding device (E) is used for welding a battery assembly formed by the connecting sheets and the battery sheets which are transferred to the welding device (E), and the welded battery assembly is transferred to the position of the fragment detection mechanism (H) by the battery sheet robot device (D) for quality detection.
2. The automatic welding equipment for the space solar battery pack according to claim 1, wherein the connecting sheet taking and storing device (A) and the solar battery taking and storing device (B) have the same structure and comprise:
the movable tray frame is provided with a plurality of tray interlayer plates (58) and can move up and down, a tray is placed on each tray interlayer plate (58), and a plurality of connecting sheets or battery sheets are placed in the tray;
a tray positioning support frame which is positioned at one side of the movable tray rack and can be used for supporting the tray; and
the charging tray moving mechanism is positioned between the movable charging tray rack and the charging tray positioning support frame and comprises a linear module and a lifting module arranged on the linear module;
the lifting module is used for transferring the material tray on the movable material tray rack to the material tray positioning support frame through the linear module, and/or the lifting module is used for transferring the material tray on the material tray positioning support frame to the movable material tray rack through the linear module.
3. The automatic welding equipment for the space solar battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the connecting sheet taking and placing device (A) and the solar battery taking and placing device (B) have the same structure and respectively comprise a movable tray rack, a tray positioning support frame and a tray moving mechanism; wherein:
the movable tray frame comprises two movable frames (54), tray partition plates (58), a screw lifting motor (53), a second connecting plate (55), a sliding block (56) and a guide post (57), a plurality of tray partition plates (58) which are arranged at equal intervals up and down are fixedly arranged on the inner side walls of the two movable frames (54), and a tray can be stored on each layer of the tray partition plates (58); the two moving frames (54) are connected with the guide post (57) through a sliding block (56) arranged on the outer side wall of each moving frame, and a rectangular through hole corresponding to the moving frame is formed in the workbench (14) below the moving frames (54); the screw of the screw lifting motor (53) is connected with the outer side wall of the moving frame (54) through a second connecting plate (55) so as to drive the two moving frames (54) to move up and down in the rectangular through hole along the guide post (57);
the tray positioning support frame comprises two vertical plates (68), two tray supporting plates (67) and two positioning blocks (66), the distance width of the inner sides of the two vertical plates (68) is matched with the width of the tray, the two tray supporting plates (67) are respectively fixed at the upper positions of the inner sides of the vertical plates (68), and the two positioning blocks (66) are respectively arranged on the upper end surfaces of the tray supporting plates (67); and
the tray moving mechanism comprises a second linear module (65), a motor (60), a synchronous belt (51), a fifth cylinder (63), a connecting plate (64), a lifting plate (62) and two third vacuum chucks (61), the motor (60) and the second linear module (65) are respectively fixed on the workbench (14), and the motor (60) drives the second linear module (65) to move back and forth through the synchronous belt (51); the connecting plate (64) is fixed on the second linear module (65) slide block, the fifth cylinder (63) is vertically installed on the connecting plate (64), a cylinder rod of the fifth cylinder (63) is connected with the lifting plate (62), and two third vacuum suction cups (61) are installed on the top surface of the lifting plate (62).
4. The automatic welding equipment for the space solar cell module is characterized by comprising a support (34), a welding head (1), a first linear module (30), an infrared temperature detector (35), a positioning plate (36), a fourth gas distribution plate (37), a transverse linear module (38), a longitudinal linear module (39), a welding area permeable membrane cover (40), a blowing plate (41), an oilstone (31), an argon pipe (32) and an exhaust pipe (33); wherein:
the welding head (1) can be arranged on the first linear module (30) in a vertically moving mode, and the first linear module (30) is fixed on the workbench (14) through the support (34);
the transverse linear module (38) is arranged on a slide plate of the longitudinal linear module (39), a fourth gas distribution plate (37) is arranged on the slide plate of the transverse linear module (38), and the positioning plate (36) is arranged on the fourth gas distribution plate (37);
a first deep groove (36b) and a second deep groove (36c) for positioning a battery plate and a connecting plate are formed in the upper end face of the positioning plate (36), a plurality of small holes are formed in the bottoms of the first deep groove (36b) and the second deep groove (36c), and each small hole is communicated with a respective vacuum channel on the fourth gas distribution plate (37);
the blowing plate (41) is arranged on a sliding plate of the transverse linear module (38), a strip-shaped oilstone (31) used for polishing the welding head (1) is assembled in a rectangular groove in the upper end face of the blowing plate (41), a strip-shaped air blowing port (31a) is arranged at the side wall of the rectangular groove in sequence of the oilstone (31), and the air blowing port (31a) is communicated with a vacuum channel on the fourth air distribution plate (37); and
an argon pipe (32) and an exhaust pipe (33) are fixedly connected to one side of the support (34), the end part of the argon pipe (32) is connected with the welding area permeable cover (40), and the exhaust pipe (33) is connected with an exhaust fan (75); and an infrared temperature detector (35) is fixedly connected to the other side of the support (34).

The automatic welding equipment of solar cell modules in space of claim 1, characterized in that said cell robot device (D) comprises a six-axis robot arm, a first U-shaped bracket (23), two first air cylinders (22), two first vacuum suction cups (21), a second CCD camera (24), a third video light source (25) and a first connecting plate (26); the first U-shaped support (23) is connected with a robot arm, two first air cylinders (22) are fixedly connected to the outer portion of a side plate of the first U-shaped support (23), a first connecting plate (26) is fixedly connected to an air cylinder sliding table of each first air cylinder (22), and the first vacuum chuck (21) is connected to the first connecting plate (26); and a second CCD camera (24) is fixedly connected to the outside of the other side plate of the first U-shaped bracket (23), and a third video light source (25) is arranged below the second CCD camera (24).
