As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the container cover collecting apparatus includes a cover removing device 60, a receiving device 30, a cover shifting device 40 and a conveying device 50, the cover removing device 60 is used for removing the container cover 20 from the container 10 at a first station, the receiving device 30 is used for receiving the container cover 20 removed by the cover removing device 60 at the first station, and the receiving device 30 can move relative to the first station, the cover shifting device 40 is used for shifting the container cover 20 from the receiving device 30, the conveying device 50 is disposed at one side of the cover removing device 60, and the conveying device 50 is used for receiving the container cover 20 shifted by the cover shifting device 40 and conveying the container cover 20.
In the above embodiment, the cover 20 is detached from the container 10 at the first station by the cover detaching device 60, the receiving device 30 is used to receive the cover 20 detached by the cover detaching device 60, then the receiving device 30 carries the cover 20 together and moves relative to the first station to leave the first station, the cover 20 can be pulled off from the receiving device 30 by the cover pulling device 40, and the pulled-off cover 20 is received and conveyed by the conveying device 50. The cover removing device 60, the receiving device 30, the cover pulling device 40 and the conveying device 50 realize the detachment, the conveying and the collection of the cover 20, and compared with the scheme adopting a mechanical arm, the cover removing device can greatly save the cost.
The cover unloading device 60 receives the container cover 20 by the receiving device 30 and carries the container cover 20 to move after the cover unloading work is finished at the first station, so that the cover unloading device 60 does not need to leave the first station, the reciprocating time of the cover unloading device can be saved, and the conveying device 50 is positioned at one side of the cover unloading device 60, so that the operation of receiving and conveying the container cover 20 by the conveying device 50 is carried out at a position outside the first station, the cover unloading device 60 can be put into the next round of cover unloading work after the receiving device 30 leaves, the interval time is short, and the cover unloading efficiency is improved.
Further, the cover-pulling device 40 is configured to pull the container cover 20 off the receiving device 30 by relative movement with the receiving device 30. Compared with the scheme of grabbing, moving and putting down the container cover 20 again, the transfer mode of pulling the container cover 20 off the receiving device 30 by using the relative motion of the cover pulling device 40 and the receiving device 30 is simpler in structure, the number of the container covers 20 pulled off at one time can be more, the operation is more direct, rapid and effective, and the efficiency is higher.
Specifically, when the container cover 20 is pulled down, the receiving device 30 can be kept still, and the cover pulling device 40 moves relative to the receiving device 30; alternatively, the cover-pulling device 40 remains stationary and the receiving device 30 moves relative to the cover-pulling device 40; alternatively, both the receiving means 30 and the means for removing the cover 40 may move relative to the ground, but at different speeds or directions, i.e. the receiving means 30 and the means for removing the cover 40 have a relative movement.
In the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 9, the cover-pulling device 40 is kept stationary and the receiving device 30 moves relative to the cover-pulling device 40, so that the receiving device 30 can move relative to the first station, the cover-pulling device 40 is kept stationary, and a driving part for moving the cover-pulling device 40 can be saved, thereby saving investment cost, and reducing the number of moving parts and maintenance cost.
Optionally, the cover-pulling device 40 can pull off the container cover 20 during the process that the receiving device 30 returns to the first station, so that the movement of the receiving device 30 can be fully utilized, and the receiving device 30 can complete the function of pulling off the container cover while completing the function, thereby saving time, improving work efficiency, saving parts and reducing cost.
The specific structure of the cover pulling device 40 can be selected in many ways, for example, it can be a stop lever or a wire rope. The plurality of container covers 20 can be pulled down together at one time by adopting the stop lever or the steel wire rope, the failure of pulling down can be avoided, and the success rate of pulling down is improved.
The cover-lifting device 40 may be arranged to be liftable with respect to the receiving device 30. The advantage of this arrangement is that when the cover-shifting device 40 is needed to shift the cover, the cover-shifting device 40 can be lowered to a height higher than the receiving device 30 and lower than the cover 20 on the receiving device 30, so that when the receiving device 30 moves relative to the cover-shifting device 40, the cover 20 can be shifted from the receiving device 30 by the blocking effect of the cover 20 by the cover-shifting device 40; when the cover-shifting device 40 is not needed, for example, before the receiving device 30 moves to the cover-shifting position, the cover-shifting device 40 can be lifted to a height higher than the cover 20 on the receiving device 30, so as to avoid interference of the cover-shifting device 40 on the movement of the receiving device 30, and it is also beneficial to move the receiving device 30 to a proper position and then perform cover-shifting.
By arranging the cover-pulling device 40 to be liftable relative to the receiving device 30, the movement route of the receiving device 30 can be shortened, so that the receiving device 30 does not need to go around to avoid interference with the cover-pulling device 40 before reaching a proper cover-pulling position, the space required by the whole equipment is favorably reduced, and the efficiency can also be improved.
When the receiving device 30 is at the first station, the receiving device 30 is located below (e.g., directly below) the cover removing device 60, so that the cover removing device 60 can directly drop the cover 20 onto the receiving device 30 after releasing the cover 20, thereby facilitating the receiving of the receiving device 30. After the receiving device 30 receives the container cover 20, the container cover 20 is carried together to move relative to the first station so as to leave the first station, and the cover unloading device 60 is convenient to continue the next cover unloading operation.
After the receiving device 30 leaves the first station, when the cover is removed by the cover removing device 40, the receiving device 30 is located above the conveying device 50. Specifically, before the start of the lid opening, the receiving device 30 is positioned directly above the conveying device 50, and when the lid opening is performed, the receiving device 30 moves to one side with respect to the conveying device 50, the receiving device 30 gradually moves away from the position directly above the conveying device 50, and after the receiving device 30 returns to the first station, the receiving device 30 is positioned diagonally above the conveying device 50. This facilitates the cover-shifting process by the receiving device 30 returning to the first station, and also facilitates the conveying device 50 receiving the container cover 20 being shifted down.
The receiving means 30 comprises a receiving platform from which the container lid 20 is detached from a first side of the receiving platform, at least one side of the receiving platform adjacent or opposite to the first side being provided with a projection 31 for preventing the container lid 20 from falling off. The boss 31 prevents the container cover 20 from falling off from a position other than the first side.
The cap removing device 60 may include a cap screwing ring 61 and a rotating shaft 62, the rotating shaft 62 is connected to the cap screwing ring 61, a through hole is formed in the center of the cap screwing ring 61, and the cap screwing ring 61 is configured to be sleeved on the outer periphery of the cap 20 and to screw the cap 20 off the container 10 under the driving of the rotation of the rotating shaft 62. The inner wall of the screw cap 61 is in contact with the outer periphery of the container cover 20, and when the rotation shaft 62 rotates the screw cap 61, the screw cap 61 screws down the container cover 20 by means of the friction force between the screw cap and the container cover 20.
The inner diameter of the screw cap ring 61 may be configured to be gradually reduced from the end surface inwards, that is, the inner wall of the screw cap ring 61 is an inclined surface, or the diameter of the through hole is gradually reduced from the end surface inwards, so that the container cap 20 can enter the inner part of the screw cap ring 61, and the container cap 20 can be clamped by using the change of the diameter of the through hole.
The cap removing means 60 further comprises a disengaging means for disengaging the container cap 20 from the screw cap ring 61.
The disengaging means comprises a retaining ring 63, the diameter of the retaining ring 63 being greater than the diameter of the screw-on ring 61, relative movement between the screw-on ring 61 and the rotatable shaft 62 and the retaining ring 63 being possible, the retaining ring 63 being intended to disengage the container lid 20 from the screw-on ring 61 upon relative movement between the screw-on ring 61 and the rotatable shaft 62. The container lid 20 can be easily removed from the screw cap ring 61 by providing the retainer ring 63.
Specifically, when the container lid 20 is detached from the screw-on ring 61, the screw-on ring 61 and the rotating shaft 62 can be kept stationary, and the retainer ring 63 moves relative to the screw-on ring 61 and the rotating shaft 62; alternatively, the retainer ring 63 is held stationary and the screw-on ring 61 and the rotary shaft 62 are moved relative to the retainer ring 63; alternatively, the capping ring 61, the rotating shaft 62 and the retainer 63 all move relative to the ground, but at different speeds or directions of movement, there is relative movement between the capping ring 61 and the rotating shaft 62 and retainer 63.
The relative movement between the cover screwing ring 61 and the rotating shaft 62 and the retainer ring 63 can be linear movement or curvilinear movement, for example, the linear relative movement can be generated along the vertical direction, the container cover 20 is provided with a flange, and when the relative movement is generated between the cover screwing ring 61 and the rotating shaft 62 and the retainer ring 63, the flange can be pushed to move through the retainer ring 63, so that the container cover 20 is pushed away from the cover screwing ring 61.
The container cap collecting apparatus may include a plurality of cap removers 60 and a receiving device 30, the plurality of cap removers 60 being arranged side by side and acting in synchronization, the receiving device 30 for simultaneously receiving a plurality of container caps 20 removed by the plurality of cap removers 60. Therefore, on the premise of not increasing the receiving device 30 and the conveying device 50, a plurality of cap unloading devices 60 can be arranged at the same time, and the cap unloading efficiency is greatly improved.
