Detailed Description
The shelf having the light emitting function according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. In describing the embodiments, the technical contents which are known in the technical fields of the present invention and which are not directly related to the present invention will be omitted from the description. This is to avoid confusion and to more clearly convey the gist of the present invention by omitting unnecessary descriptions.
For the same reason, some of the constituent elements are illustrated in the drawings in an exaggerated, omitted, or schematic manner. The sizes of the respective components do not all reflect the actual sizes. In the drawings, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily carry out the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a conceptual view of a shelf 10 having a light emitting function according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an enlarged partial perspective view of an upper surface of a contour portion 200 of the shelf 10 having a light emitting function according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an enlarged partial perspective view of a lower surface of the contour portion 200 of the shelf 10 having a light emitting function according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a shelf 10 having a light emitting function according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a placing section for supporting an article thereon; a contour part 200 coupled to one end of the placing part; and an illumination unit 300 disposed at least one of an upper surface and a lower surface of the outline unit 200. The shelf 10 shown in fig. 1 is a view in which a placement portion, which will be described below, is omitted, and may be disposed inside the frame of the shelf 10. It is confirmed that the shelf 10 is provided with the profile portion 200 at the front of the frame. The contour portion 200 may be provided with an illumination portion 300. The illumination unit 300 may be disposed on the upper surface of the outline unit 200 as shown in fig. 1 to 3, but is not limited thereto. That is, the outline portion 200 may be disposed above, below, or below. In particular, if the product to be displayed is opaque, the illumination section 300 is more preferably disposed below the outline section 200 than above the outline section 200. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the attachment position of the illumination unit 300 may be varied in consideration of the shape, pattern, or color of the article to be disposed.
Although not shown, a product to be displayed may be placed on the placement unit. The placing section may be constituted by a plurality of placing units provided with rollers, or by a single placing unit. When the placing section includes a placing means having a roller, there is an advantage in that the frictional force is reduced and the placed article can be transferred by gravity even if the shelf 10 is slightly inclined. Therefore, by means of the inclination, the object can be disposed close to the illuminating part 300 even without additional operation by the user.
Referring to fig. 3, the shelf 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be provided with an illumination portion 300 under the outline portion 200. That is, the illumination section 300 may be provided on the upper surface, the lower surface, or both the upper surface and the lower surface, as necessary. In addition, referring to fig. 3, the number of the lighting units 300 may be 2 or more. The side frame 100 may be provided with at least one hole (hole)110 through which an electric wire for supplying power to the lighting part may pass. Referring to fig. 3, it can be confirmed that 2 holes 110a, 110b for passing the electric wires connected to the 2 lighting parts are formed. The number of the holes is independent of the number of the lighting parts, and the shape and the number of the holes can be adjusted according to needs.
On the other hand, the shelf 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a hanging member for preventing the article supported on the placing portion from descending, and a placing groove 210 for inserting the hanging member may be formed in the longitudinal direction of the outline portion 200. If the shelf 10 is disposed to be inclined toward the outline portion 200, the disposed articles may pass through the outline portion 200 and be separated from the shelf 10. Therefore, it is preferable to attach a hooking member capable of preventing the article from being detached to the outline portion 200. The hooking member may be formed of a plate-shaped member, and may be inserted into the accommodating groove 210 to support the same, thereby preventing the object to be placed from being separated.
Although not shown, the hooking member may be formed with a three-dimensional intaglio or a three-dimensional intaglio so that the light irradiated from the illuminating part 300 can be reflected. The hanging member may be made of a panel of acrylic material having a predetermined thickness or a variety of materials through which light can pass, such as crystal. In this case, a three-dimensional intaglio or a three-dimensional intaglio may be inserted into the hooking member by a laser (laser). For example, when light is irradiated from the illumination portion 300 to a three-dimensional intaglio or a three-dimensional intaglio, the corresponding intaglio may appear more vivid by means of reflection or refraction of the light, or the like. The intaglio may be configured to provide information or the like of the goods displayed at the location of the respective intaglio. The hanging member may not have a three-dimensional intaglio or a three-dimensional intaglio, and in this case, the light irradiated from the illumination unit 300 may be projected (projection) onto the hanging member.
The shelf having a light emitting function according to an embodiment of the present invention may provide information by irradiating object information more detailed than the projection to the hanging member, and for this, the illuminating part 300 may be configured as a small projector. Information about the objects displayed on the shelf 10 illuminated from the projector is projected at the hanging member, so that information about the objects can be provided.
In addition, the shelf 10 may further include a slit portion attached to the illumination portion 300 so that the amount or the illumination direction of light irradiated from the illumination portion 300 can be adjusted. The slit may include a simple dot, a line, or the like, but is not limited thereto, and a special pattern such as a character or a figure may be formed. The slot may be configured to include price, event information, etc. of the merchandise displayed.
The illuminating part 300 may include a plurality of LED chips 310. The profile portion 200 is for placing a product, may be provided with a hanging member, and should include an illumination portion 300. In this case, the LED chip 310 is advantageous in terms of space utilization when the illumination unit 300 is configured. The LED chips 310 can be used as small light emitting elements to provide surface illumination by spot illumination or by a predetermined number of LED chips 310. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, 3 LED chips 310 may be mounted in a unit. As shown in the above example, the lighting unit 300 may be configured in consideration of the position of product display and the like. The illumination unit 300 can be provided to efficiently illuminate the products to be displayed by spot illumination, surface illumination, or the like.
The shelf 10 may further include a control part (not shown) connected to the illumination part 300, and controlling at least one of a color temperature (color temperature), an illumination intensity (illumination) and an illumination time of the irradiated light. By making the color temperature or the like of illumination by illumination unit 300 different, the appearance of the displayed product can be made more prominent. For example, the color temperature may be adjusted so that blue light surrounds transparent drinking water or the like, so that the cooling feeling can be further emphasized. Alternatively, it may be adjusted so that the illumination section 300 is intermittent or continuous, or configured so that the illumination section 300 is operated only at a specific time. In addition, the illuminance may be adjusted according to the peripheral brightness by the control section. The LED chip 310 itself can be used as a semiconductor element, and therefore, can be configured in one circuit board together with the control portion.
In the longitudinal direction of the outline portion 200, an illumination portion 300 support body for fixing and supporting the illumination portion 300 may be formed. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the illumination unit 300 may be attached to or inserted into the illumination unit 300 support body provided in the outline portion 200. The shelf 10 having a light emitting function according to the embodiment of the present invention can be used with various inclinations. The illumination portion 300 support may be rotated in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the outline portion 200 so as to enable the angle of the light irradiated by the at least one illumination portion 300 to be different. That is, the illumination unit 300 support may be configured to irradiate light in any direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the outline unit 200 in a state where the illumination unit 300 is disposed, so that the illumination unit 300 may have different illumination directions according to the inclination of the shelf 10. For example, there may be a case where the inclination of the shelf 10 is steep and gentle, and in this case, it may be equipped to enable the illumination part 300 to be moved away from or close to the hooking member by adjustment according to each inclination.
The drinking water displayed on the shelf 10 having the light emitting function according to the embodiment of the present invention may be arranged without affecting the color of peripheral goods, and the LED illumination is irradiated on the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle or the glass bottle containing the beverage and the content thereof, so that the inherent color of the beverage or the color caused by the illumination can be emphasized, and thus the purchasing power of the displayed goods can be improved.
The above description is for the purpose of generally facilitating the explanation of the technical contents of the present invention and the understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the scope of the present invention. In addition to the embodiments disclosed herein, other variations based on the technical idea of the present invention can be implemented, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.
