The sputum ejection care apparatus for pulmonary infections of claim 1, wherein: the vibration sputum excretion vest (4) comprises a vest body (23), a pressure air bag (24) positioned in the vest body (23), a vibration box (26) connected with the surface of the vest body (23), a beating motor (27) positioned in the vibration box (26) and a pressure sensor (28) positioned on the outer wall of the vibration box (26); the side wall of the support frame (9) is fixedly connected with a pressurizing fan (25) used for inflating the pressure air bag (24); the pressurizing fan (25), the beating motor (27) and the pressure sensor are connected with the single chip microcomputer (13) and the power supply device (15).
